Just purchased 2018 Audi Q5 November 24, 2017 - Linda Sharon PA
I am very pleased with my purchase from this dealer. They were very responsive to my needs and were able to close the deal, prep the car, train me on its features and have me on my way in record time. They have also promised to service the car for me when I live in Sharon which is 90 miles away. It was a great experience. My Brand Specialist was Randy and he continues to answer questions and guide me through the car from either is office phone or cell phone on his day off. Great service.
Great car buying experience. - Sophiamom
We purchased two Audi’s from Zack Adams today and he was a pleasure to do business with as were the General Manager and Finance Manager. Feeling like you matter is the key to a good car buying experience and Audi Bedford definitely made my husband and I feel valued as their customers.
Happy with my purchase :) - AnnB
Just leased a new Mazda 6. So excited to upgrade. I worked with my salesman, Pat Primm, on the purchase and I know it was a very good price. Purchasing a car at Cascade is very transparent and there is no pressure. Very professional staff--the technologist made sure I knew everything about the car before I left the lot. Tina Tursky was ready with the paperwork and made the whole process quick and easy. I am very happy with my experience at Cascade.
Allan Slavik: The Best in the Buisness - ets141
No lie, Allan Slavik is easily one of the best used car salesman in Ohio and one I've had the pleasure of pirchasing from on numorous occasions. Im currently in the market now and wish he was still working at Sunnyside Audi. Honestly, it lost them a long time customer not including my network of friends and family members, all of which purchased multiple vehicles with Sunnyside for over a 17 year period. I'd short Sunnyside if it were publicly traded and use the profits to rehire him!
Buyer Beware - taken
Purchased a used car from this dealer. It was an older model, so it was "as is". After driving 40 miles, two warning lights appeared on the dashboard. I took it to a mechanic to have them reset in the event that it was just a fluke. After driving about another 40 miles, both codes were back on. I contacted the dealer. Salesman said the manager would contact me. No contact. No surprise. I purchased a "gold" warranty in case something like this would happen. The car requires $5,800 in repairs. The "warranty" company will cover only one of the three required repairs. If the required part is not specifically listed in the contract, it is not covered.
Making this post in the hope that no one else is foolish enough to buy a used car from this dealer.
