After shopping for an SUV all day we changed our minds and went looking for a car. We ended up back at Hatfield and was greeted almost immediately by Nate. He listened to our wants and needs and gave us multiple options. We would test drive one car and by the time we got back he would have another one lined up for us. He knew we were somewhat undecided and was very patient and understanding. He really helped us narrow down the options and find the best one. But after shopping all day I didn't want to make a huge decision while extremely fatigued and hungry so they offered to let us test drive it overnight. We returned the next evening to buy it. Nate was excellent and did everything he could to help us. I really appreciate all his hard work. One negative thing I would say is that the time for the financing/titling was rather long and the car was not as clean as I would have liked it. I went home and cleaned it much more thoroughly than the "detailer" did. There was tree sap all over the car, they really should cut those trees down!

He has since been in contact with me to follow up on a few things that are a little off, but he is working hard to make them right!!!! He goes above and beyond for his customers!!! Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai.
We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive.
Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal.
I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver.
Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came.

Black Book Used Car Valuation Is A Scam! - djjohnmtta
This dealership uses the "Black Book" to value your used car trade. This book is a direct reflection of the LOWEST amount given for your particular make/model of car at recent automobile auction. Don Wood's evaluation seemingly does not take into account the mileage, condition, or options of your vehicle. This gives a serious undervaluation of your trade.
To add to this insult, it appears that the SELLING price of their used cars are valued not by the "Black Book," but by some of the other higher valuation methods such as Kelly and Edmunds.
Be very careful when attempting to trade your vehicle here. High profit seems to be the goal of this dealership.

Great place to go if you like abuse. Best to know your way around ad they will be pissed off to have to interact with you or like in my case, to have to tell you where they want the car parked. Never one hi, hello, or anything remotely close... Just a tude to have to deal with you.
And since this review format specifically asked about finance person...I'll tell you about that too. Finance guy was aggressive and agitated that I paid cash and didn't want extended warranties and other add-ons that were total nonsense. Car has a 100,000 mile warranty so no mistreatment or 3rd degree necessary when I dong buy useless extended warranty.
