Wonderful no pressure visit - Karl12
We had been looking on-line for a CX-5 and the two other closer dealers had a combined 3 new ones on their lots. Seacoast had over a dozen! Plus we had previously bought a car there about 8 years ago. The salesman that we had previously felt with wasn’t there anymore, but Jack was more then friendly. No pressure, not phased at all when we switched for looking at new to used. Jack was super knowledgeable about the models, and super patient. I know I asked a couple of questions repeatedly and Jack was as nice the 3rd time as the first. When we said we were going to leave and think about it, there was no pressure again, just a hearty thank you for visiting and making sure we had his cell number Incase we had any questions while we were talking. About 20 minutes later as we were in our way back, I received a text from Jack thanking us for our visit. It was a no brainer to go back because the car was the best out of what we had test driven and the whole staff including the owner thank us for doing business with them. It was late at night, so the car wasn’t cleaned as it normally would be but we were just told that the next time we were going to be in the area we just needed to send Jack a message and he would make sure we were taken care of. A full 5 stars for everyone in the buying process

Will Definitely Get Service and Next Car There - Jawsh
Thank you for the wonderful service by Alex. He was up front about how much time it would take to service our car, and offered a loner for the duration. He kept in touch throughout the process and made me feel like a valued customer. I may have bought our Mazda at a different dealer, but Alex made sure our next one will be bought at Premier.

Great experience at North Shore Mazda. - jlaramie
I went to North Shore Mazda to buy a car after my girlfriend had a car accident. We met with Eric Martiniello, he was very professional and was not pushy at all. He understood that we were on a budget and was very informative and helpful. Really great experience all around.

Just purchased a new CX5 and love it! I worked with Michaela Mulry and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Michaela and several folks I worked with at the dealership were all very helpful and made the car buying experience very easy and enjoyable. So excited to have my new vehicle and be part of the Wellesley Mazda family!

We did our own diligence and decided on a specific vehicle with the exact specs we wanted with a price that we were prepared to pay. Albert found us such a vehicle even though it wasn't currently on the lot. He was also very helpful with the test drive and showing us additional features.

Great Sales Team - SK
I went to Mastria Mazda after talking to a few other dealers. I found their sales team to be genuine, straight forward and honest. They gave me their best possible price on the phone and stuck to it. Mike took care of us at the dealership. He was fast, accurate and stuck to the delivery schedule. I had a great experience at Mastria Mazda.
Pleasant and Positive! - TheSadTruth
I've lit up many car dealerships on Yelp, but I have nothing bad to say about these guys. Our salesperson was Doug Clark, a knowledgeable, genuine man with an infectious laugh that can't be faked. My wife and I came in for a particular vehicle and ended up being directed to a newer vehicle that made more sense economically. The negotiation and purchase process was smooth and the finance manager was cooperative when I called to cancel the warranty extension the day after the sale. I highly recommend. On a slightly different note, what people don't realize is that Mazdas are a super reliable Japanese-made car despite not having the same reputation and predictive reliability statistics as boring Toyota or its aesthetically superior Lexus sibling.
Ask for Doug!!!
Great car buying experience! - shank, don and joyce
We traveled quite a way as Quirk Mazda offered the best price for a new lease of a CX-5. It was worth the trip! We felt the experience of purchasing a new leased vehicle was handled very professionally and efficiently by our salesman Chris Cirino along with the sales manager Dennis Werkheiser. Chris was very knowledgeable regarding Mazda vehicles and all questions and concerns were answered very quickly. He was very honest and we didn't feel any pressure whatsoever to purchase/lease a vehicle. We would highly recommend a visit to Quirk Mazda next time you're in the market to purchase a vehicle.
17Mazda3 - Byemazda3
Purchased new 2017 Mazda3 Touring with 6 speed manual. Sales dept. Is great as long as their selling you something. The minute there is an issue they don't want to know you. They don't answer phone or emails. The way to judge a dealership is not by how sweet the salesperson is but how well they handle problems shortly after. I would not recommend Grappone for this reason. If your not paying for it they aren't interested period.
Because my guess is Mazda doesn't pay for service unless it's a major failure.
Cannot even get to the dealership - JankyFlink
So, I have no idea if they are a good or bad dealership, because their outsourced internet sales leads refuses to give me the information I have requested multiple times. I know I can be crass, but I have tried with her to just say that I am looking to talk to a sales manager or finance as I already have information and want someone who actually runs the numbers. She decided to just give a number and then not respond.
So. Who knows what they are like as their first line of sales won't even listen.
Special ordered car used by the GM for personal use - Vin
I own a BMW and a Lexus but decided to buy a Mazda CX-9 (signature) as we genuinely liked the car. It has everything one would need in a luxury SUV. We special ordered a 2018 CX-9, and waited for 6 weeks for delivery. When we went to the dealership to complete the formalities, we were shown our "new" car. It was very clear the car had been driven by someone. Interior was dirty, including several smudges, dirty floor mats with a candy wrapper still inside the car. There were scuff marks on the glove box, indicating someone kicking pretty hard.
Upon inquiry, we were told that the General Manager had used this car for his personal use, which includes driving his kids around. There were significant miles on this special ordered car. The GM used it like this was his personal trash bin and didn't even bother to have it cleaned before showing it to the customer.
Not only was the dealership not upfront about this usage, they didn't even have the professional courtesy to tell the customer upfront about it, or have the car cleaned thoroughly before showing it to the customer.
The salesman offered to give us the GM's phone number and asked us to call on a weekday. We politely declined that offer and asked the GM to give us a call instead. We wanted to see if the GM had the decency to call the unhappy and irate customer who walked away from a deal. Any self respecting person who cares about his job (especially in a service industry) would have done that.
It's been more than a week since this happened, and we still have not received any call from anyone from the dealership, let alone the prime culprit. I will update the review in case this changes.
It is not enough to have a luxury car aimed at taking on the luxury brands. One also needs the staff who understands what a luxury segment needs. That includes overall experience at the dealership. Mazda may have the former, but definitely lacks the latter if they are to use dealerships like Mazda Gallery of Norwood. Imagine a BMW or Lexus dealership showing a "dirty" car to a potential customer. Or a BMW/Lexus GM taking a brand new car for his joyride.
I would give this dealership Negative stars if that was an option.
