VW=Valued Worthwhile - DM
Over the years, I have had a 1999 Jetta, and loved how it was a useful, fun-loving, little tank. It was a gift for my sons/family to get to help them enjoy driving and have their first driving experiences each be through VW. It had character and was truly what was needed. For me, the purchase of my Beetle was worthwhile and the experience through Kempthorn was positive and family-like.

Great experience - Suzygold
Can’t find words to express my sincere gratitude to Tom Davis, David Piatt, and Rick Preast!
I am a widow and first time car shopping alone. Within minutes, I felt like I was with family! I never had one minute of discomfort. I’m sure everyone is treated with respect, but I believe these guys went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I walked away with a new Mazda 6 and a new respect for car dealerships. Not to mention, 3 new friends! I believe if other dealerships would spend a few days inside this dealership, they could surely leave with a new way of treating their customers! I am a Wooster Mazda, customer for life! Way to go guys!

Best car buying experience ever! - sbash
We contacted every dealer in town and Montrose Mazda was the only dealership to get us the deal we wanted! Least stressful experience we’ve ever had buying a car. Shane is the best!
A Great Experience! - MCurry1217
I recently leased a 2018 Mazda CX-5. I started the transaction online and continued through the process via email with my salesperson, Patrick Eedy. Unlike many other dealerships, Patrick was responsive with clear and concise answers to my questions. When it came time to close the transaction, Joe in the finance department was both personable and professional. I STRONGLY recommend doing business with Brunswick Auto Mart and particularly with Patrick and Joe!
Awesome experience once again!! - Jpell
My husband and I would give our experience at Classic a 5 plus if possible. Less than 3 years ago we leased a CX5 and we were more than pleased. Not just with the vehicle, it was Phil Albert that made an impact on both of us. What a kind, knowledgeable gentleman. Phil does not rush or push you into something. He is very respectful and truly appears to understand others situation. What a great team, Phil along with Tony the General Manager and Anthony the Finance Manager made us feel at home. These are just a few reasons why we chose to return to Classic to lease another vehicle. Thank you for such a positive experience!

Didn't close, but a great salesman - Barry in Chesterland
Although we couldn't close on the deal due to a significant dealer incentive out of the Cleveland area, I still feel a need to share my dealings with salesman, Steve Novak.
Steve was about as professional as they come. He kept me in the loop without going overboard and pestering me (there is a fine line there). He was honest, friendly and knowledgeable concerning the CX5 that I was punching.
I sure do recommend Steve if you are shopping at Eastside Mazda.
Terrible Experience - DS
Our salesman, Edward, was terrific. The rest of the overall experience was horrible. The GM-Chris- and the finance guys- Mike and Ray- were rude and not pleasant at all to deal with. I would never ever return to this dealership. Plenty of other Mazda dealerships to go to if you want a Mazda.
Mazda - Meggxx215
Shane was very helpful. I had some questions and issues with my car and he helped resolve them! I would recommend montrose Mazda to friends and family.
Great service - Joann Michelle
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation but forgot the coupon. They gave me the coupon price anyway. Was very happy with the waiting area with a play place for kids and computer with internet to check email. I leased my car there, and they gave me a fair analysis of the advantages of leasing versus buying the car.

Did not take responsibility - nateklaiber
For the past year I have made several mentions of our CX-7 battery dying after 3/4 days of not driving it. I was told everything was fine. They finally performed diagnostics on the electric system and noticed a parasitic draw on the battery from the stock radio in the vehicle. Their response was try try and sell me on an $800+ head unit versus fixing their own workmanship.
Now I have an unreliable (and potentially unsafe) vehicle due to a faulty head unit in the vehicle. Was very disappointed they did not take responsibility.
