What a pleasant surprise: a dealership that was focused on the customer to do a deal. Dakota was an extremely knowledgeable, hard working , and pleasant salesman. It took me three months to finalize this Ford Escape as I was shopping around for the best deal. They really tried to close this sale and Dakota and his sales manager , Darrell , blew the competition out of the water. They did what they had to do to close this sale.
Their commercials are true: you get a better deal out in the country.
I highly recommend this Ford car store to any customer wanting a great buying experience.

They cleaned the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Changed oil on request, replaced wiper blades and air filter on inspection and kept us updated on the service and repairs.

Totaled my car in these garage. - Angry customer
Bought a car off them and 6 days later the water pump blew out. They picked up the car and had an accident in the garage where my car fell off the rack and was totaled. That’s not why they get 1 star I understand accidents happen. It’s how I was treated afterwards would not cut my a break on another car purchase. I lost my truck on trade in and a down payment. Instead I get a slap in the face phone call for an older same model car with no options mine had and was more expensive. They should of helped me out giving the issue was their fault.

Let me start by saying that I purchased my truck from Alice on AUGUST 25. The interaction and sale was commented on my post to Dealer Rater on October 13. As a part of the trade of my previous truck and purchase of the new one I was supposed to receive a $1000 check (actually in the paperwork signed in finance). Since that date the check has been "in the mail" or "home office is writing the check". I've been patient and continued to contact Alice and the dealership to rectify the issue, but still no check. Hopefully this public forum helps, if the issue is resolved I will consider removing this comment.

Today we bought a new Malibu. Our sales associate was Darren Putt, and I think everyone should request him when looking to buy a car! I was undecided on which two cars to go for, but Mr. Putt was extremely patient, helpful, fun, and easy to talk to. We could tell that he genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decision. There was only one small instance that occurred today which is why I couldn't rate the experience a 5. When talking with the sales manager, there was a misunderstanding which led to the sales manager becoming loud, unprofessional, and just very unwelcoming. I thought he could have handled the misunderstanding a lot more politely, being he was the sales manager. He was very quick to become frustrated with us. At the end, he did apologize however. I still highly recommend this dealership and Darren as a sales associate!
In the finance department, we dealt with Mike Shaheen. He was really friendly, helpful, and also easy to talk to! He helped us get in and out of the office quickly.
Overall, a good experience and I would definitely return to Spitzer Chevrolet in North Canton!

Took my 2013 GMC ACADIA in due to both headlight low/high beam not working. Paid $110 for diagnostic test. Received a call stating that both headlamp assembly need replaced and the cost would be $2,400.00 to repair. Did not make sense to me. I took my car to another mechanic and he tested the bulbs. Bulbs were burned out. Replaced both bulbs at 29.99 each and 60.00 labor, little over $160.00 and both lights working again. We have bought two cars from this dealership and had our cars serviced there. Never again!!! I don’t know i if they thought me being a woman would know no better or what but it’s a disgrace. I have recommended this service department to others, no more. When I tell my story to people they are disgusted as well.

Exceptional First Time Chevrolet Experience - equinox carols
I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by WIlliam Johnson, I was looking for a car change after being a Honda owner for the past 17 years. He asked me what I was looking for and what my needs were and suggested looking at the Equinox; since a family member purchased one a year ago and really liked it I was excited to see it and test drive. He accompanied me on the test drive and showed me everything about the car and answered all my questions. He was not pressuring me at all and I really liked the car; he discussed pricing and payments and I decided on the car and leasing and I couldn't be happier. He worked out a leasing program with an affordable payment and a car fully loaded. I am so happy with this vehicle that I am telling everyone about not only the car but the dealership experience.
