Very smooth and stressless. Great experience. - jpreston123
We went in to purchase a car for our daughter who is in school at Texas Tech. We ended up getting a different vehicle all together. In fact, we leased two vehicles, one for our daughter and one for our son. Darrin Cline had everything ready to go when we got there to pick the vehicles up. Just a very helpful guy ending in a great experience and two happy kids.

Great Experience! - Cynthia
I did my research and asked around not only about the next car I was going to purchase but also the dealership. Just the thought of having to deal with a car dealership made me cringe, but if I knew then what I know now I wouldn't have taken so long.
Once I spoke with Dave on the phone I didn't hesitate to scheduled a test drive. He was great to work with and Park Place is an excellent dealership. He respected what I was looking for, answered all my questions, provided me with options but wasn't pushy. I chose a C300 and so glad I did!
I am definitely a Park Place customer for life and I will be contacting Dave for my next purchase!

Shawn Santos is a down to earth salesman. We could not ask for a better experience because of Santos. This was our 2nd Mercedes to purchase from him. We will be back and would highly recommend Shawn Santos for your next purchase. He can make it happen.

OUTSTANDING BUYING EXPERIENCE!!! - Johny Calle
I would like to start by Thanking Jacob Eisenberg for his transparency, effectiveness, and great customer service skills. From the moment I contacted the dealership to the moment I drove home my experience was extremately pleasent. After looking for a Pre own AUDI Q7 for weeks, I came across the right car at Park Place Motor Car Mercedes in Texas over 1100 miles away from my home town Orlando! I have to say that the level of transparency and sincerity as well as the effectiveness from Jacob encouraged me to fly in and do business with this dealership. From the moment that Jacob picked me up from the Airport, to the moment I drive home he was concerned about my satisfaction with the car, He went out of his way to ensure that the car was properly serviced, professionally detailed and ready to be delivered! I would like to thank the rest of his team who did all the work behind the scenes, from his sales managers, finance director and his service crew who stood behind their motive to make sure I had an excellent buying experience!

Seamless service experience, questionable culture - JRS
First service experience at Mercedes Benz of Plano. Jay my service representative was very courteous and professional, made it easy and convenient, texted me proactively with updates and got me in and out with no hassles. Work was done as expected, car washed and ready when I arrived. Pricing was reasonable for having your car serviced at a Mercedes shop.
I witnessed another young service rep arguing rudely and publicly with a customer who had a dispute over charges for a diagnostic of two vehicles. Totally unacceptable to speak that way to a customer, let alone out in public. In my opinion he created a hostile environment for the many staff and customers around the cashier area. Even though the customer was probably wrong in this case, management should not tolerate such a rude employee. Made me question whether I will return, I would not want to have to deal with that rep.

Bretmc2738, you are SO right - ggvzz
I bought a rather expensive bit of scrap metal from these people last December, in the form of a 2010 BMW 535i. I should have known I made a mistake when the onboard computer warned me of the first mechanical problem just as I was about to drive it off the lot.
The mechanic who supposedly knows BMW's was absent that day, but I was assured the problem was unlikely to be serious, and anyway the BMW guy was going to be back the next day, and he'd call me. He didn't, and as I was visiting family from out of state, I had to leave Texas the following day. A fact which the salesman was aware of. No accusations, just saying.
And yes, I know, buying a car far from home was probably a mistake, but for crying out loud, this wasn't Big Al's Used Car-Orama, you would think you could count on quality from a dealership where they've got $80k and $90k cars all over the floor. Another lesson learned.
Well, I have now had this lemon for almost exactly five months, and so far I've had to have it towed to a mechanic to have the oil filter housing and the serpentine belt replaced, and now I'm going to have to have it towed again because the transmission has gone out.
From of all of the positive reviews on this site, I have to conclude that these people are doing something right, at least with new Mercedes's. But they really ought to get out of the used car business, and people looking to buy used vehicles from them need to be very careful.
