Lift kit - Kmford21
We had Adams install a lift kit on our 2017 JKU Willie's. John gave us a great price and was upfront about everything. We have been in alot lately due to random issues and it always seems like John is the go to guy and that he is the only one that can Handel a majority of what is going on. In short, we generally only want to talk to John, and he is extreamly busy, but doesn't seem to have the help he needs. He is a great guy, and even when he is extreamly busy he finds a way to take the time to get our needs met. Although, because he is so busy and seems like one of the only constant workers in service it seems it is very hard for him to return calls, we constantly have to call back to get ahold of him, because he is the only one we want to deal with.

Came in for a recall notice, also had them change my oil and rotate my tires. Asked for a shuttle ride to work. My appointment was at 9:00 got there around 8:30. Was told the shuttle was out and would be back soon. Waited in the lounge for the shuttle, after an hour still no shuttle, when I asked about it was told it would be a few minutes more. Another half hour went by and I was told that my car was almost ready it, did I just wanted to wait, so I said okay I'll wait. Another half hour and when I asked again I was told it was almost ready. My time waiting was 3 hours, I could have gone to work and come back that evening. I lost 3 hours of my time and pay. When my service writer wasn't at his desk no one else could help me, I had to talk to the writer assigned to me. No matter who my writer was the other writers should be able to help.

Last month at the end of the month I was attempting to work a deal on a new jeep. I made my situation of being out of town very upfront and clear but Phillip started trying to work a deal for me because they needed more deals fro the end of the month. I'm assuming the goal was hit because he stopped returning my messages. This month I reached out again to see if they were willing to work with me and once again no response from Phillip. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership before but will not be back.
