Superb Service! - zains11
Brittany does an outstanding job at Valley Honda. She was the first person I worked with to get my first lease and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Very friendly, easy to talk to, accommodating, and always wanted to deliver customer satisfaction.
I made sure to reach out to her again for my new lease and she helped me out in every way possible to ensure I got the deal that I wanted. In the end, she was able to get my the lease deal I was looking for and I couldn't be happier.
She is an awesome person to work with and always looking to ensure that her customers get exactly what they want. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase or lease a vehicle from Valley Honda. Thanks again for the great service Brittany!

We loved our experience with Joliet Honda. We decided to purchase out our leased vehicle that we leased from Joliet Honda. They were extremely helpful and did everything to help us complete the process in a timely and positive manner. Ted & Liz took great care of us during the process and we will absolutely come back for our next vehicle purchase because of their service.

Best experience I ever had purchasing a new vehicle. - Steve
I will be 72 yrs old in a few months, and I have purchased numerous new vehicles over those years, but doing business with Muller Honda of Gurney has been far the best I have ever encountered. The sales person, Nick Reed, has got to be the best, friendliest, honest person I have ever done business with! Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was kind and friendly. The finance office was fast and efficient. Any discrepancies were dealt with immediately and honestly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. My salesman, Nick Reed, just left my house! He came out personally to install a option on my CR-V that was inadvertently left off! He saved me a long drive from Huntley, IL back to the dealer in Gurney, how many salesman would do that??? Steve Seaman
Carolina is the best there is!!! - Hellokitty
We all know we dread the process and interaction with the salesman when purchasing a car. But in my case it could not have been better. For the start of the process to dealing with Mike on line and him setting me up with the car I wanted in the color I wanted. To Carolina who made the sale seamless and xxxxxxxx free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They followed through with what they said they would and provided me with the deal and discount they promised. Working with Carolina was like buying from a best friend. No pressure, no bs and knowledgeable. I would defend drive over and hour and a half again to work with her. If you visit Honda City make sure you ask for Carolina, you won’t be disappointed. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Trusting BOSAK over neighborhood dealer! - MI City Bosak fan
It is worth the 45 minute drive to Bosak to shop for a vehicle! We live near the South Bend, Indiana area. We have purchased two cars over the last couple of years from this dealership. I have had exemplary salesmen both times. Our last salesman was David Kelly. He was patient with us and courteous. He even spent extra time with my daughter before we left the lot to show her features in the vehicle. It was past his time to leave that day, but he wanted to take time to help her, even though she didn't ask for it!
Thank you Bosak for your TOP RATED service!!
Awesome Experience - Karend

Good experience - June customer
Carlos was wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable. Would definately recommend him to anyone. Extra phone calls from managers was starting to become annoying. Carlos stayed in contact with us. Finance person explained everything very clearly, sorry, don't remember his name.
Best in the Area - Honda Guy
I went in for service on my 2010 Civic. I needed my oil changed , front brakes replaced, and to service a recall. I had very little time to spend at the mechanic since I had to get back to work. Shawn Haugh, The service manager was very concious of my busy life and accommodated me with a loaner car to get back to work. He left a great impression on me. Additionally, the quality of work done was great. The mechanics were honest and did not do any unnecessary work. Bosak Highland is the best in the area, hands down.
Purchase of the new 2018 Honda Odyssey. - Antoha75
Last week we have experienced excellent customer service from Sales Team and management during purchase of our new 2018 Honda Odyssey. Sales person MJ along with manager John S. help us with locating the right model and color and entire experience from the beginning to the end was FLAWLESS.
Over all - "Great Experience!!!" and we will definitely refer Ed Napleton Honda to anyone looking for Honda vehicle.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HONDA DEALER!!! YOU'LL REGRET IT!!! - mmarcus
I would SERIOUSLY recommend avoiding this dealership for buying a car. I purchased two "certified" used vehicles from them a month or so ago - a CRV and an Odyssey. We're having twins, so safety is important to us, and one of the reasons we wanted certified vehicles. Within two weeks of purchase, I had to replace all four tires of the CRV and I was jumping the car every morning because the battery was leaking and corroded. When I reached out to the general manager via email, I never heard back.
It was pretty obvious that neither car had actually been inspected as part of the certification process, and the dealership just straight up lied about it. How in the world am I now supposed to feel confident that either of these vehicles are safe for my family?
I've had to involve Honda's corporate office, and it's a big headache. Don't be dumb like me. There are a LOT of good Honda dealerships around. Fletcher Jones Honda is being run by folks who apparently have no issue acting unethically for a quick buck. The kind of people who give car dealerships a bad name. Be smarter than me and go to a different dealership.

The way it should be - AccordBuyer
I'm a Service customer and have had great experience with Castle so I stopped by when it was time to buy. Tony Chammas made the process super easy from start to finish - straight talk, no games, fantastic price. He really respected my time and kept things moving at the pace I wanted without pushing. Highly recommend this dealership and Tony. The service team is also top notch. My older car had a AC problem that other Honda service dealers just made worse, Castle fixed it first time and even drove me to work. Sales or Service, this is how it's supposed to be done!

Avoid this place, bait and switch - Tom
Avoid this place. This is a terrible, dishonest dealership to try to buy a car from. Short version: we experienced the classic bait and switch, and on top of that it was served with a big dose of attitude and condescension.
We began our search for a new Odyssey online, and saw North City Honda had a competitive quote listed. Reached out via email to the dealership and got a response from Corey Mitchell, an internet sales representative. He gave me a written quote via email which looked good so I got him on the phone to review the quote with him to make sure we were on the same page and there were no additional hidden fees and that they had the car in stock. He confirmed the quote was good and they had the car. After we hung up I wrote him again via email to get those confirmations in writing, which he provided, going so far as to say the GM of the place (Vic Vibhakar) approves the deal. This was confirmed to me via email by Corey at 1:43pm. I told him we would be there at 4:00pm which he confirmed was good again via email.
My wife and I both specifically take work off early to go get this thing done. We hurry down to the dealership which is about a 40 minute drive (each way) from our house. When we get there we are greeted by a salesman at the door, and I ask for Corey. He says sure and guides us straight to the big desk against the far wall, where we remain standing as the salesman tells us to talk to the man sitting behind the desk who is the manager (I believe his name is Mark). I say we have a written deal with Corey and we are ready to close. He says great, and does a whole show of looking through papers and typing on his keyboard, only to tell us ‘sorry, we sold that car but can get you one just like it if you give us a $500 deposit right now and come back tomorrow’. He pulls out some spreadsheet and points to some codes that apparently are supposed to prove to me that my car had been sold. I press him by asking how it can be sold as I confirmed with Corey no more than 3 hours ago the car was there, and plus there’s like 3 other customers in the whole joint so it was not like they were overrun with eager customers.
--At this point at least four or five additional salesmen are basically surrounding me and my wife. Not sure if this is part of the pressure game or they were just so bored they wanted to see what was going on--
He responds again by pointing to some spreadsheet and saying to me ‘Are you this guy? Did you give me $500 to hold a car for you?’ This has got to be complete BS as there’s very little chance that between 1:43pm and 4:00pm on a random Wednesday someone else was looking for the exact same car, went to this exact dealer, reached a deal with them, went and got a cashier’s check, and brought it back to the dealership all in less than 2.5hrs.
I am upset at this point and tell him a deal had already been made, and that the expectation of someone coming into a car dealership, who has gone through all the work of emailing and talking to a sales rep, and reached a deal, is that I could come into the dealership, give them the agreed amount of cash, and get an actual car. He responded that in fact the dealership needed my $500 to go buy a car so that I can have the pleasure of then buying it from them the next day. Mind you, the car isn’t even there, I have never laid eyes on it, and he wants me to give him $500. And this DEALERSHIP, not only does not have the car, but needs MY $500 to go get it. I’m done at this point but demand to see Corey. Someone, presumably Corey, who knows, finally comes out and I tell him what a crappy situation this was. He pretends to just find out that this mythical car, which at this point I am pretty sure didn’t even exist, was already sold. We are really done then and walk out.
@William Burns I think we were the ones you saw getting the bait and switch right before you got the same thing per your review.
Unbelievable. - Scoobyfreakingdoo
First, the sales guy agrees to a price $800 under sticker. Then the finance guy says he can't do that, but on "good faith", he'll take off $300. But his tricky xxx still tacked it on in an offer listed as optional- that he didn't make sound optional, as he had us sign things. Then, he tacks on another near $3000 for a warranty package that he verbally described as "something Honda does", not something we pay for. So, instead of paying sticker price minus $800, we paid sticker PLUS $3000.

Most of the nice reviews are from them or family and friends to sucker ppl to go in . Don't fall for it. As soon as you buy the vechile and sign the contract the bank pay them in full. What ever problem you have after completing the sale you on your own .. They change from being very nice and very professional
Titleless Tucson - Joe S.
Bought a used 2011 Hyundai Tucson from Autonation Honda O'Hare (AHO) on 3/6/2018. On 4/12/2018 I called the Illinois DMV to see when my title was. Turns out it was still sitting at the dealership, hadn't been sent to the DMV 5 weeks after I bought the car. Made several calls to AHO
and left messages for Dana Armitage and Shahbaz Sheikh. Even opened a chat session with staff at Autonation Headquarters before the general sales manager, David Saloman, called me back. Turns out the original title was issued by Florida, and AHO hadn't sent it to Florida to get it properly transferred.
David assured me he would expedite the matter and promised me via email on 4/16/2018 "I will stay on top of this as I said until we are at the finish line,"
Turns out he didn't. On 5/1/2018, I checked with the Illinois DMV again, and no title had been received. Checked in with David to find out what was going on and was told the title had been FedExed to the Illinois DMV, and he would call me back with the tracking number. An hour and a half later, David told me AHO got the title on 4/27/2018, but now "the natural disaster form was filled out incorrectly". This form certifies the car was not damaged in a hurricane. David vowed to send a representative from the Florida Autonation dealership near the owner (5 miles away) to get a new form filled out. Turns out they just FedExed the form and then waited for over a week for it get back. Fortunately for me, one of the kind people at the DMV (yes, there are many of them there) gave me a number to another DMV staffer whose job is to keep and eye on dealerships. Pete made several calls on my behalf, and told me AHO was being fined.
Finally, on 5/9/2018, Pete told me the title had just been received at the Illinois DMV. A mere 2 months after I bought the car and 3 months after AHO got the car from the original owner.
Don't trust this dealership to do anything they say.
And good luck on ever getting them to return a call or give you a straight answer.
