A Total Lost - Brooklynnn008
When I first walked in Ryan was there to help and guide me. I was in an accident and I had a total lost and within a week I was back in a SUV, no hassle and he was very patient. I recommend everybody to stop by if you need a car, trading in your car or went through a total lost. Ryan was very mindful of me needing a safe vehicle. Thank you so much.

Our First Mazda - Mimi
We wanted to look at leasing for the first time and visited dealerships in the area. Mark Correia was able to put our minds at ease and showed us the benefits, both personally and financially. He gave us so much good information that we knew that we were ready to lease. Choosing the right vehicle was the next step, and again, Mark filled us in on all of the Mazda 6 details. In the end, it was an easy choice to go with Mazda.
The staff at Mazda Cape Cod, Mark, Hailey and those we met in the Service Department, made us feel welcomed, comfortable and able to call on them with any questions or concerns.

I went to Lannan because my daughter has purchased 3 cars from them. Gary was great to deal with (same salesman as my daughter), he answered all my questions, got back to me quickly, and was very patient as I came to my decision. When I picked up my car he assisted me with setting up the technology and even had the service technician talk with me about a maintenance schedule as I only drive about 5,000 miles a year.

Have purchased 3 Mazdas and this dealership went the extra step to assist our daughter in her Mazda CX-5 purchase. Mark Atkinson is our sales rep and he makes it a no stress purchase every time we go there. The service department A1 and take care of all our service needs. We actually make a 40 mile ride to get an oil change at North End. We have worked with many dealers and North End by far is on top. Well done folks. Mike and Paula

We closed the deal over a pizza! - KevinA
I recently purchased a certified Mazda CX-5 and my experience with Jim Samson and Fred Dalton of Liberty Mazda was filled with grace, professionalism, old-school charm, a few laughs and a double cheeseburger pizza! These guys are straight-shooters and a pleasure to conduct business with. After some number crunching, when I told Jim that I have a hard time making decisions on an empty stomach, he suggested we had a pizza delivered from nearby and, sure enough, I signed my paperwork for my CX-5 while downing a few slices with Jim! There was NO PRESSURE sales tactics employed here - it was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to friends or family! Fred Dalton was very courteous and professional and his ease of doing business helped make the car-buying process so smooth!

I have been going to Mazda for about 5 years now, and I have never been disappointed. They truly want to help and give you the best deal they can. Gretchen knew how badly I wanted specific details for my car such as color and sunroof- and she made it happen. Thank you again, Mazda!

Very Satisfied! - Janis Southcoast
Recently I went to Mastria Mazda with an Instant Cash Offer from Kelly Blue Book to sell my car. I was referred to DERECK who would be coordinating this transaction with all the appropriate team members. DERECK was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE in the various steps involved in the transaction. He coordinated all the various personnel to handle the appraisal, test drive, photos, negotiations, etc., quickly and smoothly. Before I knew it, I received and accepted a very fair offer for my car and was on my way. They even offered me a ride home!! Definitely "go that extra mile" for sure in providing great service! I highly recommend Mastria Mazda for all your automotive needs. Don't forget: ASK FOR DERECK, super nice and great service!!!
Pleasant and Positive! - TheSadTruth
I've lit up many car dealerships on Yelp, but I have nothing bad to say about these guys. Our salesperson was Doug Clark, a knowledgeable, genuine man with an infectious laugh that can't be faked. My wife and I came in for a particular vehicle and ended up being directed to a newer vehicle that made more sense economically. The negotiation and purchase process was smooth and the finance manager was cooperative when I called to cancel the warranty extension the day after the sale. I highly recommend. On a slightly different note, what people don't realize is that Mazdas are a super reliable Japanese-made car despite not having the same reputation and predictive reliability statistics as boring Toyota or its aesthetically superior Lexus sibling.
Ask for Doug!!!
Lies and Deception by Phil McAbe (sales) - scrubsz
BEWARE OF PHIL MCABE: I was sold a 2016.5 Mazda CX-5. At the time of "signing" for vehicle purchase, I was shown a series of extra warranty packages by Phil that included an extended 100,000 mile manufacturer warranty and a tire and wheel base warranty. I bought both of them. (Fast Forward 2.5 years) I've been noticing my rear-view backup camera freezes from time to time. The vehicle now has 40,000 miles. My manufactures warranty has expired, but I still have the extended warranty. After moving from Pembroke to Dudley, MA, I inquire with my "new" Mazda dealer/repair shop that my backup camera occasionally freezes. I was told that the repair/data update would cost $67.50 to fix. I informed the service manager that I purchased the "extended Mazda warranty (a $1700 purchase) and that Mazda should cover it. The service manager informed me that my "extended warranty" was a 3rd party company and only covers certain things. To my surprise, the software update was not covered and I was responsible for the repair. Mr. Phil McAbe did NOT explain the full detail of my extended warranty repair. All he told me was, "purchasing the extended warranty will give you peace of mind Mr. Schwartz." Nothing but bait and lure tactics. Never again will I step foot in a Quirk dealership. Phil Mcabe is a LIER!
17Mazda3 - Byemazda3
Purchased new 2017 Mazda3 Touring with 6 speed manual. Sales dept. Is great as long as their selling you something. The minute there is an issue they don't want to know you. They don't answer phone or emails. The way to judge a dealership is not by how sweet the salesperson is but how well they handle problems shortly after. I would not recommend Grappone for this reason. If your not paying for it they aren't interested period.
Because my guess is Mazda doesn't pay for service unless it's a major failure.
Special ordered car used by the GM for personal use - Vin
I own a BMW and a Lexus but decided to buy a Mazda CX-9 (signature) as we genuinely liked the car. It has everything one would need in a luxury SUV. We special ordered a 2018 CX-9, and waited for 6 weeks for delivery. When we went to the dealership to complete the formalities, we were shown our "new" car. It was very clear the car had been driven by someone. Interior was dirty, including several smudges, dirty floor mats with a candy wrapper still inside the car. There were scuff marks on the glove box, indicating someone kicking pretty hard.
Upon inquiry, we were told that the General Manager had used this car for his personal use, which includes driving his kids around. There were significant miles on this special ordered car. The GM used it like this was his personal trash bin and didn't even bother to have it cleaned before showing it to the customer.
Not only was the dealership not upfront about this usage, they didn't even have the professional courtesy to tell the customer upfront about it, or have the car cleaned thoroughly before showing it to the customer.
The salesman offered to give us the GM's phone number and asked us to call on a weekday. We politely declined that offer and asked the GM to give us a call instead. We wanted to see if the GM had the decency to call the unhappy and irate customer who walked away from a deal. Any self respecting person who cares about his job (especially in a service industry) would have done that.
It's been more than a week since this happened, and we still have not received any call from anyone from the dealership, let alone the prime culprit. I will update the review in case this changes.
It is not enough to have a luxury car aimed at taking on the luxury brands. One also needs the staff who understands what a luxury segment needs. That includes overall experience at the dealership. Mazda may have the former, but definitely lacks the latter if they are to use dealerships like Mazda Gallery of Norwood. Imagine a BMW or Lexus dealership showing a "dirty" car to a potential customer. Or a BMW/Lexus GM taking a brand new car for his joyride.
I would give this dealership Negative stars if that was an option.
Cannot even get to the dealership - JankyFlink
So, I have no idea if they are a good or bad dealership, because their outsourced internet sales leads refuses to give me the information I have requested multiple times. I know I can be crass, but I have tried with her to just say that I am looking to talk to a sales manager or finance as I already have information and want someone who actually runs the numbers. She decided to just give a number and then not respond.
So. Who knows what they are like as their first line of sales won't even listen.
