Kingsley was the first person I met at Jay Honda, he did an excellent job of walking me through the key features of the CRV that I was interested in. His manner is friendly and I did not feel pressured in any way (I was worried about that when I started looking at cars). Tyler got me a price that I feel was the best price possible. Ira handled the financing efficiently and with great personality. Topping off a great experience was the extra attention I was given by Jeff who sat in the passenger seat and patiently explained the control panel, safety features, navigation, and the android app.

My girl went here to trade in her car for another. They approved her for a vehicle, gave her the keys and took her old car. A week later they call saying they need the car back bc the bank didn’t approve her. Weird, since they usually find that out BEFORE giving someone the keys. We had to bring in the car before they told us that bc they were fixing it for her and gave us a loaner, but the same day we give them the car to get fixed is the same day they call and tell us they are keeping it. (And yes they gave us a loaner but they know we would have no choice but to return it bc we could go to jail if we didn’t) They said they would work with us to find another bank who would approve her. A week goes by and nothing. On to the next week and they are being very vague and only emailing her. Brittany is the one corresponding with my gf. Finally we told them we wanted the Kia back and the 3 grand that was put down. They kept avoiding that and telling us that they were working on trying to get us to keep the Toyota. At this point we didn’t want it. We just wanted our car back. So a few more days goes by (we have had the loaner longer than we even had the car she initially took home) my girl goes online and checks the status of her Kia bc if we were getting it back then she needed to make a payment. Well Honda paid the car off which means that AFTER we told them we wanted it back and they agreed to that option as well but kept avoiding us, They did that behind our backs so we can’t get the car back. They officially own the car. When we called and asked them about it they claimed to have no idea how that happened. xxxxxxxx. But then they come back and say that they found a bank that approved her but now the interest rate is waaaaay higher which means more money out of our pockets and into theirs and they left us with no choice on anything bc they now own our old car. So we are left with nothing. They are two faced, manipulating and awful people. They scammed the xxxx out of my gf. Look up “Spot Delivery Scam” that is Honda to a T. I have never in my life seen this happen first hand. I thought maybe this would happen with a buy here pay here type deal. Not with a place like this. I’m utterly disgusted with how they’ve treated us. They could care less that they just screwed us. They only care about their money and commission. They played the “oh I had no idea” card way too well. They saw my gf as someone who was young and who they can take advantage of. It makes me sick. Don’t go here. Don’t deal with Brittany Brown or Patty. Don’t deal with anyone there in general. Go somewhere else. You’ll regret it if you don’t.

They never were able to determine what was the problem. First they said it was a valve and they replaced it. The light turn on again not even a day after the service. Then they said it was the sensors and they replaced them. Again the light turned on again two days after that. I just want my money back but they don't care. Mediocre service. I will never buy a Honda again and if I would, not in that dealership. They are a real scam!!!

In 2013 we bought a Honda Pilot from Jack Matia and chose to go back when we wanted to buy a 2018 Odyssey.
Pat our salesperson was nice until it was time to make the deal. Our Pilot had a trade in value of $22400, but she said they could only offer us $18000. I said absolutely not as it would have put us underwater in the deal. That was strike one. We moved on to price and Pat said they were willing to come down on the new Odyssey to $38500, but when I pointed out True Car said that average retail price less they were not happy with me. I sent Pat away to attempt to make a better deal.
Pat never returned, but the Sales Manager came instead (never got her name). She attempted to tell me that my trade in needed a lot of reconditioning before they could sell it and that why she could only offer me $18000. There was nothing wrong with the Pilot except for needing a cleaning. Car runs great and has never needed a service repair even though I bought a 7 year, 100000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. She then attempted to show me ads from Auto Trader that backed up her claim that my car was not worth what I thought it was worth.
Suffice it to say we did not make a deal and I left angry that they were being so obstinate and unwilling to close the deal with me.
On a whim, I pulled up Auto Trader on my phone when I left the dealership and found out the Sales Manager outright lied about the car prices out there that matched my Pilot. I could not find the Pilots she showed me and all of them that I could find had significantly more mileage on them. I only have 33400 miles on a 2013 vehicle and the average car on the site had over 60000 miles on them and wanted at least $25000 in price.
Later that day I contacted American Honda and reported the dealership for their unethical actions and behaviors during the car selling process.
Don't get Car Doc service! - Tired of dealing with them
Dealership doesn't honor terms of agreement. i.e. won' replace brakes unless they're totally worn out! They do not track your service so it is up to you to make sure the service agreement is fulfilled (poor customer service).

Did very costly service timing belt replacement ($1400). Did not (or could not) provide the worn parts when I asked for them. This is a clear violation of Ohio State law - pursuing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. The dealer I bought the car said they talked to Victory Service Mgr and Victory said the belt was Ok. Victory mgr called them a liar. Victory service was rude. Intrinsically dishonest. Operate blatantly outside the law.
