I have had bad experiences buying cars which I haven't done in 20 years because of it. But I wanted to check out the Jeep Wranglers to see if they would be a good fit for me which required a test drive. Joel was great! He wasn't pushy, demanding or rude. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. After trying out 2 different models I decided it was a good fit but I wanted some extended time with one to make sure, which Parkway was extremely accommodating and made it work with my crazy schedule. As if that were not enough they really stepped up to make sure I was happy with my purchase in every way. And that's what impressed me most because I am pretty picky! There elite customer service has created a lifetime customer from me!

I had to drive over 3hrs just to see a particular used car that they had sitting in their lot. John Bralek, my salesman (who by the way had been very helpful every step of the way) had sent me some extra pictures that I requested prior to my trip, and he didn't disappoint me, I was very satisfied that everything was as he described to me over the phone that I bought the car that night, and they even had to stay way past their business hours just to accommodate me. The great group of people here made it an excellent experienced.

Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife came in to purchase a Jeep Renegade, but not just any Jeep Renegade, a green Jeep Renegade, did I mention it was "GREEEEEEN" I think they told me it was called Hyper Green. They did not have this particular car with the options my wife wanted on the lot, James Mason and the staff there at the dealership found one that had everything we wanted and we had it the next day! Seriously, they took the time to find us the vehicle we wanted, rather than push us into something close. We actually got what we wanted.
James wasn't going to be there the next day, so he handed us over to a very personable and professional young man name Ty. Ty Dave, and Mike had this thing knocked out lightning fast. No pressure, no last minute changes.
But hold on, there is more!!! :)
They sent us down to the BP station where Ty met us and filled up the car with gas!
All in all, with the great staff, and the low pricing you don't have to fight for a better price which means NO STRESS!!! I am a customer for life guys, you rock!!

I had been looking for several months on the various car apps for exactly what I wanted. I came across Buckeye Supercenter a few weeks ago with what I wanted advertised. I called them and told them what I was looking at. John had the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. John was very knowledgeable about the car and extremely helpful. We came to what I thought was the best deal I could have got regardless of dealer. Fred in finance was great too. He was very helpful explaining the paperwork and the various programs available like GAP insurance and wheel/tire coverage. Will recommend to others and already have.

We spent 3 hours starting with one guy then getting shuffled to the so called sales manager that told us we had to go meet him at the building next door and then asking for everything but I first born before they would tell us a IDEA of a payment and did not tell us what the rate was for this payment then they wanted to steal our car at a more then rediculous value and only wanted to take $800 of there new vehicle, we then showed them that Klainer Jeep was giving us $4,000 more for our trade and $3,000 of there identical new vehicle, they then said sorry that’s all we can do, when they claim they will beat anyone’s deal it’s a flat out lie, they are into the ripping people off for as much as they can business, I will never go back to this place ever again and I will tell everyone I know to not go to this place., oh and the kicker of all this is they claim they give you a tablet for a test drive and the sales guy said I will go get this and never faves us anything!!!!! Rip off artists liars and the most unethical dealer I have ever been to

Ram Big Horn issue - 169
I bought a 2014 Big Horn in 2016 from Spitzer in Cleveland. A few weeks later I took it back as it was not going into a passing gear fast enough. I was told that it was normal with the computer lag. I moved to Mansfield and the issue has gotten much worse, as there is no passing gear when the truck is warm and on a highway. The computer shows no issues and was told it was fine since the computer didn't pick anything up. Finally, Spitzer in Mansfield went out for a test drive with me and experienced what I had been telling them, when you go for a passing gear, nothing happens, nothing. So they put something in the trucks port that would record everything when I pressed a button when it happened again. I did so and took it back to Spitzer. Soooo, how long does it take the engineers to figure out a problem? It has been almost 2 years since the problem was told to Ram, as exhibited by Carfax. I cannot, nor will not take the truck to Houston to see my mom as it has put me in some very serious situations, unsafe situations. I am really getting tired of hearing no one at Chrysler or Ram has a clue as to what is wrong. I love the truck, but the service and guess work leave me with a truck that is only good for driving in town, no highways. What is going on with Ram? I am beginning to question buying anything from Ram again. Problem is, I cannot even sell it in good faith knowing something is wrong with it. Of course, Spitzer in Cleveland sold it that way to me. Next step is to start sending the case to the BBB, Ohio Attorney General and other outlets. BTW, Spitzer in Mansfield did update the computer concerning the cruise control. They thought that would fix it, but of course, it didn't

Best Stealership around! They'll take more money than they quoted and not do the work. Courtesy check is free cause they don't do it. Car could have serious safety issues, but they don't care. Won't stand by their word or do anything to help a customer. Service took over a week for simple computer scan/flash and new key. Parts pricing is even over corporate MSRP so you know it's good. Called to see if they would make things right and only got the run around with no straight answer upfront. I'll never go back and never recommend anyone to.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
