I was so pleased with the service at Preston Ford. My mother and I had the pleasure of working with Caitlyn in the hunt for a new car. She was extremely patient as we made our decision and answered all of our questions with outstanding knowledge. She ran all over the lot for us to find us the right car and allowed us multiple test drives. Our family has now gotten 3 cars from Preston Ford in the past three months or so while working with Caitlyn and we couldn’t be happier. I never once felt pressured by the staff at Preston. My mother and I were treated with the most upright respect during our visit. We were able to get a great deal trading in my old car.

This is the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I did my online research knew what I wanted so day before I contacted them the Jeep part of spitzer in Mansfield I spoke to a salesman he told me to call him back when I did I was told leave him a message and then he would get back with me in at least 3 hours I never heard from him again. So I went in next day told them what I wanted then they tried pushing there vehicle on me after two hrs they then told me I needed a cosigner when I said that's not what I want to do Nate the salesman told me I would have to I said I had an appointment with another dealership he then told me they would tell me the same thing folded his arms leaned back in his chair and looked at me like I was a piece of crap I told him will see. I then spent the next two hrs signing papers to my new car at the other dealership with no cosigner. I will never step foot on spitzer property and never recommend them to someone else.
Sold car after negotiation and set up pick up - unhappy customer
This dealership is far for me to go. Went to see car then negotiated. Set up time to ick up and they ended up selling it. How does that happen when I am set to go pick up. Poor service and not trustworthy.
They damaged my wife's car and refuse to pay for repairs. - Greg
My wife took her car there for an oil change and the garage door to the service center closed on it and damaged the roof. They were extremely rude to her when it happened and have refused to pay for the damages. Do NOT take your vehicles there for service (or any reason).
Horrible experience - RandomGuy
The sales experience was horribly bad. We were trying to purchase a used vehicle there and stay under a certain payment amount per month. The payment we wanted was well within sight according to the cost of the vehicle. We called and spoke with a salesman before making the 45 minute trip in. He said to come in because he wanted to earn our business. Less than 10 minutes after getting there, I went to the bathroom and immediately a manager was in front of my wife yelling at her that there was no way in xxxx that the payment could ever be reached. She then asked why they bothered to have us come in and was told to "Get out! Leave!" As the manager walked back behind the counter he yelled at my wife, "You're an idiot, I bet you get treated like this everywhere you go!" How embarrassing in front a whole showroom full of people. We will never go to Kia of Alliance ever again. We would drive hours out of the way to visit another Kia dealership.
On a side note, we went next door to Wally Armour Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Alliance and purchased the same model used car we were looking for, a year newer with more features and a $3,000 higher price tag for only $20 more in monthly payment than we were expecting at Kia of Alliance.
