Ryan service manager was engaged in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. He talked a lot about his team and their commitment. The customer service exceeds any other dealer I have delt with. I was also impressed that Mitchell Axelrod took the time to call and let me know Ryan had been off and that Ryan would call me when he returned. My older vehicle was not an easy fix but they did a great job. I will recommend Axelrod Buick to my friends.

My wife and I were out scouting for a new car for me. We really had no intentions of buying anything that day, we were just trying to get ideas. We happened upon Brandon Beck who took the time to get us some ideas in the price range we were looking along with helping us decide a lease would be a better way to go with the budget we we're setting. He took us on and test drive and was informative and courteous through out the whole process. AJ in finance also couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful to deal with. Overall we were very satisfied with how we were treated at Jay. Something we couldn't say in our past car dealings.

We had purchased/leased business vehicles and personal vehicles from Lavery in the past and had good experiences. It's unfortunate that the Lavery family has a business manager using unprofessional methods which is opposite of the way we had been treated in the past.
In order to have loyal customers, you must be loyal to them as well. It's unfortunate they'll never know the amount of business lost over a poor decision from a person going against the old Lavery Family Values.
It's disturbing that my story is just like the last person's review from February. After negotiating the vehicle price to a point where both of us were comfortable, they sold the vehicle out from under us. Even after we offered to put a deposit down until we could make it to the dealership.
Their story changes. Called in after they said someone else purchased. The salesperson said "The vehicle was on the lot and still available".
We should have called Mr. Lavery when this happened, but thought this would be more effective.

Was looking to purchase a 2016 Chevy Silverado from this dealership so went to see the truck, unfortunately a salesman told us the price was not negotiable. One week later the price was reduced by ~$1,000. Now interested in buying, we worked with a different salesman who told us that he could lower the price even further and gave us a verbal quote. The appraisal on our trade in was near the lowest price for the worst condition according to KBB. Nonetheless, we were prepared to buy the truck on the spot at the verbally quoted price. Then, the salesman told us that his manager would not let him sell it at the price he gave us. Additionally, in a follow-up phone call he insulted our trade-in vehicle and said he was already doing us a favor with the appraisal value. Would not even look at this dealership again.

I researched the vehicle I wanted and contacted 7 different dealers to request pricing. I did a lot of homework on dealer invoice, fees, etc. and have purchased various other new cars before, so I knew what to watch for. Of ALL the dealerships I worked with, only Chuck Nicholson was willing to work with me on all aspects, everyone else wanted to charge delivery fees, documentation fees (at the state maximum), etc. Kevin was up front with me from day one about all charges. I will look to Chuck Nicholson in the future for other purchases as well.
Note regarding documentation fees: The state of Ohio has merely capped the documentation fees at $250 (currently). This fee is supposed to cover paperwork associated with the purchase of a new car - title, financing, etc. per the Attorney General's office. The state has capped this gouging to $250 (though many dealerships are wanting this cap raised) but this is by far not mandatory. Chuck Nicholson charged only $98 for the documentation fees and no destination, advertising, delivery, etc. fees.
