Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.

My wife and I walked into the dealership cold. No appointment or advanced notice. After a disappointing relationship with a competing dealer, we had decided to purchase another BMW, but at the last moment we walked into your dealership and met Jessica Schad.
Jessica took charge of the process in every way so that in a couple days we were taking delivery of our new Velar.
It could not have been a smoother process.
We will look her up the next time we are in the market for a vehicle with out a doubt. She was a real professional.

Although we couldn't close on the deal due to a significant dealer incentive out of the Cleveland area, I still feel a need to share my dealings with salesman, Steve Novak.
Steve was about as professional as they come. He kept me in the loop without going overboard and pestering me (there is a fine line there). He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable concerning the CX5 that I was punching.
I sure do recommend Steve if you are shopping at Eastside Mazda.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but forgot the coupon. They gave me the coupon price anyway. Was very happy with the waiting area with a play place for kids and computer with internet to check email. I leased my car there, and they gave me a fair analysis of the advantages of leasing versus buying the car.

For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship.
Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility.
