Surprised by excellence! - McCaddon Customer for years
We went in response to an offer to buy my 2004 Buick. No interest in purchasing. We were looking at another brand recommended for senior mobility. Mentioned this to Kam, a super soft sell salesman.who suggested we look at a used Cadillac SRX with 25-30K fewer miles and 4 years newer, for approximately only $2K more than the others we'd been researching. Financing options were attractive. We are delighted. Learning all the new electronic devices keeps our 70+ brains active. The SRX is now called Mathilda. We love her.

Easy, pleasant, helpful and a good price. - Rob
I bought a truck through Steve Rodriguez about 1 1/2 years ago and was very happy with the transaction and the way he served me. I was in the market for a GMC Acadia Denali, so I went back and asked for him, and fortunately, he was available. Again, he was very helpful, pleasant, not pushy, courteous and very pleasant. The transaction went well and the price for my trade-in and the new vehicle were very good and fair. I have gotten my truck serviced at the dealership, and have always been pleased, so I was happy to be able to get the Acadia from the dealership and have Steve by my sales representative. I have recommended the dealership to others because of my experience.

Just normal good people like you'd expect on the West Slope. They were willing to talk through the purchase with me, and were fair and honest in their dealings.
Superior Customer Service - JWC
Excellent honest service. I am from another state and had to have my Jeep serviced while traveling. Image a appointment and received superior customer service. You cannot go wrong with this dealership. I wish my hometown dealership had the same level of service.

Easiest purchase I ever made - Love my Malibu
The staff at Medved Chevy, in Castle Rock are very professional and easy to talk to. If you want an easy purchase and a new GM, come see these guys. Our Sañes Person was Paul Lowery and our Sales Manager was Eric Farley. Josh in finance gave me a great rate on our financing that was a better deal than our credit union. Bill Maffeo, the GM, checked to make sure I was satisfied. Best experience ever.
Great Customer Service! - Happy New Car Owner
Everyone was so friendly and great. Nick my salesperson really helped me find the best vehicle for our family! We looked at several dealerships for new pr used vehicle and I could not beat the options I was given from Transwest Buick. I will definitely look at them first the next time I am in the market for another vehicle again!

Service: None. Bill: Big. - MountainMan
Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! - Honest person
Just in their this week and a complete joke! Doug you should be embarrassed to have your managment in place! Tim General Manager, Charlie store manager a complete joke! I'm in sales and weather I could someone or not I would provide a potential customer with suck rudeness and disrespect! Doug if I was you I would fire them all! So much disappointment with dealership and GM should know how bad you treat their potential customers! NEVER WOULD I RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!
Disappointment - krikrisam
I took my truck to this dealership because I noticed I was always having low coolant every two-three months with my brand new truck. The following morning, I received a call from the service advisor, stating that I had a head gasket problem which was causing my coolant to slowly leak and sometimes produced steam from the hot engine, and that they need to be replaced. The following day after that, I received another call stating that a dead squirrel got under the hood next to the radiator. The service advisor tried to explain that the squirrel was previously between the radiator and fan blade and by driving the car through their lot, the fan blade killed the squirrel and damaged the radiator. Clearly, my radiator was not busted two days earlier, otherwise, they would have noticed the squirrel the first day they looked under my hood, or the day after that, or noticed coolant on the ground before calling me to tell me about the head gasket problem. I believe that they parked my truck in their lot over two nights, and a squirrel made its way under the hood. Moving the truck from the lot into the bay killed the squirrel, undoubtedly.
They made me pay to fix the radiator which was almost $1,800. Not only was this not my fault, but to make matters worse, they overcharged me. I called two other GMC dealers, Medved and Suss, as well as an independent shop and they all quoted $1300 for the same service. I explained this to the manager and his only suggestion was to file a claim with my insurance, because parking the truck in their lot is not covered by their insurance.
I would like everyone to know this dealership is not reputable and does not represent GMC very well. Check your car very well if you leave your car there overnight. They have a lot of squirrels running around.
Horrible finance department - jcook2013
We had a wonderful experience with the sales men (they get 5 stars) but a horrible experience with the finance department. We went in stating we had financing at a low rate and let them know if they found something LOWER that we could discuss that opportunity if something came up. Find out 2 days later after not hearing a single thing we got an email stating our account was set up with a different lender, we called to ask what the deal was but they stated that the paper work was already turned in and there was nothing they could do, and we would have to wait until we could refinance to what we wanted in a few months (well thank you for wasting my time and money to make me solve your mistake). We have no idea what the terms or conditions are we never agreed to use that company and we couldn't be more irritated that they would go behind our back so they could make some extra money by going with the company they wanted! I couldn't be more disappointed as a first time buyer.
Update - The manager of the dealership called to apologize, he stated he would take care of us at the 5,000 mile marker so I will update after that happens.
Couldn't even get a quote on a new vehicle after 3 days! - ValleyGirl58
Sent an email and called on a Monday morning for a quote on 3 different 2018 Acadia's. I was told by Kayli that we would have quotes that afternoon. Never heard back. Called again on Tuesday and she said they had been busy and would get back to me soon. Finally received quotes on Tuesday afternoon for 2 of the 3 Acadia's that I requested quotes on. I was told the 3rd Acadia Denali wouldn't be quoted because I would get a better deal on the other (because it was a demo with 5220 miles on it). At that point, it clearly didn't matter that I wanted a quote on the more expensive Denali without all the miles too. The quotes I received didn't have my address on it (for taxes purposes) even though Kayli had that information. Also, the quotes did NOT include my trade in vehicle, which could make or break a deal. When asked, Kayli let me know that they just wanted to see if I was interested in the numbers or not. Not sure how I could be interested in numbers that aren't accurate with my correct address and didn't include my trade. Keeping in mind that if the deal was made, I would have to drive 4 hours from my home to the dealership. That is the reason why out the door numbers are so important to me before making a deal. I finally spoke to Kayli's manager, JR. He told me he would get with Kayli and see what they could do on my trade and they would get back to me with numbers. I never heard back from either of them and both knew that I needed numbers before Wednesday so I could make the drive there. I would not recommend this dealership unless you have about a week of time to waste. Keep in mind you can go to a different dealership and get competitive numbers within a couple hours on all the vehicles you actually requested numbers on. Terrible customer service... even when you are trying to buy a $50,000 vehicle. They clearly don't appreciate their customers.
used vehile - what ever
I purchased vehicle and thought I was purchasing extended preferred warranty
