The service advisors, as a whole, are great. I purchased my 2010 Insight in Sept of 2009. The car has never been serviced anywhere else...because of the service advisors I have interacted with over the years. Recently had the 100,000 mile service (B124) which was expensive, but this car has been great to us so it was a no brainer. Kelly was awesome and empathetic with how a customer feels at an expensive servicing and did a great job of keeping me informed of the work and looked for ways to reduce the cost. She hit it out of the park. I will keep on having this car serviced at Pauly because of people like her.

They ended up giving us a fair deal and delivered the new car to our house, swapped out the license plates from our trade-in and we signed the papers at home. Lucio delivered the car and completed the deal. He was great. He was thorough and made sure we understood how to use all the options in the CRV before he left.

The decision to come to this dealership was last minute. I had been looking at several other vehicles at Chevrolet, GMC, Subaru and Toyota dealerships but decided to look on US Car Report to see what the ratings were on some of the vehicles I had driven. Honda Pilot came up and I hadn't even considered this vehicle. After going to Bosak, talking with the salesman and driving the Pilot it was between this vehicle and one other. After looking at all the features on both I decided that the Pilot was the best of the two. We were able to get a very good deal on the one I liked and one of the big deciding factors was the salesman we worked with. He made sure we knew all the special features of the vehicle and answered all my questions before we even drove off the lot for a test drive. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle and especially the salesman we worked with. All the sales staff were very accommodating.

Came in for an oil.change. Dana and the staff were extremely friendly. It was discovered that the tires needed to be rotated. This extra expense was only $23...very happy about that, plus they washed the car. I was out the door in 60 minutes. TV, coffee and WiFi made the one hour wait enjoyable.

Boy, I should have read the review before I went to this place. This dealer is a typical example of crooked car salesmen. My boyfriend bought his car at this place recently so I thought why not. I negotiated a decent price for a Honda HRV but they didn't have the model I wanted so the manager was going to look for it and get back to me. Now I realize this might take some time and he said no problem he'll find it. He called me back couple of days later and told me there's only 2 color options I could get for that particular model so I said fine. I wasn't choosy. A week went by without any call so I called and he said still looking. Another week went by and no calls or even curtesy text of any kind so I called left messages and sent text. He finally texts couple of days later and gave me some excuse about the office personal not placing an order right away but he check that morning and there's no car that they could find anywhere within the 4 states. At first I believed him but this is a total lie and he kept trying to sell me the pricier models that they have. Wow wasted almost 3 weeks waiting. So I called up another dealer Fletcher Jones, they were just great!!! I paid bit more but got the model I wanted, first color choice I wanted and they did this in exactly a week. They tried so hard to make sure I was happy with the car and service. Getting a good price is very important for me but I rather pay more to be treated with some decent curtesy and modicum of honesty.

First, the sales guy agrees to a price $800 under sticker. Then the finance guy says he can't do that, but on "good faith", he'll take off $300. But his tricky xxx still tacked it on in an offer listed as optional- that he didn't make sound optional, as he had us sign things. Then, he tacks on another near $3000 for a warranty package that he verbally described as "something Honda does", not something we pay for. So, instead of paying sticker price minus $800, we paid sticker PLUS $3000.

I was yelled at and treated with outright disrespect. John Desmet is in the finance department and he lies and tricks people to falsify contracts. They ignored by phone calls and lied when I came in person to get my issues addressed. They added services I specifically refused to my contract. Like most dealerships they prey on those that are less educated in the car business. Contact Illinois Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. Do not let them get away with being unprofessional and falsifying documentation. They intentionally made me wait hours to speak with the GM about my complaint. The worst part is they are unprofessional. The way they spoke to me as a customer who purchased a car is appalling. I am disgusted with the lack of service and respect.

I just bought the 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Muller Honda of Gurnee. I have to say the customer service is amazing! We knew what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Everyone was willing to do what it took to make us happy. They were not your typical pushy salesmen. Its like they cared about what you wanted and not about a sale. After having the car for a few hours we had the air on high since it was super hot out that day and a crack in my windshield happened. It was so odd but I was upset and pissed since this was my first brand new car. I called the dealership back and told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. No argument they fixed the windshield and it looks brand new again. I don't know too many dealerships that have that customer service. They jumped right on it at the time I brought it in. Another associate took the time to train me on all the amazing features of the truck without rushing. It felt nice to learn things and not feel like I was wasting their time. They say call with any questions and let me tell you this place will be more than happy to take the time to help you. Its nice knowing majority of the salesmen there have been around for 17+ years. Says alot about the dealership. I highly recommend any Honda and to only buy from Muller. I had a Civic before that I bought somewhere else and I didn't get 1/2 customer service I received at Muller.

I would never come to this dealership ever again. I purchased a used car on Saturday and wasn't completely satisfied with it and decided to bring it back Monday. I was told by a sales manager that I cannot return a car whether it's used or brand new!! This dealership is taking advantage of first time buyer due to the fact the car is As Is! The brakes are bad, they didn't schedule me an appointment to fix my service air bag and tire pressure light is on. Im being ripped off and believe they can take back the car but they choose not to cancel the loan with the bank. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to and I regret buying the car. I'm definitely reaching out to Better Business Bureau!

My wife and I went shopping last Saturday, a week ago from this review. Our saleswoman Ayesha was fantastic. No pressure, and allowing us freedom to decide on our own without unnecessary hassle. The young lady in finance (we regret not getting her name) handled our paperwork with a pleasant and timely manner. I was replacing a 23 year old vehicle and know how to properly maintain vehicles I own. The used car I bought at this dealership was properly maintained. We were able to test drive two vehicles in the rain. Finally, we found the car we liked and paid cash for it.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE, STAY AWAY - mashkax
What is one huge mistake one can make when shopping for a new Honda?-to even consider getting it from Grossinger Honda on Western Ave, in Chicago.
And this is why:
We were looking for a NEW 2016 Honda Crv and this dealer had a couple, we had agreed on an OK price over the internet and drove out there on Saturday to purchase our CRV. This is the ONLY reason we drove to this dealership, which is pretty far from how house with about 4 other Honda dealerships much closer. When we got there on a cold rainy Saturday morning, no one seem to be too interested in us, I had to look for the manager (Mark Fitzpatrick) that I had been e-mailing and speaking over the phone with. Do not believe a word that is written about any of the managers in their bio on the website, in person everything is just the opposite. He grabbed the first sales person to help us, this person was Finnis Bowie. After driving a 2016 CRV we find out that it is far from new, it’s been a demo car for the last 2 years. Very disappointed we looked into 2017 CRV, after driving it, we decided to go with the 2017. BY that time, we had already spent a few hours at the dealership, our sales person showed no interest in us, he kept wondering off and we had to constantly look for him to find out what is going on and why we are sitting and constantly waiting and not being told anything. I still regret not getting up and just going to a different dealership, where customers are treated with respect by sales people and the management. But it was raining and we had already wasted all this time. I will skip the very painful negotiation process with Mark Fitzpatrick, then I was required to sign an application for them to run my credit, we had an outside financing already in place, and I saw no reason for them to run my credit. I explained by Mark, in a very rude manner, with eyes rolling that they have to put a hard inquiry on my credit to verify my identity, but had no way of providing me anything in writing stating that. I did get a note from another manager to that effect that I need to get a confirmation on the legality of this “internal procedure”. While I was in the finance office, my husband had to look all over the dealership for someone to remove the plates from a car we traded in and to install it on the new one, once we got home and were removing the advertisement plate cover from Grossinger, because now we ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY from this dealership, we learned that the plates were basically ripped off the old car and now I have to order new plates as well……..Once we were almost done in the finance office, with the only polite, professional person that we dealt with at the this dealership, I looked at the key and noticed that the color written on the tag is not the color of the car we are purchasing. Lois, the finance person, looked into it further and found out that Finnis put in the wrong vehicle information in the computer and all the paperwork had to be changed. At the end, we were happy that we drove off in a new car, but the stress, the humiliation, the disrespect that came with it, is just impossible to get over.
