terrible personnel there: 1st one just got rude when i said that i am choosing cars yet, and not going to buy right this second. 2nd one was deceiving me on the phone and then tried to do it later in person when we were almost signing papers already. though i specifically asked the price and conditions- he just lied straight to my face. and i drove from far to the dealership because of that. and they ran me for loan to several agencies therefore declining my credit score. Very dissatisfied with that place!! do not go there!

The problem about this email message is what the email is not saying....
I visited the dealer on 12-12-17 thinking I could get a good deal, during that visit I ended my current lease of a 2015 and sing a new lease a new 2017 Nissan Murano.
Today 01/25/18 after three visits to the dealer, over 15 phone calls between the Dealer and Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation ( the leasing company ) my issue is still not resolved, basically the dealer has overcharge with hiding charges a total of $ 749.00 on my new lease contract.
Since the beginning of this experience, I felt very disrespected by the staff at the dealer including, Finance Director, Sales Manager and General manager.
Their behavior is shameful, they constantly lie, lie and lie, they do not listen to what I am saying, change their story, do not answer my questions or give me stray answers, , are unethical and deceitful, and tray to make me feel like I am stupid.
My last visit to the dealership on 01-24-18 with General Manager Ms. Paula Caruso was shocking to say the least, I thought that at this meeting I was finally going to get my issue resolve, how wrong I was...
As soon I enter the office of General manager, I felt I was been attack by the general manager, her attitude was very aggressive and confrontational, she refuse to answer my questions or give me stray answers, constantly talking over me with her car dealer talk and dealer terminology, trying to confuse me and make me feel like I was stupid, her behavior was very unprofessional and disrespectful, I was shock....
During the meeting, the general manager ask another male staff member to enter the room where we were meeting, both of then when on the attack questioning me and the reason I keep basally bothering them, they wonder why I could not understand what they were saying to me like I was stupid. Each time I visited the dealer I have received a different story about the hiding overcharges, during this meeting, I got a new different story.
Realizing I was not going to get the issue resolve, I left the dealership feeling frustrated and powerless, knowing that what they are doing is fraud and illegal. I have never experience this label of disrespect and abuse as a consumer, specially after been a costumer at the dealership for the past 8 years and having lease a total of three cars.
Today I realize that the only way to get this issue resolved is by going to court. If they think for one second that they are going to stick it to me, I got news for then, they are going to regretted, because I will not stop until I get justice.
In the mean time, I have file several claims of fraud with the Better Business Bureau and the Maryland Attorney General Office of Consumer Affairs.

I had been looking for a reasonably price car for the last three months mostly through the internet. I went into David Wheeler to make an appointment for my wife's Honda Odyessy. While there I bumped into Greg Phillips a salesman I had known for a while. He asked if I was still looking for a vehicle? I was. I told him what I had been looking for was a hardtop/covertible. He advised they had just gotten one in and I should take a look. The vehicle was what I wanted. We test drove the vehicle and went back to the dealership. I advised at the time my wife had to see the vehicle before I would make a committment and we set up a time to come back. In the meantime he had taken my information for the paperwork. I located my wife sooner than the appt. and called Greg to advise we would be right back. He put a tag on the car again so my wife could take a ride. We came back did the paperwork, worked out a couple minor problems and agreed to pick up the vehicle in two hours. When we return Greg had had the car detailed, gassed and ready to go. John Ireland had all the paperwork ready and we were done in about thirty minutes. Both these gentlemen were as helpful and courteous as any could be. I would highly reccomend them to anyone in the area who was about to purchase a vehicle. The next day I had my wife's car serviced and the service in that dept. was also excellent.

Purchased a new Kia Sorento last month from O'Donnell Kia in Catonsville. I liked the environment. The sales lady that assisted me Joy was extremely friendly, personable & informative. Not pushy, which is very important to me! The entire process was less than 1 hr. I did my research beforehand so I knew what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay - they were honest & upfront!! I would recommend everybody to check out O'Donnell Kia if you are looking for a "No Games" buying experience!!

In November 2008, I purchased a new car (2009 Kia Rio5) from Thompson Kia, even purchasing an extended warranty beyong the 5 yr/60k mile Basic Warranty. I was mislead by Thompson Kia about the warranty and I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle. From paint peeling several times (fixed incorrectly by Thompson Kia) to my car jolting when put in reverse to air conditioner problems and strange noises when steering -- all looked at by Thompson Kia in Fallston, MD and even after numerous visits, they could not fix my vehicle.
I even had to get the Better Business Bureau of Maryland as well as Kia involved and on 08/23/11, I had my car towed to Thompson Kia for they promised they would fix my vehicle and after two days of not even looking at it and then telling me my car was not under warranty (the Service Department and General Manager somehow misread my odometer -- I'm not joking), a week later I was told my car was ready. Not only was the major items not fixed, but also new issues appeared. They denied Mediation/Arbitration by the Better Business Bureau to avoid fixing my vehicle. They did everything in their power to not honor both my warranties! This, without a doubt, was the worst mistake of my life! I wish I had never purchased the car!
