Looking for a vehicle? I would definitely shop here! - ErikaB03833
The entire sales experience was easy, smooth and enjoyable! There wasn't any hard and fast sales tactics that made you feel uncomfortable. From walking on the lot, to test driving, to driving home with our new vehicle, everything was relaxed, friendly and even fun! Chris, Joe and Ted were great to work with! Plus they were very competitively priced, which was originally he reason why I contacted them and drove an hour from home to work with them. I'm thankful I did!

Great Price, Great Service - bsteffcamaro
I got a great deal on a car I really wanted. The staff were very friendly and supportive and did not pressure me or up-sell me at all. Bill helped me register the car and get it insured. The car was in perfect condition and is a blast to drive.
Sell and get out of town - JP
BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!
Bought a used vehicle from them on September 12 and was given a 60 day/2,500 mile warranty. The car, unfortunately and ironically, developed a major engine problem during the last week and half of the end of the warranty period and was, also, under the allotted mileage. Couldn't get it diagnosed by a qualified local service center until a few days after the 60 day period had passed. Informed sales manager, Dan, upon learning of the diagnosis of the car. He told me that he didn't believe that he could help me out, but said he would consult with "the powers to be." Answered me back the next day with a , sorry , but "the powers to be" ae not willing to offer any consideration or compensation.....Really? Now I am left out in the cold with a $9,500 engine repair on a vehicle that I paid $16,000 for.
Talked to a few reputable dealers about my situation and was told either, that they never encountered an unfortunate case like this, but if they did, assured me that the right thing to do, at minimum, would be to negotiate some level of compensation. Others that had encountered similar warranty circumstances said that they would, absolutely, address the problem or problems to the satisfaction of the customer to avoid poor customer ratings and possible litigation. As one individual stated..."Its only good business principal."
Service from Quirk - Rbrewster33

Very poor experience from Clayton Marin - pbraz91
I drove an hour to take a look at a car they had for sale, I was greeted right away by the sales manager and Kaylene very nice and friendly people I was then told I was going to be dealing with a experienced sales associate. Then comes Clayton, clearly not the experienced sales associate I was told I would be dealing with, not attentive to my questions and concerns, barely knew anything about the car or anything about cars. What really drove me away from buying the car I wanted was after the test drive he sat down and flat out said "are you buying today or not? because if not we are closing." really? what kind of sales associate is this? I had only came out to test drive the car but after the test drive I was excited and wanted to get the car I had also asked Clayton to give me a estimate on my car that I was trading in and I was told " we only give estimate on trade in if you're buying the car today, since you're not we can't give you a estimate" then he said the car I was interested in is a unique type of car and only a few people that come in looking for it so the dealership really isn't in a hurry to sell it, really? this is the worse sales experience I've ever had. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, OR CLAYTON.
Over all services from service - Usamopar
We dropped off are car for some work. After a month found out that they don't have a certified mechanic that could do the job after agreeing to take on the job. Once it was time to get the car. There was missing hub caps and the window was left open. Before we could get it back. It rained and rusted up a tool that was in there. After explaining the two problems. They bluntly sad "not are problem, it's been hear for a while and we are not replacing. Have a good day"
No a sorry or any kind words. Nothing.
GREAT JOB!! Boys and girls.
Had been repeat customers for 4 vehicles - NEVER AGAIN! - PissedOff
Too many issues to list as this was one of the worse experiences I have had with a dealership! Bait and Switch tactics; ignored request to cancel add-on warranty coverage that now requires I deal with assuring I get the 'refund' for this coverage - also caused my monthly payment to increase above the maximum monthly payment I stated I could afford; baseless "promises" by everyone involved with this transaction - Sales Manager (bad); General Manager (worse); Finance Manager (worse of all). All of these people dropped the ball and made 'promises' that they did not deliver on.
Will NEVER set foot in a DeLuca dealership ever again! Will also make sure as many people as I can reach knows not to go to this dealership - EVER!!
Drive right by O'Hara Motors...don't even think of stopping - sundial
Careful when dealing with this run down Jeep dealership Just looking at the building, I should have thought twice about dealing with them. The issue apparently lies with the part time owner, a Mr. O'Hara. I say part time, because he never is there when trying to talk to him.
As I will explain, I should never have gone into the place at all.
My first bad experience was doing an upgrade to the radio. When they did it, the radio was destroyed. They explained it was caused by the Jeep's new software. It took over month to get a radio that worked.
it's interesting that when you fill out a survey that Jeep sends you concerning service, it apparently goes back to the dealer with your name on it.
Everything went well with the next oil change. In fact, I actually think the service manager, Ron, is a very nice guy. He goes out of his way to help.
Then, came the really poor experience. How many have had a new oil filter installed that was claimed to be defective? I got home after an oil change to see oil pouring out of the bottom of the car on to our garage floor. Ron came to the house to check it out.
He explained that the filter was defective (from Mopar). He saw that the oil had sprayed all over the engine while I drove home, and then the oil poured onto the garbage floor. He came back and personally cleaned the floor.
Then, I had to drive the car back to the dealership the next day. I waited well over two hours while they did the oil change again, and attempted to clean out the oil from the splattered engine. "Attempted" is because that night it again was dripping on the garage floor.
Ron came again to clean it up. I, again, spent over two hours returning to the dealership for them to try and clean the engine. He even gave me a free oil change for the future, because of the continued aggravation. He then told me my complaint was only with Chrysler Jeep and Mopar.
I filed a complaint with Chrysler Jeep, because I had concerns that the spill might have caused a future problem with our painted garbage floor, and Ron said his dealership would not file an insurance claim, as it would raise its premium (must have been the owner's O'Hara telling him that).
So, Jeep got involved. It was decided that the dealer should do a complete (including engine) detailing of the car, as I requested. They would not do anything about the floor, itself. Plus, when I bring it in, the dealer could do the upgrade of a Jeep recall of its gearshift issue. It was not was confirmed for a day, as I had asked for a loaner car this time (and this dealer doesn't normally have one).
in the interim, the car 's brakes are making a strange noise. I am wondering it the sprayed oil has effected them, too? Maybe a complaint with the Attorney General of MA is in order? Or, perhaps a lawsuit?
Here's the clincher! Today, I received a call from Ron stating that Mr. O'Hara refuses to honor the agreement at his dealership. He explained that my review with Chrysler Jeep ( even though Ron said it was complimentary to the dealership), caused his dealership to be rated a 3 by Chrysler Jeep. He wouldn't service me ever. he even said the free oil change offer was rescinded.
So, I rate them a one star, because there is no zero stars. I guess I should never have started with dealership that looks like it it is run down and should be rebuilt.
I have a call into Jeep Corp. again. Who knows what they will do? I can only give them a poor rating, and hope to stop others from thinking of dealing with poorly run dealership again.
Deceiving military discount, single Mom and son - MomB123
After confirming the price of two vehicles over the phone with the Sales Manager Pete, we drove 40 minutes to look at the cars. We discussed the price several times verbally, with Paula the "Jeep Specialist" and then told us that was only for Active Military. We heard them saying did you show them the fake invoice, in the next room. Then they try to play a numbers game. They saw a single mom and her son trying to buy a car and decided to take them for a ride on advantage highway. They low balled us on our trade, after we showed them several quotes from other dealers. They said that the price was what it is, and I said there are no disclaimers on the green sale sign in the window that 500 only applied to active military. I am disgusted that they would use the military as a sleazy sales tactic to get buyers in. I said this is not going to work, and then the sales manager said that they would honor the military discount even if we didn't qualify. I said, what is the price and they said with the 500 off. I said so what you are telling me is that you are going to honor the advertised price and not negotiate anything else? He then said the old school sales line," what number would it take to earn your business today?" My son told him a price, he was rude to my son and said, "it was nice meeting you and put out his hand for a shake" I kept my Momma bear under control, but it was not easy and shook my head and said you are deceitful. I would never, ever recommend this dealer or step foot in it ever again. Complete Sleazy
Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple... - jeffmsp76
Went to Brookfield motors with my Magnum RT for a simple oil chg and tire rotation. As I take extreme care in maintaining my RT's appearance, I was already leery of having someone put a socket, or worse an IMPACT TOOL, to my beloved car's lugs. Imagine my dismay when I was advised that the previous owner had rounded the corners of the lugs just enough to make it impossible to remove them with the proper tool. INSTANT ulcer, with visions of some "get it done, get it out of here" service tech going to town on my wheels with a hammer and socket set. Not to worry though. Troy, the service manager assured me that they would complete the job scratch free. And he did, even taking the time to mock up a piece of cardboard and place it over the alloy wheel to keep them clean and scratch free. 99.9% of dealerships will NOT take the time to do this. They will instead blast them off with an impact gun and send you out the door without saying the word. I was extremely happy with my first experience at Brookfield motors and will now go there for all of my service. Although this was probably no big deal to Troy and his staff, it is this type of attention to detail that will keep a customer coming back. Thanks again!
I live in NH and the dealer is in VT. But, the price... - Kendo2
I live in NH and the dealer is in VT. But, the price difference between what I could get closer to home was worth traveling to check it out. The place looks like an old mom and pop operation compared to the slick-looking corporate dealerships. I figured "this can't be good". Walked in the door and was greeted by everyone like an old friend. I had emailed and spoken with Mike, so I asked to see him. The other salesman seemed just as happy to direct me to him as he would have been to talk with me. Waited about 10 minutes for Mike and during that time spoke with a long-time customer who praised the way he had been treated there for years. The whole place just had a very comfortable "old neighbor" feel. Met Mike and that feeling continued. He reiterated what we had spoken about with no attempt to pressure me to spend more. I ordered the car from the factory, wrote the deposit and crossed my fingers. Jeep lets you see your build at each stage and that was cool. A couple weeks after the "shipping" stage, I got a voicemail and email from Mike that it was in and ready for me. It was exactly as ordered and everything was in perfect condition, with 3/4 tank of gas. Mike spent at least an hour with me going over all the high-tech doo-dads. I've had the car now for five days and it's great.
My overall experience with Kelley turned out to be enjoyable and stress-free, and well worth the travel time for me.
