I live in Wooster. I went to countless dealerships in the immediate area and I not only couldn’t find a car I loved, I almost felt like the sales teams I was working with didn’t care about my experience at all. I wasn’t in the market for a brand new car but I was looking to spend $12,000-15,000. To me that’s still a lot of money. I wasn’t asking for things I knew I couldn’t afford. So after being disappointed after leaving every dealership I expanded my search. I stopped in at Waikem after looking online. At first I was disappointed because the car I chatted about was already sold. Needless to say, Duane apologized and moved the focus to what they did have for me to look at. There was multiple accords in my price range. After looking I still didn’t love any. He told me about one that they were taking in on a trade but it wasn’t going to be at the dealership until Friday morning. I asked if he would send me pictures and a discription once the car got there. First thing Friday morning I had a text message from a number that wasn’t in my phone book. It was Duane with multiple pictures of the car. I work the weekend shift so I wasn’t able to see it in person until Monday. He said he would let me know if it sold over the weekend. Saturday evening he let me know it was still available. I made the trip to Canton to check the car out Monday morning. The service team still had things to do before the car could be sold but he made sure they had it put back together for a test drive. I was able to drive the car to Orrville to have a friend inspect the vehicle for my own peace of mind. After coming back we sat down to talk numbers. It was a high pressure talk. He wanted to make sure I had all my questions answered because I had never purched from a dealership. We ended up agreeing on a number I felt comfortable with. Since it still had to be finished up in the service area Duane stayed in touch with me to keep me posted on how the car was coming along and when I would be able to pick it up. They had the car ready by the time promised. After arriving to pick up the car he went over it with me again and one of the sales managers even came out to talk about the purchase with me. I’ve waited a week to write this review to make sure I didn’t have any buyers remorse and I’m still happy as can be. My family now has a very dependable and stylish car for years to come. Thanks again Duane for all your help!
Unresponsive, slow, prone to errors, do not value the client - Really?
After doing a test drive, I called, emailed, and SMS'ed a committed interest to buy a car. No one response for more than 2 days. I finally walked into the showroom.
It took more than 4 hours to get the keys from the time we agreed on a price and I provided payment.
There were two major calculation errors in the math for the purchase price. Check the math and ensure it is correct before you sign,
The sales staff was unresponsive, I was left alone, in the middle of closing the deal, several times while the sales person pursued other new clients; once for more than 20 minutes

Impressive selection of used vehicles that fit into my budget. Our sales rep Michael, was nice enough to pull out 5 different vehicles that met out requirements and we over all the features of the different models they had on the lot. He took the time to let both my wife and I each have test drives in multiple vehicles till we found the one that was for us! Financing was able to get us the rates we needed without having to push out the payments.

Ms. Dudley was a spectacular sales person, she did her job. Although I had just made a purchase in December, 2017, Ms. Dudley made me feel comfortable with coming back to the dealership that allowed a vehicle with warped rotors to be sold to a consumer with a child. Ms. Dudley helped me to not place blame and move on with a vehicle with a warranty.

Beware of Service Supervisor Jim Klotz behaved unethically - Kavaness
On August 11, 2018 I brought my car for presell mechanical checkup to service department. My costumer scheduled the service closer to my house by my request. The car was Honda Civic SI 2007 with Navigation System and only 35,300 miles. I did evaluate the car on Bluebook as at good condition to be sold as trade in average $7500 or as private sell at over $9500. My customer agreed to pay $9000 after checkup was performed and was ready to close the deal when Service Supervisor Jim Klotz pulled my customer into a private room and told him that the car worth a lot less. It was solely his initiative to break the sell of my car because he was not asked to evaluate the car. That was my first customer who fist drove the car on Wednesday and asked to keep it till Saturday for us to be able to meet at Honda dealer for mechanical presell checkup. I had couple of other calls, but I asked those callers to contact me Saturday afternoon just in case the car is still available.
As the sell fell because of the interference of Jim Klotz, the car was sold to another buyer for exactly the same amount of money $9000 in less than an hour.
WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN USE THIS DEALLER FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDS!!!

They never were able to determine what was the problem. First they said it was a valve and they replaced it. The light turn on again not even a day after the service. Then they said it was the sensors and they replaced them. Again the light turned on again two days after that. I just want my money back but they don't care. Mediocre service. I will never buy a Honda again and if I would, not in that dealership. They are a real scam!!!
Don't get Car Doc service! - Tired of dealing with them
Dealership doesn't honor terms of agreement. i.e. won' replace brakes unless they're totally worn out! They do not track your service so it is up to you to make sure the service agreement is fulfilled (poor customer service).
Stay away from used cars - ficodecko
Beware used cars from here, they sent me home in a used car with no front caliper bolt on the brakes, talk about a huge liability, and they don't even want to do anything to fix it. ($10.00 part too just goes to show how cheap they are)

Did very costly service timing belt replacement ($1400). Did not (or could not) provide the worn parts when I asked for them. This is a clear violation of Ohio State law - pursuing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. The dealer I bought the car said they talked to Victory Service Mgr and Victory said the belt was Ok. Victory mgr called them a liar. Victory service was rude. Intrinsically dishonest. Operate blatantly outside the law.
