What a great dealership! I have been a customer of Napelton since 2001. I currently own a 2012 MKS and the warranty was about to expire so it needed to be extended. I saw Nick Brotsch, Their Finance Manager and sat with him to purchase the extension.He was extremely thorough in explaining my options. No pressure just friendly conversation. I did buy a 3 year extension. I will continue to do business with them. i also have to mention their service department. Also 5 Stars. My regular service adviser is Bob Ashton. Bob is fantastic, Always greets me by name and never sells me something that I don't need or want.. .

Henry Ford wrote that "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking." Last week, Brandon went above and beyond that quote at Star Ford. I called Brandon on a Thursday night explaining what I wanted and that I need it by Monday. He was able to get it there from Nashville cleaned, waxed, and gassed up by Saturday ready for me to take off the lot. The 2016 Ford Fusion not only exceeded my exceptions, but also undercut my price range. In today's world, it's hard to match quality with the right price, but Brandon was able to do it with nobody looking! Time and time again, I hear great things about Star Ford and what they do for their customers. If your looking for a new ride, this is the place to go!

I contacted Dan in November of 2017 about the new Navigator, he was on top of why I couldn’t find one anywhere yet. They weren’t out yet!!! He contacted me a couple times about them before they were released wondering if I had any questions that he might be able to answer,which I did and he always had an answer for me. When they came out finally he contacted me, and we looked all over the area for the one I wanted which we couldn’t find. I was hesitant on ordering one and when I finally did he helped make the process very easy. As a procrastinator, I waited till the last minute to order and when he found out the date I needed it by he wasn’t sure he could get it done. He searched for one already in the process of being built and found one that he was able to change order on and now hopefully it will be here before I need it. He’s been nothing but helpful and if it’s not here on time my wife said she’s buying a minivan instead, so let’s hope it arrives. Thank Dan for helping.

I took my car to Buss Ford for a full service oil change and during my visit a service tech (Brandon Singer) which now I now that he is the quick lube manager, I felt that he was very informative with me as I really didn't know what I needed. He sat with me and explained everything that I needed, so I could understand and not feel so overwhelmed being a woman. I will differently go back to Buss Ford because of that young hard worker. I think every company should teach there employee the way to talk to people that don't know much about cars. So in the future I will go to them for all my services I need done. Had the airbag recall performed on my Shelby G-500 Mustang. The service manager was very competent to insure the proper was ordered, the work was done at the appointed time and the vehicle hand washed on completion! My head mechanic also speaks highly of this dealership as we have a large fleet of Ford vehicles and he uses them for parts and service.

I bought my 2016 MKS from Mike Tau. He helped me select the perfect car for me and my family. He steered me to the MKS for its size and awesome price being a Certified car. It had more warranty than the new one did.
Its been over a year now and I can say it is a pleasure going in for service and having Mike Tau recognize me and willing to talk to me. At my past dealer the salesperson was gone after the first month.

Shady Salesman - Jaded100miles
This salesman was shady, dishonest and completely un-trustworthy. I didn't trust him the moment I walked in the door. I found a Ford F-150 online and emailed the dealership that I was interested the same day. They responded quickly.
The next day, the website showed that the price of the truck had increased by $1,500. I replied to the email that I would not be driving over 100 miles to look at the truck as the price had increased.
A salesman called me and asked me what price I had seen online. He asked me to send him a screenshot and told me to come on up as they would honor the price. I let him know what day and what time I would be there.
When I got there, the truck was parked out front and there was another customer in the truck. The salesman that I had spoken to said "Well it's first come-first serve and I didn't know you were coming." I replied Yes- you did because I talked to you on Saturday. He then asked me if I was interested in any other vehicles on the lot and I said No. Then he told me that guy wasn't buying the truck and we could take a ride in it. During the test drive, he again told me they would honor the internet sales price. He also mentioned that he had me in his appointment book at 4:30 (just minutes earlier he didn't know I was coming?)
When we got back to the dealer, they took my trade in for a drive and he came back to tell me that they would NOT honor the price I saw online because it was a special sale.
I believe that he had already sold the truck to the other gentleman. He lied to me multiple times in our conversations and changed his story about the online price numerous times. What a waste of time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Meshi and Angie were our car sales ladies. This dealership is a hot mess. I have never purchased a car with this much confusion and lack of communication. We live in Atlanta and located a car at Pine Ford that we were interest in. I started communication informed them we loved out of state and also paid a deposit to hold the car. During the process they left us in the dark wouldn't confirm interest rates or final fees. My husband flew down to Miami was denied a ride from the airport. This was also the FIRST time we have ever been denied not being picked up or reimbursement. I have a text confirming the car would be detailed. My husband Made the 10 hour drive back to Atlanta. This morning I woke up to check out the new car and it was filthy. During my first drive a rotten apple rolled out from under the car and stuck to my leg. I found personal items in the car including dirt baby wipes. I reached out to Meshi and her response was "well the deal is done so".
So looks like I have to pay another $100 to have the interior detailed as I was promised.

Could not test used Lincoln over 35-40 MPH. Rep was scared? Female driver..AnD petite us ' such a big car.' Not a welcoming or helping type of Dealership.
It may be old but it lacked mi imal professional basics and courtesy.
Bad experience. Took my top of the line maintenance contract with endless coverage..elsewhere.

Right from the start my online inquiry was answered. by Jacob Packley. I went to the dealership to see the 2012 Lincoln MKZ., travelling from Joliet. Jacob met with me, he was very nice and personable. We went for a test drive he was very knowledgeable about the features of the car. Later we talked numbers, I met Bob the sales manager, he also was very nice. Jacob, Bob and I hammered out a deal and had a pleasant time doing that--no stress !!!! We agreed to finalize the deal on Mon. 12/7/15 as this was Sat. 12/5/15 and was getting dark. I don't like driving at night. So, Monday it was very foggy, Jacob, out of the kindness of his heart offered to drive to Joliet to get me. I am 65yrs. old and had concerns about the weather. I thought his coming to get me was so kind and considerate. We finished the deal, saw Bob again, met Mike in financing, had a great experience @ Greenway Automotive--thanks GUYS !!!!!!! TERRI LOUTOS
