We needed a new vehicle due to the loss of our other one. This dealership is 2 minutes from our home....Best car buying experience we have ever had. Honest staff, no gimmicks or strategies or back and forth negotiating...just straight to the facts and deal was made on the first day we went to showroom. They were very busy with other customers so we were able to drive the car home for the weekend. Awesome and comical salesman-down to earth and easy to talk to. Made us feel welcome the minute we arrived all the way through the sale of the car the next business day. Financing was also quick and to the point-no high payments or difference from the salesman's information. Quick to get us processed and into the new vehicle. Never had a car dealing experience that went this smooth and without any nonsense like with some other dealerships. These people know how to treat customers and handle selling a vehicle. Highly recommend the salesman, finance manager, and dealership. Also great internet information/experience and contact from internet rep.

I have been there to get my Jeep fixed and every job was done wrong or poorly. Only thing that they do good is change oil. They had to fix a check engine light code on my Jeep and they made 5 different repairs and still got it wrong and the light still came back on every time after a day. Plus they will lie during the buying process. I purchased a Jeep and after I bought the Jeep there was broken glass all in the back of the Jeep. The trunk would not close because of this and they said that I should have looked at the vehicle more carefully before buying it from them. You could hear broken glass inside of the trunk door also when you opened it. Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and will never go there again. I feel robbed...

I purchased a new Santa Fe last week. I was stunned by the professionalism and personal touch. George Sparks was attentive and thorough in presenting, explaining, and delivering the vehicle. Nick the Sales Manager is wonderful. I had an after market towing kit installed and he facilitated the whole process. Ed in finance was excellent as well, with no high pressure marketing. My Fiancé and I visited Len Stoler Hyundai to go look at mid-size SUV’s on Memorial day weekend. Our agent, Sheila Martin, was very helpful and very friendly. She was also not pushy in any way in trying to make a sale, like some other car sale agents can be This sort of treatment is what I like when buying a new car. I tend to ask about a lot of the smaller details when buying a new car (I.e. gas tank size, Drive mode, and 360 Camera View), and she could answer all of my questions without delay. We Test drove the 2018 Santa Fe and 2018 Santa Fe Sport. In my mind, I wasn’t quite ready to buy a car yet, however, Len Stoler Hyundai was able to make an offer that exceeded my expectations. I have had my new Santa Fe Sport for three weeks and could not be happier. Thank you!
