Several years ago I brought my Jaguar into the dealership for a checkup, because the warranty was about to expire in several weeks. I made a point of asking that they check the battery. They said everything was fine, but three weeks later the battery died and it cost me $700 for service and then a tow and finally a battery at the dealership. The dealership said the car was past the warranty and I had to pay the full cost. Three years ago I made an appointment for my vehicle and when I arrived for service they stated that the Jaguar repairman was in training and that they could not service the car. I should mention that I live an hour from the dealership. In November I again brought the car in for a checkup and they said everything was in order. That the battery and brakes were fine. I asked because I heard a noise from the rear brakes. Several months later the noise grew worse and I made another point to bring in the car. When I arrived at the dealership they stated that they could not work on my car because (again) the technician was in training The dealership asked that I leave the car for several days and then called me the next day and stated that the car needed brakes. I finally picked up the vehicle and had the brakes repaired at another dealership..

When my older vehicle collapsed, I steeled myself for the nightmare of looking for and finding a used car. As an elderly handicapped senior, I had stereotypical visions of fast-talking slick hucksters out to part me with my cash --- and was I wrong! The courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the gentleman, Ron Peltz, who assisted me with my selection was superb and likewise, when assisting me with the financial part of the transaction, Jack Metz helped me to secure the best deal. I am a VERY happy customer and will not hesitate recommending this dealership to others.
