Not being from Cleveland, I was a little skeptical if it's a good idea to drive down 200 miles to pick a car that I've been looking for a while. Tyler Gilles was this amazing person who was very patient enough to send live pictures of the car to avoid my commute. He was considerate and understood all my requirements and made sure there were no bad decisions taken. He went above and beyond in helping me get my first car and I can say I see no regret with my choice.

This is our second lease with Honda. Tony and Rob were amazing, they work very well together as a team. Need more salesman like them. We will definitely be back when our lease is up to renew again. And Tony and Rob is who we will deal with from now on. From the awards on the wall they aren't going anywhere anytime soon, like other places you go there when you come back that salesman has left.

Went to great lakes honda, purchased a kia rio 2016. now you would think that a owners Manuel would be in glovebox right? Nope... Also you would think that a jack & a spare tire would be in the trunk right? Nope... So I spend all this money for a car that's a year old. Then still have to spend more for a manuel & spare tire & jack..

We made a deal for a new 2017 Honda H-RV and they totally went back on their offer after shaking hands and starting the paperwork.
I have boight 3 Hondas in the past 15?years and I never had a worst experience at a dealership.
They agreed to give me $1,000 for my truck trade in, sight unseen, but recanted their agreement when they saw it.
I was called a lier in front of other customers and salesmen and told to get out of the store!
There are greater details to be said but the main issue was the salesmen Billy "B" went back on the deal after shaking hands and after we had already filled out papers.
Then he lied again when the national Honda complaint center called them to ask about the incident. Bobby "B" said, "he couldn't remember the conversation."

I have less then 9000 miles on it. Have had it not start twice in the last month. Service personnel did a factory recommend update. No start second time. They took auto in right away and checked and put in a new battery, no charge to me. They were great!! I have bought several vehicles over the last 50 years and can say I have never been treated with more respect, caring and compassion then your service people showed me, you have a true Angle working for you! I had a surprisingly very good visit with this dealer when purchasing a preowned Hyundai Genesis at their Used Car Lot. Many dealers have a bad reputation due to aggressive sales tactics or terrible financing deals, however I’m happy to report that this was absolutely not the case with this dealership.
My advice to anyone looking at purchasing vehicles at any dealership, go to Jack Matia if you’re in the area or don’t mind driving a few hours like I did. Family-owned businesses seem to offer better service as opposed to larger-scale chains from my experience.
For reference, I dealt with Ron Messinger (sales consultant) and Ryan Ruiz (business manager) directly. They were both wonderful and seem to be genuinely good people, which is certainly becoming harder to find in this day and age. Don’t hesitate to reach out to these two when you’re in the market for a vehicle!
Don't get Car Doc service! - Tired of dealing with them
Dealership doesn't honor terms of agreement. i.e. won' replace brakes unless they're totally worn out! They do not track your service so it is up to you to make sure the service agreement is fulfilled (poor customer service).

Did very costly service timing belt replacement ($1400). Did not (or could not) provide the worn parts when I asked for them. This is a clear violation of Ohio State law - pursuing a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General. The dealer I bought the car said they talked to Victory Service Mgr and Victory said the belt was Ok. Victory mgr called them a liar. Victory service was rude. Intrinsically dishonest. Operate blatantly outside the law.
