2015 Jeep - Cargirl

Recall software upgrade - Mike Clark
Joe Segura was great! On time, professional, friendly, and got the work done quickly. I would absolutely recommend using him. Good service seems to be more and more rare these days, it was nice to see that it still exists.
General Sales Manager
Very good experience - Blownethanol
We had a good experience here. There was the typical wait time to get into finance which is normal. We got a great deal on the almost new Jeep (4600 miles on it) that we bought with their Black Friday internet price.
Thank you for being so easy to work with!

Pleasant experience, John is great, so is the new management - ALC
I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. If I didn't already have a job I love in a different field, I could see myself working here having co-workers like Patty, John, Marcus, Tim and Ralph. It was clear that their management appreciates their staff and their customers because he puts on a free BBQ every single Saturday for everyone. THANK YOU Patty for selling me my new Jeep Compass, and Marcus for shuttleing me around and getting my other vehicle home, John for getting me approved so fast and easy when I thought I wouldn't, Ralph, it shows that your management style and appreciation for your staff and customers is number one, you are laid back and funny and I really felt welcome, and Tim for being so personable, accommodating and inviting on the phone when I called about an oil change that morning - instead of saying "We are full today" he said "We will get you in, and we have free food today too we are BBQ'ing." I thought wow, how personable, that was great! So was the oil change! And I love my new Jeep! You guys were so great!

Proceed with Caution! - JeepBuyer80238
Avoid at all costs! Terrible experience with sales manager Ryan Tanner. Had a deal over email, made an appt to come in and sign paperwork, asked him to save the car and offered to put down deposit, then we show up after driving an hour and due to internal dealer issues the car is gone, then it’s magically available but at more money. Wasted a ton of time and treated terribly. Be careful with these guys and try other dealers first. Watch for bait and switch.
Awesome! - Watts1126

Rawlins Dallin is awesome - fanofcars
From start to finish I felt that the employees here cared about me and my happiness. I bought my daughter a car here last month and she loves it!
Poor communication - Alex3000
I bought a new Jeep from this dealership in July 2018. This dealership did not get the proper paperwork to the DMV. I ended up with an expired paper plate. I was told to call the title person at the dealership. I called multiple times and never received a response. I was promised a new paper plate but never received one. I've had to file a complaint with the state in order to get my car registered. I do not recommend this dealership.
Horrible - salidadodgesux
Any good reviews are probably fake. They do not care about their customers and will take any opportunity to royally **** you over. Go anywhere else!
Bought a new power wagon - Brian B1234
I loved working with Chis V at Boulder Ram. Great experience with no pressure. I would use them for my next truck or car. Friendly nice people
Horrible Service Dept. - Disgruntled Jeep owner
I bought my Jeep Liberty from these people and over the years their Service Dept. has gone down hill. It took them 5 days to just look at the vehicle and diagnose what was wrong. Ok, I'm all right with that, but then no call from anyone to advise me what the problem was or what the charges would be.
I called for an entire day and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. I finally called new sales and asked one of the salesman if he would give them a message to call. He said he would and still no call. I then drove to the dealership and found out it had been diagnosed, but no one cared to call me.
Mike is the Assistant Manager and he quoted me a price and it turned out to be $90 more when I went to pay. He came up to the window and acted as if it were my fault he had to walk up the stairs. He then told me there was a $59.99 shop charge. I had no liquids or parts that needed to be disposed of. He said it didn't matter, "Everyone pays that, its posted on the window". No explanation or reasoning for why I was paying for something that they didn't need for my vehicle.
If you buy a car here DONT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, you will be treated like crap! Never will I buy another vehicle from these people.
Dishonest Service - wright
Called this dealership for a alignment on my car. I was quoted a price of $65. Once I had the work done I was charged $132.30. This is the second time I have had a problem with this service department. Previously I called to have recall service done. I was put off with, "we don't have that part, we will call you." multiple times. Finally I contacted the agency overseeing recalls to finally get this service done. I will never again go to this dealership.
Wheel nearly fell off my Durango - gardnpc
During a May 10 routine service, the tech forgot to tighten the lug nuts. I gave them a chance to make it right. Said they would reimburse me for the extra cost of repairs since wheel studs had snapped off the hub. No responses from the GM nor Service Director. Very poor customer service. After using them for over 2 years, I will never be back.
Jeep eco diesel sv. This morning - Rusty
Very pleasant experience! I believe the person I dealt with was Alec. He could not have been nicer. My service was very prompt and thorough
Dishonest - rebeccamrichey
About 10 days after we bought our new car from AutoNation, (a 2106 CX5 that we were told passed the "125 point inspection,") we found that the rear defrost did not work. Since we purchased the extended warranty, we figured it would be covered. Surprise! Not only was it not covered because (apparently) the problem was with the glass and not the internal defrost system, but it was $450 to fix. I told the salesman repeatedly that I ultimately wanted a vehicle that was safe for my family. Not having rear defrost capabilities does not constitute safety. AutoNation not only refused to fix it, they also refused to pay for the brake flush and air filter replacement the Mazda dealership recommended (as neither had been replaced since the vehicle was new, despite passing AutoNation's "125 point inspection"). These services cost us another $200. If the car would have been priced $650 higher, or had they been honest and told us that the car needed a new defrost system and other basic maintenance, we would NOT have purchased this vehicle. They were dishonest about the health of the vehicle. DO NOT TRUST this dealership.
Don’t shop here - Denver303
If you want customer service and follow up- you won’t get it here. All they want is a sale. I regret giving them money.
Poor communication and problem solving - kcspotless
10 hours from our home, pulling a 17,000 lb load with our horses, in our nearly-new Ram 3500 broke down on us about 80 miles south of Chadron, and we had it towed to the Chadron Dodge location. The truck sat for two days at their location before the service department met our request to have the diagnostics run so we would know what error codes were showing. We were patient, up until about week 2, even though the service dept had poor communication - unwilling to provide us updates on our truck that had been with them for almost three weeks.
Almost three weeks after the truck arrived at Chadron Dodge, I shared the error codes with a local Ram service tech near my hometown in Des Moines, IA. The tech said it could only be two things, one of those being the engine control module. The very next day I spoke with Greg at Chadron. He said they had figured out what was wrong with the truck, and that it needed the exact part that the tech from Des Moines had told me (engine control module). So, here I have one tech that I talked with for 10 minutes, that had not ever seen the truck, and tells me what the problem is. And I have another tech/service team that it takes almost three weeks to figure it out. So frustrating!
We also discovered the notes that had been shared between the Tech at Chadron Dodge and the Chrysler engineers - very poor and appeared that the tech was doing very little to get the truck fixed in a reasonable time. To us, 15 working days, with the truck in the possession was an unacceptable amount of time for the issue to be corrected.
New Management very Impressive - Rockies Girl
I was shocked when I saw the dealership under new management. The lot is so full of great car options and the new sales team really impressed me with their professionalism. Looking forward to buying my next car there.
