Coming home from Mo, had no AC, Sunday. Took the PU in Monday and they got me right in.. Appreciated it. The PU is only 1year and 4months old, A Hose was loose and lost Freon.

We started in the service department with Justin Sutton and our 9+ year old Yukon. We tried for months to justify keeping it, but the repairs were no longer a good decision. Because of the quality customer service we received from Justin, we traded in our Yukon for a newer version at the same dealership.
This is our 4th consecutive GM vehicle. There are a lot of GM dealerships in the area and we went with McKinney.

Frustrated trying to get my title... - Auto
Bought a car off Autotrader. Paid cash by wire transfer and a cc deposit. Flew my mechanic to inspect. Dealer was very accommodating as they spent several hours allowing my guy to check out. Even lifted it on a rack and had one on their mechanics available for questions. Salesman told me he would send my guy back with title. He didn't. Two weeks later I have no title. Where I live I have 7 days to register or there is penalty. Total frustration with this dealer! Life doesn't have to be so difficult.

DO NOT BUY A CAR/TRUCK HERE! I made the mistake of choosing this place to buy my first new truck and was highly disappointed with their customer service. From my dealings with Mike Durant, salesman Diego, finance guy Kevin, and even Amber Khan with my license plates I was repeatedly lied to. From top to bottom this place employs habitual liars. I drove 110 miles only to find out the truck was not the actual listed price on the internet, still agreed to purchase with little help from Diego my actual salesman. Once in financing Kevin got me to agree on a monthly payment then right as I go to sign my signature the price goes up not once but twice!! I should have walked out then but after 4 hours I wasn't coming home empty handed. They sent me home with no papers showing my finicall agreement so after 2 weeks of me calling 5 different times they sent me a scratched out piece of paper with numbers on it. Then after waiting 2 months I called to see if my plates were in since my paper plates were to expire in days, they said they had been sitting there with no thought on their end to call and notify me. I asked her to send them to my house then after 1 week they still had not shown up so I called again and she stated they were mailed the previous week. I finally get my plates after multiple calls only to find out they overnighted them after I called upset yesterday . So now I can honestly say this will be the LAST TIME I ever do business with or even recommend this place to anyone . Consider yourself warned!!!!

made two visits in the same day to show the sales guy my interest in the truck,at the first visit gave all my info to get the app process started, he told me if i came back 6 hrs latter it would be in and out process and i told him if he needed any additional info he can call me on my cell.
the commute to the dealership took 45min one way (made that commute 4 times that day) upon arrival he indicated he was tied up so he couldnt work on it , he started scrambling to get the paper work going by the time it was all said and done he handed over my paper work to finance in the next building me and my co-worker sat at the lobby for 45min with no one in site arrived before 4pm decided to leave close to 6.This is what takes the cake he called me and yelled at me for going home.

OK, so after 3 years, one engine tear down hoffpauir marble falls, one engine rebuild hoffpauir burnet, then an engine replacement again hoffpauir burnet. Three dealers which now include Hoffpauir Lampassas and $8000.00 my truck is still parked six months after getting the engine replaced, with electrical problems that the burnet hoffpauir told me to simply pull the fuses( which didn't work the battery still dies. The dealers keep shuttling me between themselves and claim no responsibility as they are sold. Now ( I am an electrician) I decided to try to isolate the short myself, finding out that I have 9 wires in my main fuse box that are grounded and creating a 10 volt parasitic draw on my system, why they couldn't find this is beyond me as they are Chevy certified mechanics So now my problem is I want a schematic for my truck from the dealer so I can verify and try to fix this issue and they tell me to simply google it. Or if I come in they might could print me up something. DO NOT DO SERVICE WORK WITH THIS DEALER. If you do and are not satisfied they will simply send you around to 3 different dealers all claiming to have no responsibility and to have been sold and refuse to honor anything after that sold date etc and so on.

Christa really sounds like she knows her stuff when she wants to sell a car. She did not push us to buy something like most salespeople do. And I actually asked her about the "cash corral" and instead of trying to sell me something that was old and cruddy she actually cared about my safety and said that none of them were very dependable. If I'm looking for a Buick,GMC,or Pontiac,or even a good used car I will look here. I Commend her for actually putting safety ahead of price.

This dealership went above and beyond for me. I had been treated rudely and puchy at other dealerships and a friend of mine knew a guy named "Jason" that worked here, so we came in and spoke with him about what I was looking for but unfortunately their current cars were over my price limit. However, Jason took our number and said he would call if he found anything for us and would keep an eye out. Well, no more than 20 mins later he called us and let us know He found me a 2010 Toyota Camry, and it was very fairly priced and very good car. It was a coworkers fathers car he didnt really have for sale before, but to try and give me what I was looking for, offered it to me. Now if that is not going above and beyound I dont know what is! I didnt not end up purchasing the car as it was still over my comfortable monthly payment range but I just wanted to share with everyone how impressed I was with this dealership and how hard they worked to give me what I was looking for.

This is my first GMC purchase. I purchased my Terrain in Amarillo, TX and shortly after I was experiencing an engine noise, like a knocking noise. I brought my Terrain in several times to the Panhandle dealerships to be dismissed every time. This was so frustrating because the vehicle only had 8,000 mile on it. During Spring Break I decided since I would be in the Dallas area I would drop my Terrain off at Sewell GMC where I was approach by Justin Townsend. I voiced my concerns and addressed the knocking noise. Mr. Townsend reassured me he would figure out the problem. Mr. Townsend provided me with a loaner vehicle and always made sure I had everything I needed. I ended up taking Sewell GMC's loaner vehicle back to Amarillo while my Terrain was still being fixed. After a few days it was determined that my engine needed to be replaced in my Terrain. Mr. Townsend was more than willing to send his staff on an 8 hour drive to return my Terrain to me and then have his staff drive their loaner vehicle back to Dallas. I have nothing but outstanding things to say about Sewell GMC. The customer service Justin Townsend, Head Technician, and management provided me is truly unheard of. They were prompt, efficient, over the top accommodating and so willing and eager to make this a hassle free experience for me. After this experience I know with the utmost confidence I will continue to take my business to Sewell GMC; and recommend them to everyone I know.
