Not having bought a car in 12 years, I wasn't sure what I wanted or what choices were available in my price range. With courtesy and humor, Ken asked questions to find out what features were important to me. He quickly found a sporty used Accord that had what I cared about most.
When it was time to sell my car, I went back to Ken. He arranged to buy my car and gathered necessary information by phone. The next day we completed the transaction in an hour.

I would SERIOUSLY recommend avoiding this dealership for buying a car. I purchased two "certified" used vehicles from them a month or so ago - a CRV and an Odyssey. We're having twins, so safety is important to us, and one of the reasons we wanted certified vehicles. Within two weeks of purchase, I had to replace all four tires of the CRV and I was jumping the car every morning because the battery was leaking and corroded. When I reached out to the general manager via email, I never heard back.
It was pretty obvious that neither car had actually been inspected as part of the certification process, and the dealership just straight up lied about it. How in the world am I now supposed to feel confident that either of these vehicles are safe for my family?
I've had to involve Honda's corporate office, and it's a big headache. Don't be dumb like me. There are a LOT of good Honda dealerships around. Fletcher Jones Honda is being run by folks who apparently have no issue acting unethically for a quick buck. The kind of people who give car dealerships a bad name. Be smarter than me and go to a different dealership.

I am here to give a thumbs up to Sales person Chance Drake for helping me out with a problem about missing Wheel lock key.
I bought my 2017 Honda Civic sport hatchback back in July 2017. They have a mcgrath advantage for a free year of service. So they are the ones whos servicing my car, After a year, I'm on my own, I am attempting to rotate my tire thats when I found out I am missing the wheel lock key. I never touch my car for service and they are the only ones who serviced my car. So I immediately went to the dealer to asked for a key. Mr. Chance Drake is the one I approached. I told him my situation and immediately help me. Looked at my tire and try to find a wheel lock key spare. He even asked for other tech Matt, and they all went to check my tire with some other techs that I failed to asked for their names. I truly appreciate their help. After a couple of minutes at back and forth looking for the right key, finally Chance found a spare key and I was expecting to pay some for it. But he just give it for free. I was surprised he did that. I am not there for service and he didn't hesistate to help me. I know it sounds like "it's just a key no big deal" but if you're in my situation. After a year you just found out that your missing a wheel lock key and it's hard for you to convince them that you did not lost it and blame to them. He understand my situation and helped me immediately and that where I am mostly impressed at. He did exemplary job and because of that I will purchase my next car with him in the future.
I don't usually write reviews especially long ones but this is some situation that you must give creditr to someone who did something special to customers. Chance Drake is that man for me. Highly recommend when you do business on this dealership. Thumbs up!

worst car purchase experience EVER - burned
have asked you several times to remove us from your email list. there is a reason we have not been back for service, we use a different dealer for our needs on the civic. if anyone is considering a purchase from team, be warned. we purchased 3 vehicles from them in a little over a year as i tend to be loyal. when a leased car was totaled by a hit and run driver we were told "you can get a new car, and with hondas gap coverage there will be no out of pocket expense to you" sounds fine, until about a month later we get an invoice from honda for 500.00. i call the salesman who passes me off to finance, who gives me the answer of (and i quote) "oh well". real nice. 500.00 isnt a ton of money, but the fact it was a joke to them got me upset. the bottom line is, in the year or so since then i have helped my sister (who was ready to buy from them) and 2 sons buy cars from other dealerships in the area. last friday our 3rd son bought a used car as well (you guessed it - went to highland). our cars lease will be up soon and no way we will go there. so, for 500.00 you have cost yourselves 3 new sales, 1 used sale and a potential lease coming up. hope it was worth it.

Purchased my first Honda aacord and still under warranty. Found out my rear camera is loose and took it to this dealership. they said it happened because trunk has been closed hard and bracket fell off!
I told them that truck lid suppose to be made song enough even if closed hard that I never did, must servive this small issue.
they gave me the Honda Claim number and almost few days after he had nothing new to say and offered me getting second opinion from other dealership!
Strange that all of them are connected and they think I am stupid to not understand that I will get the same answer as they will back up eachother.
I never had Japoniese car and it may be a good car but if their customer service dosent back up their product not worth to by that here.
Will go back to American.
