Great experience - Jjohnson640
We dealt with Christian, Steve, Paul, and Mark to buy a used car and also lease return. They all made the experience very easy and painless. We highly recommend this dealer for your next car purchase!

Stress free buying experience - KR1221
I had the best experience with berman Infiniti of Chicago. They were professional, helpful, and gave me a stress free buying experience. They have a large inventory with plenty of options which was nice to choose from. Overall, Just a really great experience- I’d absolutely recommend them and will probably go back in the future for other purchases.

Really felt welcomed at this dealership. Bought a QX60 the same day as our first visit. It was a busy day at the dealership but still received wonderful service!
By Far the VERY BEST Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had! - Scott P.
I was long overdue for a new car and I have been looking on and off for a little over a year now - not sure what to buy or who to buy it from. Very recently I decided on a used 2016 Acura RDX. After having a terrible experience going to see a "Certified Used" Acura a few days ago, I came across one online that I REALLY liked at Motor Works. My experience from the first email to this moment has been nothing short of fantastic. First off, let me say, the pricing on their car was the BEST of any advertised that I had found (for the trim level and features that I wanted). I spoke first with Lorne who was very professional. Lot of dealers try and be "yes men" over the phone, assuring you they can work with you (but not really answering anything you really want to know). Lorne was very forthcoming, transparent with me on the price / out the door price and what my experience would be like buying from Motor Werks would be like. I was not disappointed!
Mark Smith met me at the Barrington train station (I came straight from work), picked me up and took me to the dealership. You could not ask for a nicer, more genuine person to deal with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I wanted to buy. Before arriving, I was concerned about the condition of things, like tires, breaks, etc. and when I arrived one of the first things Mark did was hand me a detailed inspection that had already been completed showing me that the car had almost new tires and brake pads AND that they had done additional maintenance to bring the car up to their standard. Mark went over all of the features that the car had, knew the answers to 95% of my questions, and the coupe he did not know, he got answers on right away! I really enjoyed interacting with him as a person and dealing with him in my buying process. We sat down and did the deal - the numbers were EXACTLY what I wanted and what I had discussed with Lorne over the phone and in fact they were a little better due to an issue I had (that was no fault of theirs!
I would not hesitate to recommend Mark or this dealership to ANY of my friends or family that is looking to buy a car and I honestly cannot think of anything more they could have done to make my experience with them any better than what it was. Lots of dealers talk the talk - Mark Smith and the team at Motor Werks walks the walk. Honest, genuine, and full of integrity - thank you for making this experience so pleasant!

June 8th, 2016: This is an edit /addition related to my most recent attempt to resolve issue with this particular dealership:
Because of Field Infiniti's response to my review and my belief in second chances, I re-engaged the GM to revisit and resolve the issues around my dashboard with hideous bumps all over. I put in concerted effort by calling and meeting with the GM onsite who expressed shock and surprise on how visibly horrific my dashboard looks from the defect in the material. After the initial verbal commitment to resolve the issues, few correspondences, and having told that Infiniti's field claims representative was going to get back within a week of the status, my last four calls and outreaches have gone unanswered for three weeks.
With this recent experience I am struggling to trust the assertion that Fields Infiniti is thorough and vigorous in its effort to serve its clients. It is only confirming the shortcomings I have encountered in the past, so far from anywhere close to excellent or even good.
Great dealership to do everything superficially well- cafe, greeting, pleasant staff however when it comes to truly fulfilling a role of dealership, fails miserably on all fronts: proactiveness, integrity, transparency, accountability.
Transparency: My FX35 had bumps all over the dashboard for years. I was told it is a common issue with Infinitis (FX) however it will cost a bit to get it replaced. What they failed to tell me is that my vehicle qualified for a recall/ replacement issued by Infiniti and I should have been covered.
Proactiveness/ consistent competence: My vehicle has had one of its tires leak air on a consistent basis and was told it is an error with the display but the tire is fine. After several rotations I brought to their attention that I would like a check on the tires because it was started to affect my steering wheel and the axle possibly. They performed the check and found a leak and told me the only route was replacement. Later I found out through another service person on my 3rd visit and insistence that there is another fix available which does not involve tire replacement and they finally conducted it.
Accountability: Result of not properly and proactively diagnosing the tires has resulted in damage in the bearings of my wheels and there has been no acknowledgement or concessions. I have filled out surveys and have never gotten any follow ups.
Overall I am deeply disappointed by the actual "Service" component of what a dealership is supposed to provide. I have a tarnished brand of Infinitis as a consequence as well as this dealership.
My advice: find another dealership for more consistent true vehicle service and don't be wowed by the bells and whistles of the dealership.
Picked my car after service with the problem - dlajj5
One week ago I had oil change service. Everything worked fine when I brought my car in for service. When I picked my car, the left outside mirror did not work, car was dirty inside. Spoke to service manager. He was rude, refused to fix the mirror. He told me that sometimes it happens during appointment but dealership is not responsible for this. Offered me to pay for repair the mirror which they broke.
I met with general manager. He promised to talk to the owner and service manager and come back to me in 24 hours with the decision. Never came back. I called him back in 3 days and he promised again to call me. Never did. From what I understand the customer satisfaction is not a main point for this dealership. Even for me, 12 years Infiniti customer.
Worst dealer experience - meredithg
I have always enjoyed the car buying experience, but my experience with Zeigler of Orland Park was absolutely horrible. From start to finish, the sales staff, managers, and service staff were dishonest, rude, and disrespectful. They sold us a brand new damaged car, offered to repair it but did not do so, tried to encourage we lie on all customer surveys, and were in general very unethical people to work with. I would never purchase a car from them again, and I would never recommend them to others.
