After an online search, I found the exact car I was looking for at Kempthorn. Because time is so valuable and I didn't want to get stuck with some random salesperson, I consulted online reviews to pick one. I reached out to Ruth because everyone seemed to rave about her, and I am so glad I did! Thorough, professional, yet extremely personable, she made sure everything went smoothly. The car was inside for us to review when I got there. She presented it very well, and made sure it was going to fit my needs. The following day we came up with a financial plan that worked, and when I came in to pick it up Brody in finance had the paperwork prepared and Ruth had the car gassed and detailed and ready to go. Sales manager Ian even came over to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Thanks to the Kempthorn team, you made an advocate out of me!

Was very happy with the waiting area with a play place for kids and computer with internet to check email. We first went into the dealership to test drive a vehicle. We had made an appointment which was honored with no delays. After going over the vehicle with us, the sales rep, Ryan Hart let us take the vehicle out on our own. A week or two later we set up an extended test drive. Having completed that, we visited two other dealerships to get prices and trade-in appraisals. We went back to Ryan and agreed on a vehicle price and trade-in with little fuss. The vehicle was delivered that day with zero hassle. The entire experience was pleasant and without drama or problems.

Although we couldn't close on the deal due to a significant dealer incentive out of the Cleveland area, I still feel a need to share my dealings with salesman, Steve Novak.
Steve was about as professional as they come. He kept me in the loop without going overboard and pestering me (there is a fine line there). He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable concerning the CX5 that I was punching.
I sure do recommend Steve if you are shopping at Eastside Mazda.

For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship.
Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility.
