The sales rep we worked with was excellent. Mike Harvey was low key, not pushy, yet very knowledgeable about Honda’s. We felt like we received a fair deal from him and drove away in our new vehicle completely satisfied. We were never pressured to buy more options than we originally wanted.
The only reason that I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was because the dealership itself is older and very crowded. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver. I believe they will be doing updates in the near future when the Volvo dealership next door is relocated.
Otherwise, I would rate Mike as a 5.

The people that we encountered were extremely helpful and went above and beyond others. Angela and Tamara were not only very helpful but wonderful to work with. They make a tense experience pleasant. We left with the item we wanted at the best price because of the persistence and work ethic of the people encountered. It was a very different type of dealership that kept the customer in view. My recommendation for purchase of an automobile would be Honda of Joliet or any of their associated dealerships. We thank them for all their help!

Straight forward sale. No problems with negotiating a good price. No gimmicks. Our sales person, Wayne Neven, was very personable and easy to work with. No pressure sales pitch or added costs. We wanted a car that was ultimately unavailable for the end of model year. We purchased a model from the new year under the same purchase agreement. Luckily, we were not in a hurry and Wayne was able secure delivery of the new model year car for us. He kept us informed during the search process. I went to this Honda dealership to just look at new cars since my last car was totaled. Guillermo was so great during this experience. If he didn't have an answer to a question, he found out. He was really patient with me when trying to find the right car especially since it was two days after that terrible rain and snow we had! The finance department was on top of it as well, and made leasing the car quick and easy. Highly recommend!

The sale was good and explained. Joe was very helpful all the way to the end of the sale. I did know what I wanted and they had the car that I wanted. The procedure was pleasant and easy to understand. Joe showed me how to operate the car. The manager helped put in the new floor pads. She also explained a couple other features. I would SERIOUSLY recommend avoiding this dealership for buying a car. I purchased two "certified" used vehicles from them a month or so ago - a CRV and an Odyssey. We're having twins, so safety is important to us, and one of the reasons we wanted certified vehicles. Within two weeks of purchase, I had to replace all four tires of the CRV and I was jumping the car every morning because the battery was leaking and corroded. When I reached out to the general manager via email, I never heard back.
It was pretty obvious that neither car had actually been inspected as part of the certification process, and the dealership just straight up lied about it. How in the world am I now supposed to feel confident that either of these vehicles are safe for my family?
I've had to involve Honda's corporate office, and it's a big headache. Don't be dumb like me. There are a LOT of good Honda dealerships around. Fletcher Jones Honda is being run by folks who apparently have no issue acting unethically for a quick buck. The kind of people who give car dealerships a bad name. Be smarter than me and go to a different dealership.

Worst place for customer service. Found the car on car gurus. The poor customer service was definitely not worth saving a small amount of money. Finance person was rude. Sales person was nice but clueless. Other employees treated her with disrespect. The wait was ridiculous once we agreed on price. I bought the car in July. Paid cash. It is November. Because of a mistake in finance I still have not received the title! And I can't get anyone to even call me back. Emailed and called many times without any luck. If you do talk to someone they will just say someone will call you back. It never happens. Stay away! Headaches are not worth any money you might save.
