Emergency visit over holiday weekend - agross
We had a serious car issue while en route to our holiday weekend in Western Mass. We had the car towed in late Saturday afternoon, and Robert was there to greet us. We were under a lot of stress, and Robert took care of everything in very quick time. He had the loaner car ready, we just moved our luggage and family members over, and were on our way. He was quick to follow up after the holiday, and walked me through the step by step repairs over the phone so that I can make an informed decision. I really appreciated his endless patience and help. I would absolutely recommend working with Robert. Without him, I think our weekend would have been a disaster.

Unbelievable perfection - Mickhoot💜BMW
Timothy Muldoon certainly knows how to make the purchase of a BMW easy. He is friendly, he listens to what you want in your car and is very knowledgeable. He makes the whole process a pleasure. Would definitely go back for my next car.
She made it possible. - Ali Akar
skip all the other BMW dealerships and go straight to Herb Chambers if you would like to save time for yourself. Before we purchased our car, I probably contacted all the other BMW dealerships in New England. If I had to compare, our Herb Chambers BMW experience was exceptional. Special thanks to Jano Letaif and Ahmed Jabrane.

I purchased a vechicle from Tully BMW. I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the sales team. I will recommend Tully to family and friends. Again Thank you for providing me with a great experience on my new purchase.

IMPECCABLE - JonfromColorado
As a BMW enthusiast and collector, I have worked with a number of BMW dealerships. This one is outstanding, and the people there go, both on a personal and professional level, far beyond anything that even a 5 star dealership would be expected to provide. Whether it be Ryan Sullivan, their Sales Manager, Tarek Mirshak, in Finance, of resident Genius, Yanni Rigas, or Alex Josephson, these people oversaw every last detail of my purchase. The car was a rare 128i 6MT with the M Sport Package, Dual Xenons, an uncommon, red leather interior with Space Grey, and Harmon Kardon. Despite them being besieged with 5-10 calls a day from local buyers, they upheld their promise to me, and fought the arduous battle with the State of Colorado to get the car registered. It would have been so much easier for them to have broken their word and sold it to a local buyer. When I arrived, everything they promised was delivered in full; the car was immaculate, detailed professionally, and in perfect running order. Upon discovering 3 subjective repair matters, they voluntarily opted, at no cost to me, and without prompting by me, to repair all of them. Even the Colorado (out of state) license plates were installed. I can't say enough for Ryan and his team here. Yes, even on the way home, I ran across a terrible BMW dealer; I have experienced some horrific ones and know the difference.
Awful Customer Service & Extremely Unprofessional - jlfranklin71
Had the engine replaced on our 2013 X3 due to a botched oil change done by a independent garage. Their quote was 140.00 less than their competitors. One would think that a major dealership would treat a new customer who is spending several thousands on one repair a little bit better.
1. Loaner provided upon receipt had a code on it.
2. Vehicle was returned dirty, not even vacuumed.
3. Vehicle had so little gas in it, we had to immediately find a gas station. It was delivered with almost a full tank.
4. Vehicle was returned damaged. My gas cover plate was missing.
Only upon complaint was the cover replaced, and the gentleman who took our calls informed me how he went above and beyond.
Got your coupon in the mail. Keep it.
I have always owned high end vehicles. This was my first BMW, my husband bought it for me. This is going to be my last BMW experience probably if this is how they treat their customers.
Seem too busy to smile - Shay
Workers seem over worked to the point where everyone is so busy it does not have a relaxed feeling like other luxury service experiences that I have had.
Came for service but am in market to buy as well. - Engineer
1st impression of BMW of Shrewsbury was great, Kim at front desk check -in super helpful and the young man who checked in my BMW was super friendly. My service advisor Glenn was a jerk frankly... condescending when explaining the repairs needed (which I fully understood as an engineer) and not at all helpful with warranty questions. I felt like he was treating me like "a woman who does not understand cars..." xxxxxxxx~
Was I happy with the actual repairs, Yes. But the SA Glenn made the whole experience uncomfortable. I would not use Glenn again. Period. I will try the dealership with a different SA, but will not purchase from them at this point.
