I went in to buy a Jeep Cherokee 2015 Trail hawk and had a great experience. Russell was a great man and hooked me up and even got a few thousand for my trade in too. I Was happy to be able get a car and it was fast too. The only part that was bad was the financial process. Rami was not helpful at all and i will re think about going to him for the finance part. Overall , go to Russell Ledoux and you will be all set.

My wife and I are from out of state and were recently on vacation north of Boston when our 2016 Jeep Renegade started overheating. We called for a tow and we happened to be closest to Herb Chambers Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I was impressed that someone was on duty in the service department after 7pm when we arrived. Our Service Advisor Barbara A. Padget went above and beyond to put us at ease and immediately obtained a loaner vehicle for us to use for the balance of our stay. She then expedited the repair of our Jeep, which happened to be a bad cooling fan and module, repaired under warranty. I was impressed at how Barbara handled our whole situation and turned what could have been a bad memory into a great memory and dealership experience. She is an asset to this dealership.

I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Brigham Gill's used car outlet in Hopkinton, MA. The process was seamless and Bill Fox was great. But that's only one reason why I would recommend this dealership.
After a week with my beautiful vehicle I noticed a "clunking " sound in the drivetrain. I called the dealership and they were great and took the vehicle in very quickly.
However when I got it back, the "clunking" was still there. They arranged that I bring the Jeep into the main dealership in Natick. Since this is a 3 hour round trip drive for me, they arranged for a loan car (they did not have to do this) for me to drive.
I was met by Tom, the Service Manager, who was aware of my situation. He road tested the vehicle with me, identified the issue and arranged for my loaner car. He then turned me over to Ed, an excellent service advisor. I was in and out in 45 mins in a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee ( Now I want a new one!!).
However the tale is not over yet!. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I drove a few miles and the "clunking" was back. Darn it! But I returned to Brigham -Gill Service immediately.
Ed and Tom were there to help. They were not frustrated with me, but rather they jumped on the issue right away, Tom had a tech ride with me and he heard the issue. They were as concerned with how I was feeling as much as they were with the problem itself.. Tom was so concerned that he arranged for the part I needed to be ordered, had one of his personnel drive to my house on Cape Cod, drop off a loaner (again a new (Grand Cherokee), and pick up my vehicle. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
They did the same to pick up my vehicle! I was very impressed and you should be too.The vehicle is fixed and runs great now.
As I think about it, they could have given me a very typical response and pushed me out and on my way. But they didn't!! Instead they all took a personal interest in the matter and stuck with the issue until it was fixed. and I am sure at considerable expense too. They made me feel great and, honestly, I can't stop talking about their service to anyone who will listen. The GM should be proud of this group of Customer Service Experts.
I am a Brigham- Gill customer for life now!

After the horrific experience I had at 495 Jeep, I was afraid to try another Jeep dealership. I initially spoke with Hannah and I told her about my experience at 495. She answered all of my questions and then put me in touch with Shawnee, who was very honest and truly helpful. I went down to the dealership that weekend and both Hannah and Shawnee met with me and assured me I would not have the same experience as I did a few days prior. They were right. I worked with Brittany and she was terrific. She was highly knowledgeable of the vehicle and made me feel extremely comfortable. I love my Grand Cherokee and I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and care.

He gave me a great price on the new truck and was very fair on my trade allowance. The salesman promptly brought the truck around for me to see, even though it was -3 degrees. I am not sure about the sales side, but DO NOT take your vehicle to them for service. They are underhanded, they took TWO WEEKS to cut and program a simple key, (that's after they did it wrong TWICE), and my vehicle was damaged afterwards and they took no responsibility. I gave them one star because i couldn't give them less. If it takes them two weeks to make a key i can't imagine how long it would take them to do other things.
