Wanted to take a moment to review my first experience with BMW of Sudbury. All I can say is WOW. The team at this dealership is top class. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I picked up my keys, I was sincerely impressed. The customer service, genuine care, and attention to detail was superb. Charlie Karkatedes was instrumental in my sale process along with GM Pranav Gil, General Sales Manager Jason Herndon. Cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. Best Car buying experience I've ever had.

I was searching for a Ford F-150. This dealership had a late model and I traveled from Portland. I was greeted by salesman Jerold Hoche. I test drove the truck - it had all original documents and I was more than pleased. I financed through the dealership and got an excellent rate and I drove away 4 hours later. I had a minor problem a few weeks later, and the dealership made good and repaired the issue to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership. I don't have the name of the Finance Manager, he was very professional and helped us.

I had gone into this dealership inquiring about leasing an X3. I was approached by very young salesperson who seemed to have to run to his boss for every negotiating point on the deal. I don’t believe that I was taken seriously all. I was told that there was a shipment due in the following week with a couple of models that were in my price range. I was told that I’d be notified when they arrived. I never did. I had to call to follow up and was told that they had already been sold. Then they had the audacity to offer me a used one which had 1k miles on it for the same price. I felt like I was being made a fool of. Not sure if I wasn’t dressed properly or the fact was that I am Hispanic. I became angry with the inexperienced sales person and asked to speak with his boss and the GM and was told I’d get and call and never did. I have never been so insulted in my life. Save yourself the headache and lack of respect that you’ll get from this dealership.
