Steve is the best! The first time I came here (2011) I had a very poor experience with Al but decided to give this place a second chance. I'm glad I did because I met Steve. He is the reason I purchased my first brand new car from this dealership. He made sure to get me the car I wanted and how I wanted it. He went and picked it up and brought it back to me at Lake Bluff. It was a bit of a wait but I was confident that Steve would get me the car I wanted (Orange Hyundai Veloster). I loved that little car and Steve made the whole experience very comfortable. I never felt pressured or pushed to buy any car. Steve took the time to make sure I got the car I really, really wanted. He went above and beyond, checked in on me and the car. He is a very warm and funny person and always made me feel like I was family. When I went in to trade in the car (2013/14), I specifically requested Steve and am loving my current Sonata! I am thinking of trading in again and would love to see Steve again!

Bought my first new car Wednesday from Loren Hyundai! Started my relationship with Lisa, via email. She was great, super responsive and friendly. Worked out all details via email including financing. Went in to sign and was surprised that Lisa waited past her shift to meet me! Jeff, the salesman, was wonderful. Patient and knowledgeable! Mike was our finance guy and we were in and out of there in less than an hour.
Don't get me wrong, will they try to sell you a warranty you may not need? Yes - but so so ALL dealers. They got me into a brand new car when I have challenging credit. I am forever grateful.

At the dealership, I was approached by a friendly salesperson, Milton Stewart. I told him what I was willing to pay per month for a new car and he made it happen. Milton was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what I was paying for. I would buy a car from Milton again and recommend him to anyone, especially those new to buying cars.
All of the other employees of the dealership were very friendly and helpful. I like coming to this dealership, having bought a car from them before. I drive from the city to get my cars serviced here and will continue to do so.

Traveled from Michigan to help my daughter's first used car purchase. John did a live Face Time with us before taking the trip to make sure we didn't waste our time. He was very thorough over the live feed even showing all anomalies on the car (light scratches..etc) to ensure no surprises if we decided to take the 280 mile road trip. When we finally saw the car in person, it was what we expected and the car looked like it was a brand new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited with 18K miles. Transaction went smooth, no hidden charges and best part was the car was a Certified Pre-Owned which gave me peace of mind due to the 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. My daughter was extremely happy with her purchase and was able to learn a lot from the experience from comparisons with other dealerships who tried to lure her into buying their cars with questionable "fees" being added to the advertised price. Overall great buying experience from AutoNation!

I've gone to Wilkins for years but the last few times things have been getting to be less and less customer oriented. For me the last visit was the worst.
They required an appointment for service. Pretty normal, right. But, be careful, because they don't make sure to have the parts they'll need to make the repair.
I wasted approximately an hour going to and from the dealer for a scheduled appointment only to be told they ran out of the needed part. They knew when the appointment was established that the part would be needed. Unfortunately they didn't check to see if they had the required inventory on hand to meet the commitment they made. Further, wjen theu "ran out of parts", they made no effort to contact me to reschedule. What also was upsetting was their new additude. Wherein, not having the part, they felt was a reasonable excuse for blowing off the appointment....no apology needed.
Service level maybe on the way down. Careful...this may be the new normal for their Service department.

I Bought a Durango from Sullivan GMC, Buick. It had a crease on the door. Now Sullivan doesn’t have a body shop in house so they send their cars that need work to Grossinger Hyundai. At first they didn’t replace a plastic molding around the rear wheel well. So I had to go back To Sullivan so they can order the plastic molding and have it installed there. I wasn’t Happy with the crappy body work that they did on it, so I told them take it back. Came back looking like they didn’t do a thing. They sent it back and again I wasn’t happy with the alley work they did to the truck. It’s a freaking door and you would think they would get it right after having it for over a month, for a door. I guess Sullivan is being cheap and the body guys don’t know what they are doing. Don’t get any work done here. Unfortunately I’ve been in a accident where my Honda front end was pretty bad and I took it to CDE and it looks like knew, so I don’t know why they say it’s the best it’s going to look. That place is garbage.

hello used this dealership due to issues with selling dealer when car was purchased, the issue is desensitized service personnel, a steering issue is apparent three times sent vehicle to this dealer first time, steering is problematic, so they tightened steering column, when originally brought car there they actually said this year auto has possible component issues in the steering, second time brought back and the tech said put new tires on and have wheel alignment, i acknowledge the tires were bad but this steering issue is still there and felt it wasn't related to an alignment, the tires were replaced and called hyundai corporate this individual very considerate and concerned with our safety and satisfaction she referred specifically to service manager. now they claim nothing is wrong with car and claim it is a design issue with electric steering motor and they never acknowledged to the corporate person we were even there for service.
