First Class Dealership - ChrisC
Awesome place to by a car. This is my second time in a row buying from these people. I see no reason for it to come to an end anytime soon. All sales, service and front end people are first rate and a pleasure to deal with. Inevitably there are second calls, choices to be made and I was able to get the help I needed every time quickly and effectively.
I would have no problem referring Mike Tankersley, Reinking and Horvath to anyone in need of a vehicle.
I'll be back!

VW=Valued Worthwhile - DM
Over the years, I have had a 1999 Jetta, and loved how it was a useful, fun-loving, little tank. It was a gift for my sons/family to get to help them enjoy driving and have their first driving experiences each be through VW. It had character and was truly what was needed. For me, the purchase of my Beetle was worthwhile and the experience through Kempthorn was positive and family-like.
Best Purchasing Experience - Desmejia
Nathan was a pleasure to work with and made the transaction very easy. The negotiation process was concise and pleasant. Nathan was responsive and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Akron Mercedes Benz!

Great Experience - hvaccontrols
Taylor helped make leasing my 2019 Ridgeline as headache free as humanly possible. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She created a low pressure environment that made it a joy to buy/lease a vehicle. Not an easy thing to do. All the other employees were friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend MMG.
Stay away, these guys are not fair - ab
We bought a car from them in 2015, knowing it was their 'own' fleet vehicle we trusted them despite them not being able to produce a vehicle service history. Whenever our car came in for servicing there was always a major maintenance that was recommended and upon questioning why it wasn't done at the time it was due (which was much earlier from when we bought the vehicle) all we got was a shoulder shrug. We also had equipment issues with the music system we were sold in this used vehicle which we brought to the attention of the salesman within 24 hours of our purchase, for which we recently also filed a BBB complained. Frustrated with our overall experience with them we took our car to another Mercedes repair shop and found there were hundreds of network alarms that were never reset or resolved. To add to our misery just this last weekend the brakes on our car almost failed putting my family and my life in danger. Stay away from this dealership folks, I was a loyal Mercedes owner and will never ever own one again. These guys are not fair and I felt necessary to make sure people know and exercise their own judgement.
Horible, Dishonedt Dealership - bradylk
An incredibly dishonest dealership. I bought an 05 Mercedes with only 54000 miles. Unfortunately, I lived 13 hours away, so we bought the car sight unseen, except pictures and video that was sent to me. I was told the car was in like perfect condition. However, the dealership drove the car to me, because their finance manager dropped the ball and forgot to complete the paperwork and get it on the truck for delivery. We met the salesmen near an airport, since he was short on time to catch his flight. Out of respect for his time, we did not have much time to inspect the car, nor were we going to send him back in a car he just drove to us. The salesmen said in all honesty that during his trip, the car started to drift to the right. The next day we had the car's tires rotated and balanced, to find out the wheel was bent to the point it required to be replaced. We were told it had one little spot of rust by the salesman, but four days later had it inspected by a body shop to find out all four doors have rust on both inside and/or outside. Have owned the car for less than a week and will need to put $5,000.00 in it to maintain it. The dealership knew of the significant rust issue, as all cars are carefully inspected by the dealership prior to giving a trade-in value. So, I had to buy a new wheel that was damaged in their posession, before papers were even signed. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you any chance they get.. I highly recommend you shop and buy elsewhere.
