While driving, my wedding ring slipped off my finger. I saw it fall toward the floor. I drove straight home in order to get my ring. I looked everywhere and could not find it. I was certain it was under the seat. I pushed the seat back and forth to no avail. I called Town East Ford Service, and fortunately, Alicia Hughes answered the phone. She told me to bring my car in and they would take another look.
I went directly to the service department. Alicia and others brought out cellphones and used the light to search again. No ring!! By then, I was a nervous wreck! I was told they could take the car back and remove the door seal, take out the seat, and look under the carpet!! The car was taken to the shop and the experts worked their magic!
They found my ring under the carpet!!! I was absolutely thrilled! Thank you to this incredible team!!! I am a Completely Satisfied Customer!!! This team is absolutely THE BEST!!! Thank you so much for your care, concern, and determination!!! You will always be my dealership!!!

We sent the car pro (Jerry Reynolds) email in and receiver a call from Gus. We were wanting a 2015 or 2016 certified Navigator. We went in and Gus was at auction, but he had Josue meet us and he had Davis show us the one they had we drove it, but it was the L model (long) and we didn't want that. They said they would try to find one. We had email and one call the next week with updates, but had not come up with one. Davis called after a week and he said had talked to Gus and he would pull in 2017 like we wanted with only 23000 miles and he would certify it, but it would be a little more in price. I told them we would buy it after a test drive. We love it. Davis very good at explaining everything, seemed to always try to please us and get us exactly what we wanted. Very pleasant experience. Fair price and it looks like new. Recommend Don Davis Dealership and Davis Dunn as salesman.

This is the 2nd Ford F150 I have purchased from Bob Tomes Ford. The Salesman this time (Adolfo "Leon") was very knowledgeable and was interested in helping me finding the right truck. I was trading in my 2012 for a 2018 and was treated very well during the whole transaction. The financing went very smooth and I love the new desktop signing process. There was a small ding on the door and it was fixed on my time with perfection. I would highly recommend Bob Tomes Ford and when I'm ready for my next truck I will definitely go back here..

Half “way” service - Expectadequateness
There are a lot of complaints I have, ones that continue with SWF. I could write a book. But bottom line, I received half “way” treatment and care to my vehicle, when I was expecting professional, complete, and knowledgeable care for each mileage visit I made. I have even spoke on many occasions with the GM, with his own knowledge of lack of service department. Therefore, I now have to get a 300$ service, due to SWF lack.

I drove 4.5 hours from Oklahoma to look at a used 2014 Silverado they had for sale. After getting there they pull out the bare keys. I asked where the key fobs were. They tell me they don’t have them. I ask how do you use the remote start with no fobs. They tell me it doesn’t have remote start. The ad on Autotrader listed remote start. She goes and talks to someone and they agree to add remote start. I tell them if the truck has navigation, it came with remote start, they just need the fobs. They go to the truck and bring in the original sticker from when it was new. Plainly written on the sticker “Remote start”! I shoulda turned around and left! They disappear again and comeback with one fob. I asked where they found it, they say it was in someone’s desk drawer. They proceed to start the truck and it sounds like it has no exhaust at all. I test drive it, we get back and they asked what I thought. I told them it was too loud. They agree to reimburse me to fix the exhaust( which they did 3 weeks later). After I get the exhaust fixed I notice a vibration which I thought was the exhaust being dumped in front of the axle. I take it in to get the tires balanced. I notice it still has a vibration. I take it back to the people who balanced the first time. They do a road force balance and discover two of the tires are bad. I’ve since called my salesman and they told me to talk to Don Bailey, which I have left 3 voicemails for and has yet to call me back! I’ve called numerous other times to only be transferred to someone else’s voicemail, with no return calls!! I did finally talk to someone named Steve whose response was to me “Did you make it home”! Not a place that sounds like they take care of their customers. All this after their 125 point inspection!
My advice is to NEVER step foot inside any Autonation dealership!!!
I’m now in the process of taking the truck to a GM dealership to have the rough idle looked at. I’m hoping the Powertrain warranty will cover that.
This has been $1,000 out of my pocket and I haven’t even owned the truck a month. Their 125 point inspection is a joke!

Deceitful and deceptive! Save yourself the time and effort and go ANYWHERE but to a Brinson dealership! They are not truthful on advertised pricing, lie about inventory, and are blatantly rude to customers. Extremely disappointed that a dealership like this even exists. Shameful!

My Ford F-150 was hit by lightning and I took it to this local dealership for repairs, which were mostly electrical. It is now well over 2 months later and my truck is still not repaired. Oh, I’ve picked it up 3 times from them, supposedly completely repaired, but it still is not running. I got almost 3 miles from the dealership before it stalled and died exactly like the two previous times that I picked it up. Customer service is horrible. When you call to talk to, the service reps, service managers and the “head” of service you usually get voice mail and many times the voice mail boxes are full. It doesn’t matter much because you seldom get a call back when you leave a message. I’ve given up. I’ll go somewhere else and you should too. It is laughable that they call what they have a “service” department.

Brought vehicle in to address loud, reproducible, and acknowledged noise under truck. Service contact was able to hear noise and reproduce. Was told that there is a diagnostic process that would take place upon drop off. Was contacted shortly after drop off and informed nothing will be done for my issue. Was told that sometimes on other trucks, he has been able to repair noise and sometimes the repairs do not address the noise, but that for me, nothing will be done. Was told that all Ford trucks make this noise and that I need to deal with it as Autonation will not be addressing noise. At check-out received bill for diagnostic time of under warranty visit. Check-out attempted to call service contact to front and he never appeared. She agreed to not charge me for diagnostic time that was billed to me. I no longer enjoy my vehicle and feel that it is unsaleable for no one surely would be satisfied with an ever present knocking sound that I am told is unrepairable and told that every Ford truck has. I have not been able to find another Ford truck or speak with another Ford truck owner that has this noise present.

The experience with this dealership was a good one. Went to look at a used Nissan. Took time looking over the car, and did the numbers. Agreed on the deal, and bought the car. Aron came to assist me with looking at the car, running the numbers, and completing the purchase. Hassle free. I was in and out of there in a reasonable time without the running back and forth to the manager, and all the usual tricks some dealerships still do. Great purchase, and would do business again.

I mistakenly thought the dealership opened at 7:00 AM but it turns out that was just the service department. I strolled through the lot and Joe came out and offered to help even though the sales department wasn’t open yet. I knew the truck I was looking for based on the website. It was an enjoyable, total hassle free experience. They assessed my trade quickly and offered more than I was expecting. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I just called to schedule an appointment and the guy asked me if I was a customer there. I said yes and he asked for my phone number. I then said I wasn't sure if I had been there before and he cut me off and said "I need your phone number...I need your phone number ma'am!" I immediately told him that was not a good way to start earning my business and asked to speak with his supervisor! He hung up on me. I called back and a guy named Paul Barnum answered and defended him..for all I know it could have been Paul I spoke with the first time...but I won't be going there for service!
