Ryan, Jesse and also Rob exceptionally helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about the car. Jesse came to the house to help walk me thru the car features which are numerous. Paperwork was complicated but worked thru.
One negative: requested quote on extended warranty from director of finance and after being given booklet no quote sent after two requests. Perhaps he agrees with Consumer Reports that extended warranties not the best use of money.
Have worked with Service department in past and both consultants and mechanics are very good.
All in all a very good experience.

This was not our first purchase here. JT was friendly, patient and knowledgable. Our biggest decision was which color Escalade to buy. This is our fourth Escalade so we knew pretty much what we wanted. We got a good trade in on ours and love the new one we bought. JT went over all the new bells and whistles in the new one and has reached out twice to make sure we don't need any help with all the electronic additions. We've had previous Escalades serviced at John Elway Cadillac and have always had great service.

Several years ago, I took my new-to-me vehicle to Hudson. Two days later without vehicle, the bill included $300 for a new keyless entry antenna. Took to Lakewood dealership and learned that no new part was installed and received the service and part for no-charge warranty replacement. This year, went in for a fluid leak. Two days later without vehicle, charged $75 for no leak found. Leak in window washer fluid reservoir is obvious. No service provided by Hudson. Absolutely a FRAUD.
