It's the service department you wish you'd always had - yobyot
I bought a 2019 BMW X3 M40i elsewhere because of price. But when it arrived with a boatload of issues, I took it to BMW Sudbury because these guys are, like me, perfectionists. Al and Colleen go the distance to make it right, even when the issues are not of their making. After all, it was BMW of North America that delivered a car full of issues to the buyer, not this dealer.
In this situation one might predict that the service department would be less than enthused and committed to fixing my car's problems because I bought it elsewhere. That couldn't be farther from the case here. These guys hopped on the problems and made sure to get to the root cause of the issues. They had to do things to fix the car that scared me -- I was worried it wouldn't be the same after their techs took it apart. I needn't have worried. With one minor exception that can't be avoided, nobody will ever know the steering wheel was disassembled, the headliner has been removed and replaced and the front bumper was aligned in the field.
BMW Sudbury's service department fixed my issues as if they had never happened and, when I complained that I was unhappy with a $65K car that had to be at least partly disassembled and reassembled in their shop, they agreed to take my complaints to BMW NA. I originally asked for a buyback which BMW NA declined. However, Al suggested I ask for some compensation for the inconvenience and I asked for a warranty extension, which BMW agreed to, thanks to Al's advocacy on my part.
It's so rare these days to find people who take such pride in delivering excellent service. I'm grateful that BMW Sudbury's service department is such an organization and appreciate all they did for me. BMW owes these guys, too, because they are the real delivery channel for the BMW experience. If not for them, this car (my fourth BMW and the second X3 I bought in 2018) would have been my last.
German cars are expensive and complex. If you love 'em like I do, you want a service department that knows the cars, knows BMW and knows how to treat you, Al and his whole department are the best I've encountered. It's reason enough to buy a car from them, even if it costs you more, just to get acquainted with the service department. Next time, that's what I'll be doing.

Great Purchase for X3 M40i! - markflo
Ahmed Jabrane did a great job in figuring out which vehicle suited our needs and style. After test-driving some cars, we settled on the car that my family really likes. Thank you Ahmed for going through the process and then finishing extremely strong to make sure everything is taken care of. The attention to detail especially giving the keys with stickers for the FastPass was extremely helpful.

Joe M is the man! - eisenmanm
I love to shop for cars and I can’t say enough about how great Joe M is. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and informative. I ask a lot of questions and Joe didn’t (seem) to mind the volume or type of questions I was asking. Joe walked me through the entire process for a great deal on a loaner X5. He sets the example for how sales folks should operate and deserves a kudos.
Pete Lane, great sales experience - KatyJS
I have owned a few BMWs and it was time to trade in my lease BMW so I went to check out BMW of Peabody. In the past, I have not used them as much as I just couldn't find exactly what I wanted, so I have ended up going into NH to purchase my cars. This time, I met with Pete Lane who was able to handle my sale perfectly. He found me the right car, with the amenities I was looking for in a price range that I was comfortable with. Pete was a true professional and I appreciate that in any salesperson. Thanks again for making this an enjoyable experience.
Disappointed - Kramer44
Came in on a Tuesday and was interested in an X6, asked for pricing after looking at the vehicle, was told I couldn't get until Thursday, never received it. I suggest going to another BMW dealership, these guys are doing so well they don't even try to sell cars.
Terrible sales department - UnhappyCustomer
Do not buy a car from Stratham, especially from Scott Murbly. Once you are out the door with your new auto, he is not interested in assisting you. I had to bring my car back for Resistall treatment and was told by the service department that I had to have the salesperson make the appointment. I had to call three times, as he did not return my call after the first 2 messages. When I did finally speak with him, he said he would make an appointment, have a loaner car waiting for me at meet me at the predetermined time. When I arrived, Scott was not in the building, a loaner was not available, and an appointment had not been made . A service rep, named Pavel Czyz did assist and get the service done but we did have to wait. I am very unhappy with the sales department and will hereafter purchase my automobiles elsewhere.
Convenience, good service, and hassle free - Mr. Sheed
I am very happy to lease my BMW-X3 from this BMW-Gallery of Norwood. The sales staff very extremely friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable. They worked enthusiastically to provide the best deal for me and I do appreciate all their efforts. Mohammad and Sergio worked in a excellent harmoney and provided me with the best service I have ever had in any dealership. I truly recommend them with no hesitation.
Most pathetic and humiliating experience - bohrak
Run away from this dealership. Most pathetic and disgraceful experience ever !!
I was there for buying a 2019 BMW X series SUV. Was invited with a good quote from sales rep over the phone. Excited with the quote I put the down holding payment of $500 over the phone and drove 3 hours the next day to lock the deal. Was greeted by another sales rep Malcom who was absolutely great to work with. This set my hopes high with the dealership and made me certain that I would buy the vehicle from there.
But here comes the UNFORTUNATE and MOST disturbing experience for me. The rate that was quoted to me online was upped by $900 from their manager named Jason I think, who by the way is the most ill-mannered, hot-headed person I have come across. For all 1.5 hours we spent there, me and the sales rep Malcom shared a very pleasant experience. As soon as we started negotiating the final price of the car which seemed fair to their sale rep as well, the manager Jason swoops in, blabbers out some very harsh words, pressures us that we were stepping back from the quote made to us online (which by the way was upped by almost $900 when we arrived there with no explanation whatsoever), stands up in an ongoing conversation and crushes the contract and throws it away, saying we "would get our holding deposit in a few days"
The sales rep and I were stunned by his bad behavior. Nobody had a clue why this guy behaved so badly, I could totally sense some biasedness in Jason's behavior. We left the dealership with nothing but utmost disrespect for this person and his shameful behavior. No person should have to go through this kind of humiliation as we did.
My sincere request to all readers, stay away from this place to avoid getting such treatment. If still you end up there, at least avoid meeting this person named Jason there. Totally ruined our night and car buying experience.
