I visited the dealership last night and met with Lukasz (Luke) Bielanin. I was up-front with Luke and told him I plan to purchase a new car in FL, but was looking to get some initial information. Luke was extremely knowledgeable about the cars - and took a lot of time with me - knowing I was not interested in buying a car in IL. He answered all my questions, and gave me much useful information about the car. The following day, I had a follow-up question about one of the cars. He quickly and efficiently looked up the information and shared it with me. Again, he knew I was not going to purchase a car from their dealership. I highly recommend you ask for Luke if you are looking for a BMW. If he was so helpful to me knowing I would not be purchasing a car, I'm guessing he would be great to work with if you were actually planning to purchase one. Thanks, Luke for your excellent job!

This was by far the best car-buying experience I have ever had. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle which was certainly not the anywhere near the most expensive car on the lot, but the level of service we received made us feel like extremely valuable customers. I felt the process was honest, thorough, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. The process started when I called to see if the car we were interested was still on the lot. The woman who took my call was very curteous and when we arrived, the car was already pulled up to the front and ready for a test drive. Our BMW was dropped off at our house by Robert in immaculate condition and he took the time to explain every button a feature until I, not only understood it, but he took the time to set many options to my preferences. My husband has since proclaimed he is BMW for life now and I really don't see why we would go anywhere else for the next vehicle.

I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience.

I researched cars on and off for over a year and test drove four before keying in on a pre-owned BMW X1 at BMW of Crystal Lake. After the first test drive I was excited, so we took the SUV for an extended drive during some awful Northern Illinois winter weather. My mind was made up, this was the car I'd been looking for.
We worked with Bob Miller. During the entire process from test drive to negotiations to paperwork, he was mellow, professional, pleasant and treated both my husband and me with respect.
We had been to the dealership months earlier to look at a car that ultimately wasn't right for me. This was our second visit. Both times, everyone we talked to (Leah, Derek, Michelle, Bob) were helpful, informative, NOT pushy and the kind of people that made us want to do business with them.

After 12 wonderful years owning a Mercedes, it was time to move on from that car and purchase something new. I kept my comparison between Mercedes, Audi and BMW, but it was the BMW this time around that really caught my eye. A lot of this had to do with Bill Jacobs BMW and my sales person, Bill Earnest. I was looking at both the 540xi and the 530e Hybrid, and Bill took plenty of time over multiple days to ensure I was fully versed in both vehicles and had multiple drivings of both to test out and compare. Since I'm an owner who holds onto a car for a long time, being completely confident in the purchase to ensure that you love it as much 10 years from now as 10 days is important, and Bill took the time to ensure I could make my decision with confidence. He was great to work with the entire time, wasn't pushy, and had a very laid-back approach with worked well for me.
On the night of the purchase, which was late on a Saturday, everything at the dealership went very smoothly. Everyone was friendly and helpful and explained everything along the way, from the steps involved to the financing and service options. I left a VERY satisfied customer with my new 540xi, with Bill Jacobs BMW and most importantly with Bill Earnest. I look forward to a long relationship with my car, Bill Jacobs BMW and with Bill as well.

Usually shop at perillo BMW however upon my move to Indiana I figured I'd try something local, I was very displeased with how I was handled and how fellow workers talk amongst themselves and conduct business in a open manner failing to respect other ears that may hear.
The product person I spoke to was very short with me especially attempting to reply to my specific questions. I chose not to buy shortly after that process and decided to go back to Chicago where I was able to buy a new 5 series 550M in no time and I am very p,eased with that process.
