Valuable Service - jts711
Took my Jeep in for service and Jennifer made me feel important. Left my Jeep there while I did other things. Came back and service was done and done right. Again I was given a written summary of service performed and was glad to hear everything was in top shape. Truly a A+ experience.

I was able to buy a much newer car! - LennyG123
I was able to buy a much newer car, only a year old, after my bankruptcy. I had been told that it would be a very hard thing to do and would need special financing but would really help rebuild my credit more than anything right now. I told myself I would never buy a Kia but it is necessary now to go to work. I was fired from a job just 4 miles away and drive 47 miles to and from work. I really wanted a Dodge Challenger and sold my BMW 330i to a private party. But my payments would have been much higher, actually now my payments are slightly lower than the 2006 was, and less total cost than I paid for the 2006 BMW (for the 2017 Kia Soul). I did not like the fact they took away the CD player, but they added Sirius XM satellite radio and I adapted by putting my music from the CDs to the computer onto my phone's SD card which I can play on Bluetooth.

Great Out of Town Experience - jbelding84
I purchased a used vehicle that I found online. I emailed them initially about it and got a call back from Laurel right away. She was super great on the phone and worked through all the questions I had. It didn't take but a day to work out all the details and I booked a flight to come pick it up (I'm in St. Louis). She picked me up from the airport (on her day off even) and made sure everything went through before she left. Couldn't be happier with the experience and I would recommend them highly.

Superb Salesman!! - Elaine
My experience with salesman, Marcus Plunk, was the best in nearly 30 years of purchasing new vehicles. It was so pleasant working with Marcus and his associates in the dealership, none of that waiting for hours while they had to ask their "boss" if they could make the deal better. Marcus knew what I was looking for in my new Jeep JL and he was very attentive to my texts with questions about the different options and responded quickly. Not only did he find one JL, but by the time I got back to the dealership, there were two Punk'n Jeep JLs sitting in the lot! He had them gassed up and gave me the keys to test drive both of them. I actually purchased the one he found! Marcus is so friendly and down to earth, when you sit down to talk with him, it is like you are talking to a friend you have had for many years.
Very good experience - Mike C
Dave was accommodating and very knowledgeable about the Ram line.. he answered several specific questions about the truck that other dealers couldn’t. Overall a very good experience!

Great overall experience - Mitch
Went in looking for a used Durango . Salesman was very helpful let us test drive give us a price was not pushy on buying it . Told him I would think on it . I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. We made a deal but I couldn't make it in for 3 or4 days the salesman was very accommodating with me . I had a great experience . I would recommend them very much
Absolutely wonderful!!! - Sandra
My sales person Matt Ball was outstanding. His knowledge of the Jeep Cherokee was so much help with my decision in making my choice of what car to choose. Buckeye is a great dealership.
Fantastic Service - Duane
We’ve had our 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and the service is excellent. We get a phone call prior to the work performed, we’re given a price and when we pick it up, there’s never a difference!
Excellent! - JohnFlores
I had to drive over 3hrs just to see a particular used car that they had sitting in their lot. John Bralek, my salesman (who by the way had been very helpful every step of the way) had sent me some extra pictures that I requested prior to my trip, and he didn't disappoint me, I was very satisfied that everything was as he described to me over the phone that I bought the car that night, and they even had to stay way past their business hours just to accommodate me. The great group of people here made it an excellent experienced.
Horrible service, not up to par with sales team - DBY2018
Have had a good experience purchasing vehicles at Progressive but their service is absolutely horrible. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you intend on getting service from them afterwards. I've been purchasing and servicing Chrysler products for 25+ years and have experience at major Chrysler dealers over the years and never been treated like this and so dishonest by this one. I gave up on them for service a while ago when they couldn't install a new seat properly in my Dart and lied about balancing and rotating my tires on my Journey- had it done right before a major trip and car shook like crazy afterwards and had to take it into a tire dealer to get it corrected. Tire dealer said it looked like there was no evidence of any new balancing on the tires after rotation. I thought it was suspect when service guy told me they didn't have enough time for the tires and then suddenly called me back and said they were done. The Dart had to have a new bottom leather cover on the seat installed because the color came off. After they installed it I got into the car and my knees were higher than my waste. Techs already left for the day and I had to drive around in the car like that a few days before I had to convince them the seat wasn't installed correctly. I stopped going there for service after those 2 instances with my vehicles. Fast forward to this week. My Journey wouldn't start and was completely dead. Called Chrysler roadside service through my MaxCare warranty and they sent someone over from Canton towing. They tried jumping the car but the battery would not hold a charge and car would not run on it's own. My plan was to get the car started and get a new battery but I couldn't. Canton towing told me to call Chrysler again and get a tow truck because it looks like the alternator is bad, I would of had my car towed to another Chrysler dealer but was told it was too far for my warranty to cover so I had no choice but to tow it to Progressive. Tow driver wrote down what my situation was and said he would drop my car off at Progressive and they would call me. Mr Corbin called me and asked why my car was there. My response was Progressive was supposed to get a note as to why and he initially acted like he didn't know. I told him why it was there and his response was "yeah that's what is written down"- almost like he was testing me or something like I would lie to him. Thought that was really strange. He knew I had Max Care warranty and also told him about a few issues with the car they could look at while they had it despite the battery/alternator issue. I noticed the coolant was low and the panel on the bottom of the drivers seat that has the seat adjustment controls cracked off. I tried to repair the seat myself but the tabs were cracked and it would not stay on. They had the car all morning and I received a text and an email (never a call) that they evaluated my car and found the issue. Stated my battery was completely dead and heater hoses had a leak. They recommended a new battery and repair heater hoses. I got an estimated invoice of how much it would cost to repair the car. The invoice only listed the cost of a new battery and had zero cost associated with the seat repair. I actually had to call Mr Corbin late in the day to talk to him. He told me the tech was able to repair the seat, however I told him that could not be possible because the tabs were cracked but he assured me it was fixed. He also told me my Max Care would take care of the heater hose issue. He then said the battery was totally dead and it looked like the alternator was fine. I informed him the battery was less then a year old and I could exchange it for a new one with NTB and he said that would be ok. I did that and then got a rental (which I had to ask for btw, even though it is supposed to be part of my warranty) and the next day I received a text my car was done. I now regret not calling ahead of time but Mr Corbin never bothered to communicate with me over the phone. I had to initiate the calls. I ended up getting my invoice and there was a $100 battery diagnostic fee and a $25 fee to fix the seat, despite it not being on my estimate and I did not recall the diagnostic fee being mentioned to me. My assumption is that there may be a fee associated with installing the battery since it is inside the wheel well and is not an easy install, but not $100.00. Keep in mind I have a Chrysler/FCA Max Care warranty that payed for the labor for them to open the hood of my car and fix the heater core and I brought the car to the dealer under the assumption from the sub contracted towing company's initial assessment that the alternator was bad. Progressive got paid for the labor to look at my car through the warranty, don't tell me the effort with the battery was completely independent of that, so they did get money for the effort. There was no mention to me of a $100 diagnostic fee because of the battery. My assumption is that fee showed up after I told them my battery was under warranty and I did not need to buy a new battery from them for $158.00. I understand their point, but you would assume as a courtesy to me it would of not of been that big of a deal because they are getting reimbursed for parts and labor for the other issue from FCA. And, of course I get into my car and the bottom seat trim piece is just hanging off the seat, despite me telling them it was cracked and couldn't be fixed- got charged $25.00 for that "fix" too. The dishonesty I experienced with them- telling me things were done or fixed that weren't, the incompetency of their technician,s and the lack of taking care of their customers lead me to never recommend them to anyone. I found the service rep to be somewhat cold and customer care was not his priority.

great service and nice people in and out in a short period of time got me into a price i could afford love the car
Best dealership ever! - rikk
Best time ever!!
Hands down this is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My wife came in to purchase a Jeep Renegade, but not just any Jeep Renegade, a green Jeep Renegade, did I mention it was "GREEEEEEN" I think they told me it was called Hyper Green. They did not have this particular car with the options my wife wanted on the lot, James Mason and the staff there at the dealership found one that had everything we wanted and we had it the next day! Seriously, they took the time to find us the vehicle we wanted, rather than push us into something close. We actually got what we wanted.
James wasn't going to be there the next day, so he handed us over to a very personable and professional young man name Ty. Ty Dave, and Mike had this thing knocked out lightning fast. No pressure, no last minute changes.
But hold on, there is more!!! :)
They sent us down to the BP station where Ty met us and filled up the car with gas!
All in all, with the great staff, and the low pricing you don't have to fight for a better price which means NO STRESS!!! I am a customer for life guys, you rock!!

Poor business practices. - Canuseemenow00
My new Promaster sat in my driveway waiting for the negotiated upfit to be scheduled at the business where the parts were on order. During this time I made a couple calls for updates, and was told each time that the installation company was still waiting for a part on backorder. I was also told that they would get the upfit scheduled and help me get the truck to that company as soon as the parts were ready. I finally got a call from the dealership but instead of the good news I was expecting I was told that I would have to pay several thousand dollars for the upfit parts and service due to a mistake. Since there was no real apology or offer of restitution, I consider this a bait and switch tactic that would make avoid this dealership. I'm currently on this website looking for a dealership to take my service business to.
A pleasure - Consumer
Went in to look at used cars. I was greated at the front door and introduced to Mike, my salesman. He asked what my criteria was, excused himself for a few minutes to get a car that fit. He hit the nail on the head the first try and a vehicle I hadn't even considered.
Fast, nice, and overall good experience. - SarahG
We dealt with Vince to lease the new Jeep. We had contacted him over the phone, and gave us all the information we needed. Replied back fast and even went above and beyond to get the color car from a different dealer. Contacted us when the car came in, and we went in to sign all the paperwork. By far one of the fastest and easiest car leases we have done. He gets straight to the point and doesn’t play any games. Which my dad and I appreciated. If you need a car I would defiantly recommend Vince! Thank you for a great experience will be returning for future purchases at Brunswick Automart!
Very fair people and excellent pricing! - Nicsdad

Great selection, family dealership, competitive pricing! - RGBurkett, Avon
I had a very positive experience at Ed Tomko Chrysler Jeep in Avon, Lake. This dealer has an excellent selection. My salesman Jerrol Walker had great product knowledge and he cares about his customers!
The dealer worked to make sure I was well taken care of from the moment I stepped foot on the property. I was able to get exactly what I wanted locally at a competitive price! My family had spoken high of the service they received from Ed Tomko through the years and I can see why as my experience was one of the best I have had. Thank you Mr. Tomko & Jerrol for making my experience a great one.

Ram Big Horn issue - 169
I bought a 2014 Big Horn in 2016 from Spitzer in Cleveland. A few weeks later I took it back as it was not going into a passing gear fast enough. I was told that it was normal with the computer lag. I moved to Mansfield and the issue has gotten much worse, as there is no passing gear when the truck is warm and on a highway. The computer shows no issues and was told it was fine since the computer didn't pick anything up. Finally, Spitzer in Mansfield went out for a test drive with me and experienced what I had been telling them, when you go for a passing gear, nothing happens, nothing. So they put something in the trucks port that would record everything when I pressed a button when it happened again. I did so and took it back to Spitzer. Soooo, how long does it take the engineers to figure out a problem? It has been almost 2 years since the problem was told to Ram, as exhibited by Carfax. I cannot, nor will not take the truck to Houston to see my mom as it has put me in some very serious situations, unsafe situations. I am really getting tired of hearing no one at Chrysler or Ram has a clue as to what is wrong. I love the truck, but the service and guess work leave me with a truck that is only good for driving in town, no highways. What is going on with Ram? I am beginning to question buying anything from Ram again. Problem is, I cannot even sell it in good faith knowing something is wrong with it. Of course, Spitzer in Cleveland sold it that way to me. Next step is to start sending the case to the BBB, Ohio Attorney General and other outlets. BTW, Spitzer in Mansfield did update the computer concerning the cruise control. They thought that would fix it, but of course, it didn't
Name says it all! - DaytUte
Best Stealership around! They'll take more money than they quoted and not do the work. Courtesy check is free cause they don't do it. Car could have serious safety issues, but they don't care. Won't stand by their word or do anything to help a customer. Service took over a week for simple computer scan/flash and new key. Parts pricing is even over corporate MSRP so you know it's good. Called to see if they would make things right and only got the run around with no straight answer upfront. I'll never go back and never recommend anyone to.

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the Chrysler 200. Our salesman, Kyle, let us look over the 200. After seeing the car we decided we didn't care for it. Kyle suggested we look at the Jeep Cherokee after asking what we wanted in a vehicle. We ended up coming back the next weekend to test drive the Cherokee and decided this was the vehicle we wanted. They got to work and found one with the options and price we wanted. They told us they should have it by the beginning of the week. We received a call from them saying the vehicle we had agreed upon wasn't available but would look for another one. We received a call the next day and they had found one with more options that we asked for. They said the price was still the agreed upon price. We not only got the car we wanted but got more car for the same price. Our salesman Kyle did a fantastic job for us. The dealership was very easy to deal with and their personnel made the entire experience delightful. i will recommend Bill Harris Dealerships to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
