This the first time I bought a new vehicle without actually seeing it. (Internet Sale). When I made an offer, Bob McClain came back with additional savings of about $1000 less than I offered. (GM Conquest Cash for switching to GM?). Financing was easy and without the usual push to sell warranties and protections...and a decent rate for less than perfect credit was found. A nice experience w no surprises. Expectations exceeded.

Lied to about inspecting and service pre-owned vehicle - kenithb123
Buyer beware with used vehicles. We drove up from Columbus, Ohio to purchase a used 2014 Expedition. Was advised by sales that it was in great shape and had been serviced, and needed nothing.... Drove it straight home and parked it for 30 days until my wife’s lease was up on Feb 3rd. After the lease was turned in, my wife started driving the vehicle only to find the wiper arm was broken? So I took it in and was told the front pinion seal was leaking. I had them both replaced, only to have the oil change required message come on the cluster. I call and spoke with Frank White (used car manager) who flat out lied to me and told me it had been serviced. I asked for a copy of the inspection and service and reluctantly agreed to email it to me. Well I got it finally 3 days later all to find out exactly what I thought. The repair order has “No work performed” as the correction to the used car inspection, the oil change and the detail. This dealership is a joke, it will scam you and lie to you, then the General Manager Adam Morris whom I assume is probably part of the family won’t call you back. My next step is filing a complaint with the BBB and to make sure anybody who plans to buy a used car from them knows they are liars.

I will NEVER do business with nor recommend to anyone ever!! They are Dirty, Unprofessional, & do nothing but LIE!! Was working w/a salesman on a jeep went through numbers etc..credit well over 700 (lowest score) everything set to head the distance to the pathetic dealership on Sat when I asked if they had one a little closer..I was then told there was one under a differ name (Dutros) in the city I live in..they told me to contact that dealership (I did immediately after we hung up) & they would work w/this dealership & arrange for someone to pick the jeep up & deliver to the dealership in my city..everything set..went to the dealership in my city very next day they evaluated my newer vehicle which is super clean inside out & loaded..I needed to leave to go back to work after (they already was aware) & the salesman was going to call me w/in an hour or so whereas he could finish the numbers & we could get deal done..at the end of the day I get a call no mess..next day I called & was told they sold the jeep!!!!!! I could not believe!!!!! I suppose they did me a favor as I would not want to give my business to such a Dirty Underhanded Unprofessional Dealership!!!!! I will take my business & be sure to tell others elsewhere to a dealership who respects who is honest & who still believes in helping people w/good customer service!!!!! Read the reviews people perhaps if I did this would never have happened to me!!!!

Bill Harris dealership in Ashland ohio is the best dealership I have ever visit and I have been visitiing dealerships for over two months looking for the right vehicle. It took 50 miles to find my fit. Truly amazed with Scott Harris wonderful personality and Nate Bowles excellent salesmanship who went over and beyond for me. I was completely sold with the attitude that was being displayed “WE GOTCHA”. Everything I requested they came back with an option or a solution. I have the Philosophy “if you are a solution-to someone or something “ you will always be needed. I definitely need a Nate Bowles and Scott Harris phenomenal people skills that shouts and demonstrates they really care. I thank GOD for you. You had to be Heaven sent. I will purchase again and will be spreading the good news to all the people I know. Thanks guys for giving me the keys to the ignition so I can go steer others into your LOT.😝. Too all go buy a vehicle from here.
Unbelieveably rude - disappointed
I am totally shocked at how rude the sales person was that we dealt with. This is regarding a car that has been on their lot for over 90 days and was about to go to auction. The sales person would not talk to my wife, he would only deal with me which is a huge mistake when WE are buying the vehicle. We asked for a reduction in price by $500 and the response was "you are wasting my time". We stated what our budget was and we were told that they have 8-10 hot leads and this vehicle had been discounted enough and "we WILL sell this vehicle at the listed price". We thanked him for his time and left. No more than :30 after leaving we received a call with a counter offer that was $250 over our budget. This doesn't sound like a lot, but we stated what our budget was and we told him that wouldn't work for us. My reply was "if we can come to an agreement at our budget amount we will be back in your parking lot in 1 minute, if not we are about to get on the highway." His response was, "well I guess you should just get on the highway then". So they lost a $20,000 sale over $250 and I can't believe how rudely we were treated. We really liked the car and probably would have settled at the higher price if we were treated better. Now we will most likely spend more money with another dealership and not go back in the future.
Big time Disappoinment - Bosphorus
I just bought a Audi 2012 model from them in july 2016 and i bought a car 7'o clock made a deal on phone.I know it was my mistake too that i did not check properly but they front windshild was chipped and tires has no life. I call them every single day from that day but they never call me back.I went to the service centre 4 times for oil change and stuff and still after 500 miles car need more oil.I went to them specially from pittsburgh 2.5 hours drive and they said they cant do anything now .Even I have 90 days warranty card from them .Worst Place to buy car
