The Service Adviser George Knipfing was very professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. I was well received upon arrival. The paperwork was processed quickly. I waited while the service was completed. The car was given "wait status" priority and I was able to have the work completed in an hour. The car was returned to me washed and vacuumed. I would rate the service a solid 10.

I reached out to LR dealership after having new tires installed by a local tire service center. My car was shaking, so I thought I'd take it to the dealer where they would be able to assess what was really going on. The entire staff at the Bedford location was nothing but nice, considerate, efficient and they didn't try to find 1000 things wrong with my car. Trying to book service with a loaner car is the worse. - LAN
Everytime I book a service it is a hassle to get a loaner car. Recently I booked a month ahead, and was told that there are no loaners available, and to wait for a call during the day for when one is returned. If the loaner does not become available, I have to cancel my next day appointment due to the fact that I need a car. This has become frustrating, and is going to force my business somewhere else. It is unacceptable that after a month of my booking that I am told on the day of, that a car may not become available. Everything else about the dealership has been acceptable.

Electronic key failed after 2 years Cost $378 for new one. They took old blade and charged $75 for new blade as spare Denied taking old blade. Thieves pure and simple Stay away
