I am from Greeley Co. I went to the Gmc dealer here. I picked out a truck and showed them my trade. It was a car I got for my son. I was head over heels on it. MThen they come back with we can't get u a loan because u already have 3 and pretty much gave up on me. So I got online with Johnsons Auto Plaza. I told Rich the details of what I was going through. By the time I got to dealership Rich had 2 different trucks to choose from and long story short I was driving my new truck home within an hour. Johnsons has got a customer for life. Thanks a million.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.

Just in their this week and a complete joke! Doug you should be embarrassed to have your managment in place! Tim General Manager, Charlie store manager a complete joke! I'm in sales and weather I could someone or not I would provide a potential customer with suck rudeness and disrespect! Doug if I was you I would fire them all! So much disappointment with dealership and GM should know how bad you treat their potential customers! NEVER WOULD I RECCOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

One of the best experiences we have had. After visiting several dealerships, SUSS was the only one that didn't pressure us into a vehicle we didn't want or couldn't afford. Nadia and Cornell were both extremely friendly and helpful. Their sales manager and finance manager were also very straight forward. They were very open towards the deal and didn't hide a thing! The entire team did a great job.

I took my truck to this dealership because I noticed I was always having low coolant every two-three months with my brand new truck. The following morning, I received a call from the service advisor, stating that I had a head gasket problem which was causing my coolant to slowly leak and sometimes produced steam from the hot engine, and that they need to be replaced. The following day after that, I received another call stating that a dead squirrel got under the hood next to the radiator. The service advisor tried to explain that the squirrel was previously between the radiator and fan blade and by driving the car through their lot, the fan blade killed the squirrel and damaged the radiator. Clearly, my radiator was not busted two days earlier, otherwise, they would have noticed the squirrel the first day they looked under my hood, or the day after that, or noticed coolant on the ground before calling me to tell me about the head gasket problem. I believe that they parked my truck in their lot over two nights, and a squirrel made its way under the hood. Moving the truck from the lot into the bay killed the squirrel, undoubtedly.
They made me pay to fix the radiator which was almost $1,800. Not only was this not my fault, but to make matters worse, they overcharged me. I called two other GMC dealers, Medved and Suss, as well as an independent shop and they all quoted $1300 for the same service. I explained this to the manager and his only suggestion was to file a claim with my insurance, because parking the truck in their lot is not covered by their insurance.
I would like everyone to know this dealership is not reputable and does not represent GMC very well. Check your car very well if you leave your car there overnight. They have a lot of squirrels running around.
BAD BAD BAD service department - FlowlinePlumbing
Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job.
Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. I'm willing to attach my # to this review

It took me 25 mins to find a sales Rep after I walked in the office with sales reps sitting around. I was told and x amount one day and the next day I was told the price was 4k more then the agreement price... they never tried to make it right or honor the price... good luck on getting help and beware of the agreement price!!!!!

I was able to buy a great used Saturn at a great price. Earlier this month (June 2004) I talked with Victor Glaze, Saturn sales rep, about my need for another car. He found a used Saturn that fit what I needed. The car was traded in one day, and later that same day I looked at it and told Mr. Glaze I wanted to buy it. After agreeing on the price, Mr. Glaze told me that their service dept would be thoroughly going through the car before they sold it. Well, in the process of going through the car, they discovered a bad radiator, and replaced the radiator at no additional cost to me. Such a deal!I'm very pleased with this used Saturn (it's my second one) and would highly recommend this dealership (Saturn of Fort Collins Colorado) and this sales representative (Victor Glaze).
