I've never shopped for a car before and had a good experience ans as a woman this an be an intimidating process. This was different. I found the car I wanted, contacted the dealer and the rest of the process was pleasant. Jess in the finance department has exceptional customer service. If its possible to give her more than 5 stars I would. I live 100 miles away, they delivered the car, i signed the paperwork and I am absolutely loving my new vehicle. Additionally, their prices for the car I was looking for beat other dealers with cars that were older and out of warranty.
When I need a new car in a few years they will be the first place I look. Thanks again!

I did a valuation of my car online came up with a figure of $17,500,was also sent an email showing the evaluation.When my wife and I drove down from New Hampshire to look at a vehicle we were very interested in . while we were waiting they did an appraisal on our car that came back $4000 les then their website told us it was worth.Sales manager said he couldn’t find where they came up with the 17,500 evaluation anywhere,then proceeded to tell me that the tires I had put on my Santa Fe 5,000 miles ago at a Hyundai dealership was junk and my car was out of alignment,mind you he never went and looked at the car a young salesman went out and took pictures of the car.This place is a joke and dishonest!

Nashua Hyundai sold me a car but they then told me they could not give it to me. They had no title for it Nate Green, General Manager, refused to cancel sale. He refused to give me the name of his superior. He said I would just have to wait as long as it took to locate the title. Then he Hung Up on me. Would he have used bully tactics if I had been a man instead of an older woman?

I purchased a van with them in may, the day I went to pickup the vehicle I got in and drove around the parking lot and notice some weird sound on the back under the car, guess what they had removed my spare. I stop went back in and called James Lewis the guy who sold me the van, he said they may forgot to reinstall the spare after whatever they had done to the van. He assured me i would have on shipped to me in a week, but nothing got couple calls asking for my address i told him is the same on file! Then one more asking for the vin sticker at the door, at this point im sorry they were asking for information they had.
To date 07/19/18 i hove no spare in case i get a flat in a highway and be a in bad situation or something they will hear from my lawyer.

Asked me to come down to the dealership so he could take a look. Arrived and immediately was trying to push a trade. Offered me 50% of my asking price.

The sales people were absolutely obnoxious. I stated several times I was just looking. First sales person backed off a little. Second sales person then kept at me and told be that if I'm on the lot looking he has to be there talking to me. I said no problem and left. I got in my vehicle and the general manager knocks on my window to ask what he can help with. I tell him how rude his sales people are and he proceeds to ask what I'm looking to buy. I said nothing here.
