Great Service Department Experience at Mile High Acura - Brianne Yoshimoto
I made an appointment with the service department at Mile High Acura for an airbag inflator recall repair. From the initial phone call through my service, I had an excellent experience. I was able to get an appointment the next day and was seen immediately upon arrival. Currently the dealership is going through a renovation and even with that, the service area was well managed.
My service advisor, Dylan Bertoldo, has been great to work with. He has kept me well informed and provided me with an action plan for my vehicle. I appreciate that he hasn't tried to sell me on services I don't need. I felt that he listened to my concerns and provided solutions for noted problems found.
I was also impressed that the intake employee noticed I was waiting awhile in the lobby and checked with me to make sure everything was ok.
While the repair has taken awhile, there is free Wi-Fi and even cubicle desks so I have been able to get a lot of work done while waiting.
I put this visit off because i was worried it would be a painful experience but overall I've been very impressed with the level of experience and customer service I have received.
