Couldn't be more pleased with my most recent purchase from Motor Werks Auto Group. The staff was great to work with at all points in the process. Ian and Sharon made this the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. The customer service is second to none. When an inspection post-purchase turned up a nail in a tire, all four were replaced at no charge.
And Finance was great too! Ryan worked hard to get a competitive rate to my credit union. No painful back and forth, waiting for my CU to cut a check etc.

After contacting the dealership from Sioux City Iowa, 442 miles away, I was impressed from the first contact. Being so far away and not being able to see the truck personally, I asked for better and more detailed pictures, done! Nest I asked several other questions concerning the truck, answered in a timely manner. They even picked me and the wife up from the airport in Chicago, and drove us to the dealership, so see the vehicle. Every bit of this experience was delightful and very well done by Kent and the whole staff at Anderson's. I wouldn't hesitate to fly back there and do business with them again, and the wife is hoping for the same thing to happen.

We have never felt taken advantage of or questioned his/ their recommendations/ service. In fact, he has successfully gone above and beyond to advocate for repairs not covered by our warranty. Because of the relationship built with Jeremy and the other service advisers, we have decided to stay wth Knauz and specifically with BMWs for the purchase of subsequent cars. In doing so, we have since purchased two new cars with Rolly and Bob and have experienced the exact same level of integrity and professionalism with the sales staff as we have enjoyed with the service staff. Total Ripoff not once but twice! It's my own fault for stepping foot in that dealership after the first bad experience. I paid $37K for my xxxxx. 2013 X3. It's now worth $14K after 2 years and only adding 10K miles. They have an identical vehicle currently listed for $26K. Do the math.The passenger airbag does not even work. I've had it in three times and they tell me it's just a design flaw. The side mirror fell off when I went through the shell car wash. I paid $37K for a piece of junk that is now not even worth enough to pay off the loan.
When I contacted Patrick to see if they could see if they could assist all they said was maybe they had something I could trade in so they could rip me off for a third time. Do not buy from them and do not buy a BMW they are junk.

On May 16, 2018, I bought a car from BWM of Orland Park. I bought a brand new 2018 BMW X3. I traded in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willie Edition with 21,000 miles and they gave me $22,000.00 for it. I loved my Jeep but I needed more room so I decided to get a BMW. I bought the 2018 BMW X3 with only 90 miles on it. The salesman was Eddie Steffan and when he dropped off the BMW to my office he told me there were 2 lights on it and that it would be taken care of on Wednesday the 23rd of May and that it just needed a new battery and needed to be reset. I said ok and then they called me that afternoon a Jason Jakubowski from that Orland location called me and said that they needed to get parts from BMW plant because its actually an airbag issue and can't give her back the BMW to drive cause its dangerous. I then contacted the Manger who is Michael Messer who told me that its impossible that this happened. I told him the vehicle is in his shop and to talk to the salesman about it. Turns out the salesman was right next to him and did confirm I was right. At this point I just wanted my Jeep back because I bought a brand new BMW which I paid $52,900.00 for and its having airbag issues. They told me my Jeep was already sold and that they can't refund the sale even though its only been a short time. Then I asked to speak to the General Manager of the store because Michael Messer told me that this was above his pay grade and that is who we are supposed to talk to. However, he never transferred me to the GM or had the GM call me back. I told him that at this point all I want is another BMW X3 because this car is unsafe. He told me that I need to call some sort of warranty service and that he would no longer help me. I feel really cheated and I would advise that nobody buy a vehicle from this location ever again. I paid a lot for a brand new car and I did not receive that car and am now being told its going to take at least 3 weeks to fix the car once they even find out what the problem actually is. I am not sure why they would sell a car to me or anyone if they knew it was unsafe and the lights were already on the car when it was dropped off. The purpose of my post is to ensure that people are very aware of how this car dealership sells bad vehicles and how they treat their customers after they purchase a car. The managers are very disrespectful and talk to you in a certain way to belittle you instead of trying to help their customers. Please be very leary of this dealership.

Joe Svoboda was great! Not pushy at all very helpful..really cool guy. Smooth and seamless experience. No haggling and no pressure. Worked directly with Joe on everything and nobody stepped in between trying to put any pressure on me. David cooper got me a financing rate better than what they promised. Sam Herrera was super nice in showing me all the features. Go and ask for Joe, really nice and genuine guy.

Shortly after purchase of vehicle, dealer could not fix problem on 5 different occasions over a one year time span but to only inform me I would need new parts at my expense. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WARNING: Do not buy tires at BMW because they DO NOT warranty the purchase.
