Good review - Bobbo
The service department has good and courteous people who do a very good job. The waiting time is in line with other dealerships I've been to in my years of car ownership.

Awesome Experience - mjm_1313
Just purchased my new car last week and I have to say it was a great and painless experience. I worked with Ted primarily he made the process completely painless answering any questions and most of all was honest/upfront with me about everything. Ryan in the finance office explained everything clearly and I was in and out rather quickly. Wouldn't expect anything less from a Herb Chambers owned dealership. Thanks to the entire team and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a car.

JC was extremely helpful throughout the process, making himself available every step of the way. He assured us we could contact him in the future if there are problems.
Best honest and friendly service. - M&P T
The people I've dealt with over the years at Cantin Chevrolet are "very" friendly and a pleasure to talk and deal with. I cant say enough about Jeremy as to how well he works and strives to make us happy with the price and vehicles we want. Very pleasant and honest about everything. Thank you Cantin Chevrolet for making our purchases an absolute pleasure.

Great Experience - Steve
I purchased a truck from Tom Abbott, he was great. I am a contractor so getting to the dealership is tough. I sent a few dealers requests for prices, Tom was the only one to call me back in a timely manner, one dealer actually called me back a week later when I was at dealership taking delivery. Tom had the truck and paperwork all lined after doing everything through phone and email. I met with Joel in finance to finalize the deal, he was also nice and very professional. Overall great experience. Go see Tom!

From the moment I arrived at the dealership the employees could not have been more friendly. Salesman Mario worked with me for hours until I was able to drive home in my sporty black ATS. Thanks also to Maria in Finance. Great job.
Great ! - CTS V
Long Cadillac provided truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was able to work directly with the General Sales Manager so there was not any of the usual back & forth with negotiations. I would recommend any of my friends who are in the market for a Cadillac to go to Long.
Electrical issues - Dcpbravo
Dimond was able to diagnose and fix a serious electrical problem. They provided the important information to us at all times. Great VIP service. I would recommend Dimond for service and purchase.
For the first time purchasing a vehicle was an enjoyable exp - Bill & Eva
Our 5 month search for 2015 certified Cadillac SRX came to a wonderful end at Norwood Cadillac! Our beautiful certified vehicle previously belonged to a Norwood Cadillac customer who had all the service provided by them. Maryann Picarello provided excellent customer service to us. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the whole purchasing process a pleasure. We had an unusual delivery date need and Maryann and Norwood Cadillac went above and beyond to help us out! We have to say, for the first time purchasing a vehicle was an enjoyable experience!

"Honed" - Disappointed
My vehicle was transported to Woodworth Chevrolet with a engine problem. The service department told me that the engine block was cracked and that my Corvette Z06 needed a new engine. With the warranty expired I was informed the repair cost would be fifteen thousand dollars.($15,000) Sick over the loss I sold the vehicle to the dealership. About one year later a service person slipped up and told me that the engine that was in my former car was sent out to be "honed". The engine block was not cracked, as it was sent out to be machined. The engine cylinders were scratched when the intake or exhaust valves fell inside the combustion chambers. I have come to understand that defective valve seals is a common problem with LS7 engines. GM/Chevrolet has done nothing to correct this problem. I trusted these people and they took advantage of me. Be very careful when doing business with these people I lost twenty thousand dollars over this unfortunate situation,
Rude and unprofessional customer service - Matt C
February 2018 I went to buy a new car. I would think like any car buyer I was checking what each dealership had to offer. I currently drive a Chevrolet so my first stop was Tracy Chevy Cadillac in Plymouth, MA. Dave Young was my salesman. Dave showed us a couple of vehicles. Test drove one vehicle and went inside to see some numbers. Dave brought our paperwork over to Paul Barton the "Manager" of the business. Sitting at Dave's desk with my girlfriend we began to hear the manager Paul demean us with discriminatory remarks. When I confronted Paul about the remarks Paul's reply was, "I wasn't talking to you I was talking to Dave about you. Dave immediately began trying to "soften" or mitigate the damage Paul inflicted. As I explained to Dave, at Dave's desk, it was not necessary to explain Paul's comments Paul interrupted our conversation. I asked Paul to be professional, keep his excuses to himself and allow us to speak with our salesman Dave. Paul responded, "if we want to buy a car at Tracy we are dealing with Paul". That was more than enough for us to go two lots over to Colonial Ford and purchase their 2018 C-Max Hybrid. While I write this review so other consumers can read about Tracy's services I would also say thank you. If Tracy's customer service did not drive me out the door we probably would not have made it to Colonial Ford.
Would never do business here , EVER AGAIN! BUYERS BEWARE!! - JordanG
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO IMPERIAL IN MENDON OR ANY COLONIAL DEALERSHIP!
Would never buy a vehicle from them again, sold me a “used” suburban that was used and traded in by one of there own, purchased it from them beginning of August 2017, battery died within a few days, took 2 days and many calls from me for someone to give them “clearance “ to put a new battery in it. They never changed out the brake pads and rotors like they said they would (figures salesman puts “resurface” in purchase and sales and they didn’t even resurface them.) I had to call many many times about my brakes squeaking, they proceed to tell me they did them April 2017, so it sat not driven for 4 months so brakes/pads were all rusted and squeaky. Rear tailgate pistons both broke within a few weeks of owning , 2 of the 4 tires had leaks within a few days outside the 30day guarantee, mind you I had put in well over 40 calls to there service department, my suburban I had just bought for my wife ! From her own cousin who works at diamond,! was in service for almost 2 weeks of that first month I owned it, with them always saying “I don’t have clearance” to do that and leaving me helpless.
Not to mention end of September ( almost two months since bought ) my suburban starts acting up and misfiring and brought to mechanic and has a hot cyclinder 7, which keeps blowing spark plugs and misfiring , I’ve put 2 sets of plugs in under a year, and have to get oil changes sooner as it burns oil , I would never buy a vehicle from them ever again , used or not they had a vehicle on there lot and sold it to me and my wife (her own cousin sold it) and has BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, the vehicle should of never been on there lot and they know it and that’s the reason they treated me like dirt after I purchased it, they lost business from me and my family that’s for sure
Mind you when I finally plugged into snap ons advanced controller found over 20 codes that were cleared before I purchased the vehicle
Be aware of them!! They will rip you off in service, and beware buying used anything and new from them!! Shop around there are dealers local who are THOUSANDS CHEAPER more than willing to be upfront and honest with you .
This was copied from my review from google, they are liars and snakes and did not do any of that except ONE key fob, and REAR ROTORS ONLY NOT EVEN PADS!!! they are thief’s and snakes and should not be in business at all.
****MY RESPONSE TO DIAMONDS LYING RESPONSE** I have records and conversations saved to prove none of that was done AT ALL!!! (Tires, rotor and pads ), they did two back rotors because I threaten to get a lawyer involved.
ADDITION - I DID NOT RECIEVE 4 NEW TIRES AT ALL!! I DID NOT RECEIEVE THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PAD AND ROTORS, YOU ONLY REPLACED THE BACK ROTORS BECAUSE THERE WAS RUST SPOTS AND RIVETS IN THE ROTORS, YOU DIDNT EVEN CHANGE OUT THE PADS LIKE YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO!!! YOU GUYS ARE SUCH A JOKE AND LIARS ITS PATHETIC AND SICKENING , NONE THE LESS THAT AN EMPLOYEE WOULD SELL HIS COUSIN A VEHICLE LIKE THIS !!!
You guys ought to be ashamed selling cars with known problems to people , never mind family members.
MIND YOU I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS, EMAILS, and CONVERSATIONS SAVED BETWEEN ME AND THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD ME THIS PIECE OF JUNK, I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE LIARS , I RECIEVED NO NEW TIRES, NO NEW PADS ALL AROUND , I HAD TO FIGHT AND FIGHT AND CALL AND CALL FOR YOU TO PUT ON REAR ROTORS!!! YOU GAVE ME ONE REMOTE WHICH TOOK 2 WEEKS TO COME IN!! COURTESY VEHCILE? IT WAS OUR ONLY VEHCILE AT THE TIME AND WE HAD GOOD FAITH YOU WERE SELLING US SOMETHING RELIABLE AND SAFE , and a service 9/21/17???!!!! LOL , THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN AND YOU GUYS TOLD ME “THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT FRONT PADS AND ROTORS AND THE TIRES “ , you guys are con artists , PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!
Run away and buy elsewhere - angry customer
This dealership by far is the worst I have ever dealt with. I leased a vehicle and went to buy it out. They said "you have to come in for the paperwork" I've never heard of that before. I went in for the "inspection" and they wouldn't provide me the paperwork. They lied to me about how I had to finance with them after I was already approved at my bank. They sat down and lied straight to my face. I would never buy a vehicle here again and I strongly recommend that no one buy a vehicle from them.
Great Service, unexpected surprise - foodie42
I was really surprised at the excellent attention that was demonstrated by Rob Wayburn & Andrew. I wanted a preowned car within a certain price range. My first experience was with Robert several months prior, unfortunately I was unable to find anything at the dealership. Robert took my information and promised to notify me if anything comes in. At this point I was use to this being the last time I'll ever hear from a sales person. Pre-owned cars are a hit or miss issue as it is. To my great surprise, Robert called several months later with a potential car that will meet what I was looking for. SEVERAL MONTHS ! Rob, was attentive and kind, I actually ended up purchasing not the car Rob called about ( it did meet my needs ), but, a slightly more expensive car. I couldn't be more please with my experience as well as the car. I was treated very fairly & respectively. I has some minor issues that I wanted repaired or replaced. I went to Rob, he walked me to the service department & introduced me to Rich in the service department to make sure I knew who to go to. Rich was also friendly & very patient as I tried to explain my issues. Not a problem well take care of it. Even though this is not a GM product, I will continue to have my car serviced at this dealership. I just can't tell you how great my experience has been with Cape GM, Rob should be commended for his outstanding customer service skills, thus , making this dealership stand out more than others I have experience.
Inaccurate diagnostic suggesting $700.00 in unrelated... - Pennyspontiac
Inaccurate diagnostic suggesting $700.00 in unrelated repairs to problem. Car taken to a dealership in Schenectady, NY and was properly diagnosed and covered under warranty.
