Put off buying a car since it is normally a painful experience - did my homework and approached several dealers and was beginning to feel the pain until I went to Colonial Cadillac in Woburn. The experience at Colonial was a pleasant surprise - everyone was nice - no trying to upsell or pressure sell me, and they really do everything to make sure you get the car you want and are happy with it, Dave Robinson, Alex and Matt and all the other people I interacted with were friendly, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.

I purchased a truck from Tom Abbott, he was great. I am a contractor so getting to the dealership is tough. I sent a few dealers requests for prices, Tom was the only one to call me back in a timely manner, one dealer actually called me back a week later when I was at dealership taking delivery. Tom had the truck and paperwork all lined after doing everything through phone and email. I met with Joel in finance to finalize the deal, he was also nice and very professional. We needed a new truck at work to replace the 2008 Silverado that was worn out. I solicited prices from 3 dealerships to determine the best value for what we needed in a truck. Banks came in with the lowest overall lease price for a new 2017 1/2 ton 4X4 pickup truck. The vehicle was in stock and ready to go in 3 days even with the addition of the spray in bed liner. The process of leasing this vehicle was quick and easy.

Returning customer for third purchase. Great credit, money down if needed, etc. Salesman Adrian was great, but could only do so much. Dealer held back by their inability to swap in other units of the same model AND their finance team’s banking network. They tried to force me into something else on the lot (different model, chassis and size) I was told I would half to put down at least $5k and my interest rate would be close to double digits :) (Used car tactics) Spend nearly two weeks back and forth, finally went to another dealer as they can’t make a deal with what I really wanted. (Purchased the new truck within 25 mins of being at the new dealer, hundreds of the same model in stock, $4k more for trade in, Put down $0 down, in a different state, literally night and day.)

February 2018 I went to buy a new car. I would think like any car buyer I was checking what each dealership had to offer. I currently drive a Chevrolet so my first stop was Tracy Chevy Cadillac in Plymouth, MA. Dave Young was my salesman. Dave showed us a couple of vehicles. Test drove one vehicle and went inside to see some numbers. Dave brought our paperwork over to Paul Barton the "Manager" of the business. Sitting at Dave's desk with my girlfriend we began to hear the manager Paul demean us with discriminatory remarks. When I confronted Paul about the remarks Paul's reply was, "I wasn't talking to you I was talking to Dave about you. Dave immediately began trying to "soften" or mitigate the damage Paul inflicted. As I explained to Dave, at Dave's desk, it was not necessary to explain Paul's comments Paul interrupted our conversation. I asked Paul to be professional, keep his excuses to himself and allow us to speak with our salesman Dave. Paul responded, "if we want to buy a car at Tracy we are dealing with Paul". That was more than enough for us to go two lots over to Colonial Ford and purchase their 2018 C-Max Hybrid. While I write this review so other consumers can read about Tracy's services I would also say thank you. If Tracy's customer service did not drive me out the door we probably would not have made it to Colonial Ford.
Run away and buy elsewhere - angry customer
This dealership by far is the worst I have ever dealt with. I leased a vehicle and went to buy it out. They said "you have to come in for the paperwork" I've never heard of that before. I went in for the "inspection" and they wouldn't provide me the paperwork. They lied to me about how I had to finance with them after I was already approved at my bank. They sat down and lied straight to my face. I would never buy a vehicle here again and I strongly recommend that no one buy a vehicle from them.

I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience.
