I rate rte 2 Hyundai a 5 stars because I received awesome service from the first phone call I made to them to going in for my appointment. With my circumstance I went to a few other dealers that told me they would be able to get me into a car with zero down and no co-signer but failed. I called and spoke to Darcy and she told me they specialize in my type of situation and she told me to do the credit app so that they could see the prognosis of getting me into a car so I did and called her back to let her know I filled it out and she let me know she will keep a look out and contact me right after her manager sees the app. Normally most dealers don’t contact back and I have to call them but Darcy called me a few hours later and gave me good news and we made an appointment to take a look at vehicles. I drive up and Willy standing at the door greeted me before I got into the door and I told him I was there to meet Darcy. He had me sit at his desk and grabbed Darcy! Darcy told me that willy will show me the vehicle and such. I told Willy my goal and he really made that happen! Although I really didn’t want a newer car he explained to me if I wanted to get into a car that what I needed to do the banks will only approve a new car so fine! We test drove the car that was 2017 and the bank didn’t consider that new so he said ok so let’s try a 2018 Elantra instead, that should work! Cool I told him the price I wanted to pay monthly and we worked with each other to get the lowest price but he also put in a car starter for me because he knew I was not happy with the monthly price! Wily definitely made sure I left happy! I probably was not the easiest customer to work with as I was trying to be very stern as I am a female buying a car I didn’t want to get fooled. I left with a brand new 2018 Elantra with remote starter and I didn’t have to put any money down! Also, willy hooked me up with a guy to get the lowest price for auto insurance!! I am a happy girl! Loving my new ride! Thank you very much Willy, Darcy and Brenda!

This was the first car that I bought, at Hyundai of Keene. I was looking for a good, used car, and I originally spent a few nights, reviewing vehicles at the Fenton Family Dealerships website. I wanted a car that was a few years old, and I feel that Hyundai of Keene has cars that are very reasonably priced. I emailed the dealership (quite a few times) with inquiries, and they always responded quickly with helpful information- I felt like they were really trying to help me find just the right car. When I visited the dealership, Dave Lamontagne was the first person I spoke to. Dave is a friendly, knowledgeable, non-pressuring sales associate, and he was ready to show me several vehicles, if need be. He devoted a great deal of his time to make sure that all of my needs were met. The other staff members and associates that I dealt with were equally as helpful and courteous. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe, and it's a great SUV! It really felt like a family atmosphere, and I would highly recommend this dealership to others.

I recently went to look at a Hyundai Sonata I found on a car app, at Prime Hyundai South. Before going, I called the dealership and I was connected to Louis Ferreira. I was sort of nervous because this was my first time buying a car and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. Just over the phone, Louis was a very respectful and polite individual. He quickly and promptly confirmed the car I was looking at was still available at the dealership. I decided to take a drive by the dealership to look at the car. When I met Louis in person, I was impressed with his dress attire. He had a full suit, which revealed to me that I was dealing with a professional. After a bit of small talk, we took the car for a test drive. While in the test drive, Louis explained the car and all the major features, but he didn’t overload me with useless info. He also squeezed in some small talk and even gave me some great tips to build up my credit. When we got back to the dealership and Louis got me a water, we talked price. Louis was very honest and straightforward throughout the negotiation. I was looking at another car at a different dealership, and I let Louis know. I expected him to react in a negative way, but he was very kind and told me to call back if I was interested in the car. Push came to shove and I enjoyed the car at Prime Hyundai the best. I reached back out to Louis and he called/texted back in very appropriate manners. Throughout the whole process, Louis’s communication, respect, and professionalism was on point. I highly recommend dealing with Louis Ferreira for your next car purchase.

Ignored in the Showroom - raz
Went to see and perhaps drive the new Genesis 80. Car has great reviews, so I wanted to see for myself.
Entered the showroom and asked receptionist if they had Genesis on the floor; she pointed the way to me. I inspected it, sat in it, etc for about 5 minutes, expecting someone to come over. When that didn't happen, I asked the receptionist if anyone was available. She went to a desk where 2 men were speaking. I overheard them talking about "who was here". She then came back and paged someone. After 5 more minutes, when no one came, I told her I would "have to come back at a more convenient time" and left.
I will never return there. It's amazing they sell anything at all.

The lens cover to the instrument panel had a crack on this inside. I called the salesman to have it replaced. He handled my call appropriately, asking when I could bring it in. I told him I was going out of town and would bring it in after I got back, which I did. Service looked at it and the salesperson told me he had to talk to his manager, who was not in that day, and would call me back when he knew what they were going to do about it since it was a $2,000 part. Over a week later, he had not called me back, so I called him and left a message. He called me right back and asked me to schedule an appointment to get it switched out. So, living an hour away, I brought it back in for a 2nd time. No one even said they were sorry it had happened. I asked service if I could speak to the manager when I first came in. I waited for the car for 1.5 hours and never saw the manager. When the car was ready, I asked again and the manager finally came over. He was not sorry either. I hadn't even had the car for a week. I thought he should have at least given me a $25 gas card for all of my travel and time spent on this. I understand that things happen, even to a new car, however at least I could have gotten a "sorry" and not been blown off in finding out what they were going to do about it (the original indication was that it was not a covered item!) and then by the manager. I had put $10,000 down on the car, so 1/2 of it is mine. Needless to say, I am very disappointed and will not be going back. They would have had my business for an automatic car starter and future buyers.
