Had an excellent experience here at Land Rover Sudbury! Initial contact was made with Sofia Toro, who very good in gathering information and not being bothersome in her follow-ups. We finally went to the dealership, met with Sofia who introduced us to Samantha Diamon, She too was very patient and helped us narrow it down to the vehicle we wanted. We went in thinking of the RR Velar and the Jaguar F-Pace, she told us what to expect before the test drive and it was exactly what I experienced. She did an excellent job of going over the details of the car. I have to admit, she was more thorough than the demo some dealers offer during delivery of a vehicle. We left the dealership feeling very confident and pleased of Samantha's expertise. We will be back once our current lease is up on a competing brand. Keep up the awesome work Samantha and Sofia.

Trying to book service with a loaner car is the worse. - LAN
Everytime I book a service it is a hassle to get a loaner car. Recently I booked a month ahead, and was told that there are no loaners available, and to wait for a call during the day for when one is returned. If the loaner does not become available, I have to cancel my next day appointment due to the fact that I need a car. This has become frustrating, and is going to force my business somewhere else. It is unacceptable that after a month of my booking that I am told on the day of, that a car may not become available. Everything else about the dealership has been acceptable.
Terrible service center - rover2016
Would not warranty a corroded window regulator on a less than one year old vehicle. Blamed the detail shop meanwhile they advertise these vehicles climbing up and down mountains and running through rivers.
