Salesman didn’t know trucks - Duane Boucher
Told the salesman exactly what we were looking for in a truck and he led us to other trucks that did not have the things we were looking for. Specifically power seats he told us that the limited was the only one hat had those. When I got home and looked in brochure I found the Laramie which had everything we wanted and which he never mentioned to us.

The Worst Service! - JT
I made an appointment for a safety recall for a tailgate latch over 2 weeks ago for a 9am scheduled time. I asked they had time to also perform the 75K mile oil change service, they said they did have the time. I was there waiting with no updates from anyone for over 4 hours. At the end, they said that they did the 75K service, but didn't have the tailgate latch! They did not even complete the original thing that I had made the appointment for. But they happily charged $77.17 for a conventional oil change! The idea that it is ok to let a customer wait over 4 hours with a scheduled appointment, no updates, and at the end of it all not complete the original service requested is unacceptable to say the least!
horrible experience - markb1
This was the first time dealing with this dealership in my life. I brought a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee to the service department to hopefully have the cpu rebooted as the car would start but shut off right away. I was informed that the cpu was worn and needed to be replaced to the tune of 1080 dollars to include the diagnostic on the vehicle. I informed them I was not going to get in replaced and would be back in a week to have the vehicle towed away. First most places would wave the diagnostic fee but doesn't matter in this case. So on Friday I called six hours ahead of time to let them know that I would be there at 3pm to have the vehicle towed. I get there at 230 to take care of the paperwork. Then I had to find my own vehicle, they didn't have it ready. I find my vehicle and the drivers side window had a trash bag over it because after working on the vehicle they couldn't get the window back up and instead of jumping the battery(which fixed the problem by the way) they left it like that. Than when I popped the hood to look, THE MECHANIC DIDNT EVEN BOLT THE CPU OR THE WINDSHIELD WASHER FLUID CONTAINER BACK TO HOW THEY WERE WHEN I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE IN. I FEEL BAD FOR THE GENTLEMAN HELPING ME BECAUSE HE WAS NEW AND HE DID REFUND MY MONEY. JUST BECAUSE I DECIDED NOT TO GET THE WORK DONE THEY JUST DECIDE TO LEAVE THE VEHICLE AS IS? WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. IN FACT I CANT EVEN GIVE THEM A STAR. I THINK THEY OWE ME A STAR. AND THEY SHOULD FIRE THAT MECHANIC. MAKES ME WONDER IF I EVEN NEEDED A NEW CPU IN THE FIRST PLACE. THE ONLY SOLACE I CAN GET IS THAT THEY DID PUT WORK INTO IT AND DID IT FOR FREE AS THEY REFUNDED MY 120 DIAGNOSTIC FEE,WHICH IN FACT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE ON TOP OF THAT. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE....

Great Experience - Jcarswell
Worked with David Fifield to purchase my Durango. David was helpful, thorough, easy-going, and checked in with me throughout the entire process. Tri-City created a really smooth, easy process. I would highly recommend them for a low-key dealer experience.
Very good Collision service - not so good to deal with other - nuffer
My 26 yr old son took my vehicle in for collision service - all suspension damage. He lives there, we live in Buffalo. Filed insurance claim all going well except they had vehicle in shop for 30 days. OK , that worked he had rental. Now the issues happen. All of a sudden can't align wheels, 2 parts corroded, NOT covered under lifetime warranty - $900 SURPRISE!! Fine, i paid it from Buffalo and my son picks up truck. No Spare?? He brought in a new Spare wheel & tire. Well service tells him he didn't bring any in, well they went back and forth, guess what.. there was the wheel in the box right there on the counter, where's the tire - ON THE TRUCK!! What happened to the one insurance bought? So he just wants to get out of there before something else happens. He goes out to the truck and there this plastic sticking out steering column?? hmmmm he drives away, guess what the truck is in safety mode, won't go over 30. .WHAT?? Suddenly it needs a Clock switch in the steering column..What $580!! Dealer says it was like that when he brought it in - no way the truck has 190K mi of trouble free driving. If that was the case why didn't they see that at alignment when they played with steering wheel or did they cause it?? Awful, now it occasionally acts up - contacting Chrysler. Sent General manager Priority letter. Delivered 12 days ago NO Response. Funny thing was the service guy kept hinting it was a catalytic converter job $2,000+. Then I called screaming that the cats were fine, that's when they came up with the clock spring. I think they were trying to take advantage of a young kid. Very Shady !!
2017 Dodge Challenger - Blvieira1975
Terrible service. I bought brand new vehicle and it was loaded with dings and scratches. I was assured it would fixed and I would be satisfied if I was able to bring back in a day or two. They made it worse and interior was filthy. Everything they promised was a lie. Stay away from this dealership.
John Kennedy their sales manager however called me a day later. He made it right. Great guy. Get him involved because he cares.
Never again - NeverAgain
It was all about the trade-in, the dealership can't sell them so they wholesale them, this is an issue because at best you are looking at 50 to 60% of its retail value. Please verify for yourself to see if they keep few if any trades, most are sent immediately to auctions, where other dealers are looking to purchase below value and resell. You are much better off at a dealership that keeps its trade-in s and resells the vehicles themselves. Another thing, when you are dealing with salesperson's that are seasoned they will ultimately take advantage of you. I purchased new in 2004, then traded it in 2012, they offered less than half the blue book value, I then went to Premier and received 85% of fair value, that was 4000.00 difference. It pays to shop...they don't want your business, happy selling new out the door only and then gouging on service end as Chrysler has to reimburse for warranty and recalls, that is not a sustainable business model.
Furthermore, they lack decent showroom, customer waiting area, available service, no loaners, and decency...it's like you're bothering them to be asking for help or service. Can't totally express my dissatisfaction as it would be a novel. I now buy from Kelly and Premier.
Sorry O'Hara but come on its the year 2018, businesses reflect their ownership and this one's abissmal.
Deceiving military discount, single Mom and son - MomB123
After confirming the price of two vehicles over the phone with the Sales Manager Pete, we drove 40 minutes to look at the cars. We discussed the price several times verbally, with Paula the "Jeep Specialist" and then told us that was only for Active Military. We heard them saying did you show them the fake invoice, in the next room. Then they try to play a numbers game. They saw a single mom and her son trying to buy a car and decided to take them for a ride on advantage highway. They low balled us on our trade, after we showed them several quotes from other dealers. They said that the price was what it is, and I said there are no disclaimers on the green sale sign in the window that 500 only applied to active military. I am disgusted that they would use the military as a sleazy sales tactic to get buyers in. I said this is not going to work, and then the sales manager said that they would honor the military discount even if we didn't qualify. I said, what is the price and they said with the 500 off. I said so what you are telling me is that you are going to honor the advertised price and not negotiate anything else? He then said the old school sales line," what number would it take to earn your business today?" My son told him a price, he was rude to my son and said, "it was nice meeting you and put out his hand for a shake" I kept my Momma bear under control, but it was not easy and shook my head and said you are deceitful. I would never, ever recommend this dealer or step foot in it ever again. Complete Sleazy
Service and body shop horrible - Rfcoz
Our car was in there shop 3 times for being hit in accidents, everytime it had to go back in the shop because it wasn't done correctly, they never aligned the car after one accident and it ate the front tires off the car, there fix they aligned it and put used tires on it that were not the correct size. They never checked the rims for being bent just repainted them. They buffed the front headlight through the first layer of plastic the insurance company paid to have the light replaced it never was done. The last time it was covered in over spray and the 2 rims were never checked or painted. When contacting them was told the problem was being looked into. My exwife brought the car in for winter tires and an vermont state inspection and the mechanism told her it would fail due to brakes and rotors being rusty. When she came home I was very angry pulled the wheels and showed her the brakes were less than 6 months old and were still like new as for the rotors they looked perfectly fine its vt rotors get rusty. Filed a complaint with the BBB and the service manager lied and was rude. Second time the owner contacted BBB and I excepted her answer talked to her on the phone, we set up a time to bring in the car and insurance papers for the accident. When I called the day of the appointment to confirm it I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Lmao they just wanted a good report back to the BBB. Stay clear of the dealer ship in Springfield Vt.
Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple... - jeffmsp76
Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple oil chg and tire rotation. As I take extreme care in maintaining my RT's appearance, I was already leery of having someone put a socket, or worse an IMPACT TOOL, to my beloved car's lugs. Imagine my dismay when I was advised that the previous owner had rounded the corners of the lugs just enough to make it impossible to remove them with the proper tool. INSTANT ulcer, with visions of some "get it done, get it out of here" service tech going to town on my wheels with a hammer and socket set. Not to worry though. Troy, the service manager assured me that they would complete the job scratch free. And he did, even taking the time to mock up a piece of cardboard and place it over the alloy wheel to keep them clean and scratch free. 99.9% of dealerships will NOT take the time to do this. They will instead blast them off with an impact gun and send you out the door without saying the word. I was extremely happy with my first experience at Brookfield motors and will now go there for all of my service. Although this was probably no big deal to Troy and his staff, it is this type of attention to detail that will keep a customer coming back. Thanks again!
