We had purchased/leased business vehicles and personal vehicles from Lavery in the past and had good experiences. It's unfortunate that the Lavery family has a business manager using unprofessional methods which is opposite of the way we had been treated in the past.
In order to have loyal customers, you must be loyal to them as well. It's unfortunate they'll never know the amount of business lost over a poor decision from a person going against the old Lavery Family Values.
It's disturbing that my story is just like the last person's review from February. After negotiating the vehicle price to a point where both of us were comfortable, they sold the vehicle out from under us. Even after we offered to put a deposit down until we could make it to the dealership.
Their story changes. Called in after they said someone else purchased. The salesperson said "The vehicle was on the lot and still available".
We should have called Mr. Lavery when this happened, but thought this would be more effective.

Honda pilotthis car did not exist, and the dealership deceived. then this car in another dealership, then the owner left on her car. in the end they said that they were sold, but they did not know. complete fraud.the saleswoman was very nice. all the information she brought from the manager

Bought my last Denali Terrain in 2015 from Matt Emrick and this year we turned it in and got a 2017 Denali Acadia. Matt always makes it so easy. Matt has turned out to be one of our best friends. Matt will do anything he can to get the car you want.

Checked tires etc when did oil change which gives me confidence when on the road. Completed the work in a short amount of time and washed the car. Did forget to reset the “% oil left til need change” though, which I reset

It was time to turn in my 2015 Buick Regal and I was exploring options for a new car or whether to buy out my old lease. George Breckling was very knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. He answered all of my questions and cheerfully spent an afternoon taking me on 3 test drives. At first, I wasn't "in love" with the Buick Encore that George recommended (I've never really cared for SUV-type vehicles), & had made the decision to go home & continue my search another day. However, he worked with the sales manager to get me a great discount package (loyalty bonus, factory incentive, educator discount) & a monthly payment that is $35 less than what I've been paying. A.J. Borisa, the Finance Manager, made the paperwork process efficient & easy to understand. The cherry on the sundae, though, was when the Products Specialist (I'm so sorry, I've forgotten his name!) walked me through all of the amazing features & technology of the Encore. He made me really excited about the car & glad I had made the decision to lease it. Overall, it was a great experience without the high-pressure sales tactics & guilt trips that many dealerships use. I've ended up with a vehicle that better fits my budget and driving habits & needs- even my insurance premiums have gotten much lower. This is my third time leasing with Jay Buick. The first experience was not good (high-pressure sales tactics & guilt trips!), but the last two with Mr. Breckling have been outstanding, and I look forward to working with Jay Buick again in the future.

My window on my car broke over the weekend in the down position and this Ganley Dealership was the only dealership who was able to service my car in under a week and a half and it’s not because they weren’t busy. I am so appreciative of their ability to take me the same day. Leaving a car window open was a real safety issue for me. I drove from Lakewood to Strongsville.
Great Experience with Mike Bell - Terrain
Purchased my Terrain from Mile Bell. This was easily my best car buying experience. Went very smoothly with no haggling or stress regarding the price or vehicle. Mike was awesome to work with. He went above and beyond keeping me informed even after his normal work hours. Few items that couldn't be finished before we picked the car up, were handled quickly & very well by the Service Dept the next week. Thanks to everyone on the Team for a great experience.

I researched the vehicle I wanted and contacted 7 different dealers to request pricing. I did a lot of homework on dealer invoice, fees, etc. and have purchased various other new cars before, so I knew what to watch for. Of ALL the dealerships I worked with, only Chuck Nicholson was willing to work with me on all aspects, everyone else wanted to charge delivery fees, documentation fees (at the state maximum), etc. Kevin was up front with me from day one about all charges. I will look to Chuck Nicholson in the future for other purchases as well.
Note regarding documentation fees: The state of Ohio has merely capped the documentation fees at $250 (currently). This fee is supposed to cover paperwork associated with the purchase of a new car - title, financing, etc. per the Attorney General's office. The state has capped this gouging to $250 (though many dealerships are wanting this cap raised) but this is by far not mandatory. Chuck Nicholson charged only $98 for the documentation fees and no destination, advertising, delivery, etc. fees.

Scott, Paul and Jim went above and beyond all of my expectations. I manage a dealership myself and I was very appreciative to the great job these gentleman provided. I was extremely pleased with the sales representative, Rick Supeck, as he was interested in what I needed and did his best to provide the best assistance to help me achieve that goal and he did not attempt to talk me into something that I did not need.
I have purchased vehicles from Joyce Buick in the past and I must say that I was not at all happy with their service, or their attitude. I feel that the service that Joyce offers at this time is excellent and I would happily recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
