My wife and I saw a car on the Napleton's Northwestern site. We called and got some basic info and set up an appointment to see it, On the way to the dealership we called and said we were on our way. Moustafa Abd-Elsalam, a sales associate at Napleton's Northwestern, had the car ready for us to see when we arrived. We decided we wanted to buy it and came to a price we both could like relatively easily. From there the paperwork was drawn and the financing was done expertly and quickly and away we went. When I'm in the market again for a car I will be sure to try the good people here first.
Had better days at Hawk - VALINDA NEELY
Went to Hawk on April 7th had a 9:30 appt. arrived accordingly. Asked to have my steering column boot replaced as previously instructed by Hawk at another appt., The part was ordered. Was told that the mechanic had to look at the car. I sat and sat waiting for someone to get back with me . 2 and a half hours later went to desk to ask if he had looked at the car was told that he had brought the car in and was working on it. Says its going to be more than the hour previously quoted. I showed him him the paper work showing the price of the part and labor, Boot $95.00 labor $140.36. Also told I had a coupon. He informed me that he could not accept the coupon because he did not charge me the cost for 3 hours work. Informed him that I know it did not take 3 hours because I kept getting up looking to see if my car had been bought in and the fact that I still paid the amount included in the cost for the coupon amount to be deducted. He says well I cant accept the coupon. Since you have the quote from previous service adviser and you been here so long I'm not charging you for the 3 hours work and will charge you what the previous advisor quoted you in error. Upset because I've been here since 9:30 its not 12:50. I leave and my signal is now not working does not cut off after making a turn. Turned right around and came back and had to wait another 45 minutes for the mechanic to reconnect the turn signals. Very upset my whole day spent waiting 4 hours for a hour job. I usually go home and wait until job complete but left waiting for the mechanic to check the car first.... misinformation...... Their were a lot of young men there on this day working on cars not the regular workers. Could this be the problem?

The new general manager at the Sycamore, IL facility, self proclaimed, interacts w/ prospective customers as "bro" and suggests that he had a "deal for me". My trade in has warts which I willingly described and admitted, along with the associated deducts. In this particular case the vehicle of interest seemed to be fairly priced, however the sales technique marginalized both the sales person (Christen sp.?) and the customer's interests. While I expect that the dealership will meet profit goals on the sale, I also suggest that the dealership could've profited beyond expectations, and likely still will, with more professional and human approach. I would've made the 120 mile round trip to discuss possibilities with cash in hand, however Scott's approach ended the possibility of a sale with me. They make more vehicles every day and I'll find what I need. Just not at Brian Bemis in Sycamore, Il or any other Brian Bemis location. In closing, I have previously purchased 6 other new and used vehicle from Brian Bemis locations. The relationship has ended.

I have been purchasing my cars from Prescott Brothers in Mendota since 1992 and have bought a total of 17 cars there since then, both for myself and members of my immediate family. My wife of one year just purchased a Dodge Journey from Duane; as always, the entire procedure was completed flawlessly. My wife’s previous vehicle from another manufacturer had been leased; Duane Staus and Tom Prescott were able to clear the red tape involving the lease so that we could trade that previous vehicle. A round trip from my residence near Chicago to and from Mendota is 150 miles; the trips I have made for vehicles and service have been well worth my time. My own car is being serviced here now, and I plan to buy my next car here soon. Thanks very much, Duane!

Worst dealership ever!!! We purchased a used car from here a few days ago. We were told the car had new brakes and was in great condition. After driving the car for one day the check engine light came on. We took the car to our mechanic and found out the car needed more work than it was worth. My husband called and spoke with one of the owners, Dale. He told us to bring the car in and we could trade it in for another car. He drove two equally problematic cars neither of which were ever inspected by their technicians. Dale told us point blank that the used trade in cars are never really looked at by a mechanic. This dealership is selling used cars that have never been inspected by their mechanics even though their website boasts that every used car has a thorough inspection by their expert technicians. I'm here to tell you that is not true. That is false advertising on the part of Benoy. Do not buy a car from here. The salesmen are liars, have no morals and do not sell quality cars.

Went to look at a vehicle and the salesman was rude. The facilities are disgusting. The ceiling is half tore down. I felt like I was in a buy here pay here place. Chrysler needs to get on them about their building. Just because you put a new sign on the building doesn't mean anything. The whole experience left me disgusted. Will never step foot in that nasty place again.

I brought my truck in to repair a couple of recalls and to fix a windshield wiper that wasn't working. They fixed the recalls and were even able to get the part needed to fix my windshield wiper the same day so I didn't have to come back.

I have brought two vehicles from South Chicago and the first experience with them was ok not the best but I gave it another try mainly because of the salesman I had, this was my second time purchasing a vehicle from them and I wonder why I even came back to give them my business again they are CON ARTIST. I often want to ask do you go to school to lie like that to your customers and how do you sleep at night, they have this one little short black man that probably has no position or knowledge of how to sale a car but just to give him something to do he comes and I guess try to tell us about we need this to do this this and this like whats the purpose of the salesman. He tells you one thing and than the little man comes along saying , you need money and the salesman says let see if I can work it out. Than the little short man comes with his garbage spill again asking can we do this which would have help us only to find out that he was lying. I hear all they do is put that money in there pocket don't know how true it is but the one thing I know to be true is they are messy and they are LIARS and I will not go back nor will I recommend anyone to go there. I could never be a car sales person because I have a conscience these people I don't believe for one moment that they have a conscience and that's why it's easy for them to lie and come with all that BS. That's why I hate buying cars hate buying them just once I want to purchase one without all the BULL for real because they all are full of it, including the white lady that sits behind the desk and calls the banks and gives the customer that high tail interest rates, I can't even look at her. Please stay far away they are pathetic and you will regret buying from them.

In Sept 09, my college daughter Ashley Lynch purchased a 2003 Saturn Vue from you. A few month's later she received a recall notice on the transmission. She and I both contacted you, with no favorable response. We had hoped to resolve this issue before anything happened. She was advised by Saturn that they would pay 50% of the transmission replacement, which would be $2,400 out of her pocket - money that a college student doesn't have. I believe you knownly sold her the Vue with a faulty transmission. On Easter morning the transmission went out leaving her stranded, without a vehicle and out $7,400. Shame on your dealership for lacking honesty and integrety. What would I rate your service problem on a scale of 1 to 10? ONE

We purchased a used 2009 Ford Escape XLT last Saturday and had one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have had.
When we arrived we were greeted by Tyler who was very friendly and helpful with locating the vehicle we came to see, without being pushy, During the purchase process we received a fair price for our trade-in and also the vehicle we purchased.
Harold was very helpful with the final paperwork and for getting us a very competitive rate on the financing.
While the vehicle was being prepped for us, we were introduced to the service manager who promptly gave us a coupon for a free oil change and told us of the free loaners available should we need one.
After having a bad experience at a different dealer the week before, we were pleasantly surprised with Coronet of Peru creating a atmosphere where you can feel comfortable and relaxed.

Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. I thought his coming to get me was so kind and considerate. We finished the deal, saw Bob again, met Mike in financing, had a great experience @ Greenway Automotive--thanks GUYS !!!!!!! TERRI LOUTOS
