My 15 year old son had found a truck at this dealership that he really wanted and after contacting the salesman, Brandon, we were able to come to an agreement on the price and we bought it without my son knowing. Employee and I verified the exact tire that I currently have on my MKC and he told me that he would order the tire and contact me when available. I took my car to Buss Ford for a full service oil change and during my visit a service tech (Brandon Singer) which now I now that he is the quick lube manager, I felt that he was very informative with me as I really didn't know what I needed. He sat with me and explained everything that I needed, so I could understand and not feel so overwhelmed being a woman. I will differently go back to Buss Ford because of that young hard worker. I think every company should teach there employee the way to talk to people that don't know much about cars. So in the future I will go to them for all my services I need done. Had the airbag recall performed on my Shelby G-500 Mustang. The service manager was very competent to insure the proper was ordered, the work was done at the appointed time and the vehicle hand washed on completion! My head mechanic also speaks highly of this dealership as we have a large fleet of Ford vehicles and he uses them for parts and service.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer. Going into the dealership, we were a little hesitant as we both have had horrible experiences in the past with car salesman/dealerships. Coming into Art Hill, we were pleasantly surprised and they thoroughly exceeded our expectations! We met with Richie Pauley who was fantastic. He truly listened to our needs and was very straightforward with the process. The finance department did a great job of taking care of us and we were well informed on our purchase. Everyone we met with from Tony to Richie to Stana; they were all very professional and extremely helpful. The environment at Art Hill is completely different than any dealership we have ever been to. I had my car towed to fox ford on 6/18/18, and immediately I had the beat experience. From the time I sat my foot in the door with the customer service rep, to Johnny the mechanic, to April, to javiar, to. I went to Mccarthy ford earlier this year the service stink, the fix the wrong part on my car, but thankfully Fox ford found the problem the mistake. I'm from out of state and was told on a Thursday that used MKZ was available. Salesman sent several pics and we agreed on price. He said if I would send him my credit card info that evening (thursday), he would hold the car and not be sold to anyone else. I sent that to him thursday evening. I applied for the loan at my credit union on Friday. They then charged my credit card for $1,000 and provided a receipt on Saturday. Salesmen texted me the buyer's order on Saturday. I was told by the salesman on Monday that, "oh sorry, another new salesman already sold the car and didn't put it into the system." WOW! Out of state buyers, beware!

I dont know about their sales, but I would stay away from their service department. Took my minivan in for new brakes, tires, and shocks. All most all of the parts were incorrectly replaced. The wrong tires were changed and the shocks were never installed. I took it back to the dealership and it ended up taking over a month to get it straightened out and I still ended up replacing tires that did not need to be replaced out of pocket.

Meshi and Angie were our car sales ladies. This dealership is a hot mess. I have never purchased a car with this much confusion and lack of communication. We live in Atlanta and located a car at Pine Ford that we were interest in. I started communication informed them we loved out of state and also paid a deposit to hold the car. During the process they left us in the dark wouldn't confirm interest rates or final fees. My husband flew down to Miami was denied a ride from the airport. This was also the FIRST time we have ever been denied not being picked up or reimbursement. I have a text confirming the car would be detailed. My husband Made the 10 hour drive back to Atlanta. This morning I woke up to check out the new car and it was filthy. During my first drive a rotten apple rolled out from under the car and stuck to my leg. I found personal items in the car including dirt baby wipes. I reached out to Meshi and her response was "well the deal is done so".
So looks like I have to pay another $100 to have the interior detailed as I was promised.

Could not test used Lincoln over 35-40 MPH. Rep was scared? Female driver..AnD petite us ' such a big car.' Not a welcoming or helping type of Dealership.
It may be old but it lacked mi imal professional basics and courtesy.
Bad experience. Took my top of the line maintenance contract with endless coverage..elsewhere.
Never came back no matter how many times I pass it in a month.

Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. I thought his coming to get me was so kind and considerate. We finished the deal, saw Bob again, met Mike in financing, had a great experience @ Greenway Automotive--thanks GUYS !!!!!!! TERRI LOUTOS
