When I arrived at Prestige I wasn't sure I was ready to buy a new vehicle. Then I saw the the Jeep I had been looking for. I am so glad Jake was the guy to help me, I felt comfortable and not pressured. He could see how much I loved the vehicle and he was very patient with me and my struggle to commit. Stranded - Texas Stranded
We were traveling back home to Texas from Canada. When crossing into Colorado my Jeep started haveing electrical issues. I googled Jeep dealership closest to me and John Elway Jeep came up. This was around 3 pm. They said bring it in and they will see what they can do. Everyone was great. Cyndi Pickle and the guys got the issue resolved changed out my battery. I just completed a purchase of a new Dodge Charger from White's Energy Motors of Gillette. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I live in a neighboring state, so began the experience with an on-line inquiry. The internet representative was very helpful and after exchanging many emails and texts I decided that it would be worth my time to drive to the dealership. At the dealership I was paired with Ashley. She was very knowledgeable about the car and all of its features. After a conversation and test drive we began the purchasing process. The work I had done before coming to Gillette sped up this process and we quickly reached a deal.
I wanted some additional items added to the vehicle and White's agreed to bring the car to me in SD once everything was completed.
I loved dealing with White's and the entire staff! I highly recommend looking at White's website and driving to Gillette if you are serious about purchasing.

I am from Greeley Co. I went to the Gmc dealer here. I picked out a truck and showed them my trade. It was a car I got for my son. I was head over heels on it. MThen they come back with we can't get u a loan because u already have 3 and pretty much gave up on me. So I got online with Johnsons Auto Plaza. I told Rich the details of what I was going through. By the time I got to dealership Rich had 2 different trucks to choose from and long story short I was driving my new truck home within an hour. Johnsons has got a customer for life. Thanks a million.
Service damaged my car - Jean
On Sunday, April 2 I took my car in for service. They were going to service my car Monday morning I had a warranty that is the reason I went there. Horrible warranty but we won't get into that. Monday afternoon they called me to tell Me my car was ready. I couldn't make it that night I was working late so I went up Tuesday. When thy brought me my car, it had damage. They said they would fix it on Thursday. I took the jeep back up and Thursday after noon they called and said they wouldn't fix it that I had wrecked it and expected them to fix it. My son and I went in to get my car. They were rude and smiling about it. The police told me they have cameras all over. They informed me no cameras on the premises. They told us to leave. They damaged my car and refused to fix it. I will leave reviews every where. This is unacceptable. I am so very upset about this. I take excellent care of my car.

I regret doing business here 100%. Worst new car delivery I have ever experienced. Vehicle was returned to me dirty with rubbing compound all over the grille and muddy footprints all over the door sill and footwell. Sales guy looked me right in the eye and sighed "Oh did you want that cleaned?" The service writer actually told me he didn't know what he was doing. It was pretty obvious because they replaced the wrong parts. I can't even bring my self to go back there to get it straightened out. Bottom line, if you're thinking about buying one of Ram's highest end trucks and expect to be treated with pride and respect, don't go to Boulder Chrysler.

Been shopping for cars for a while and found dealers prices were all pretty close. After stopping in a few stores, was put off by the typicla pushy sales and lack of listening. Tyler Sanchez was immediately warm and friendly and turned my bad luck around. The experience at Jeep Southwest was amazing. Tyler made it fun, listened to my needs and even found me a better deal than i realized. I found my guy for cars.
Poor communication and problem solving - kcspotless
10 hours from our home, pulling a 17,000 lb load with our horses, in our nearly-new Ram 3500 broke down on us about 80 miles south of Chadron, and we had it towed to the Chadron Dodge location. The truck sat for two days at their location before the service department met our request to have the diagnostics run so we would know what error codes were showing. We were patient, up until about week 2, even though the service dept had poor communication - unwilling to provide us updates on our truck that had been with them for almost three weeks.
Almost three weeks after the truck arrived at Chadron Dodge, I shared the error codes with a local Ram service tech near my hometown in Des Moines, IA. The tech said it could only be two things, one of those being the engine control module. The very next day I spoke with Greg at Chadron. He said they had figured out what was wrong with the truck, and that it needed the exact part that the tech from Des Moines had told me (engine control module). So, here I have one tech that I talked with for 10 minutes, that had not ever seen the truck, and tells me what the problem is. And I have another tech/service team that it takes almost three weeks to figure it out. So frustrating!
We also discovered the notes that had been shared between the Tech at Chadron Dodge and the Chrysler engineers - very poor and appeared that the tech was doing very little to get the truck fixed in a reasonable time. To us, 15 working days, with the truck in the possession was an unacceptable amount of time for the issue to be corrected.

Went in to buy 2500 Dodge Ram, stopped at parts department first to pick up part for my son dodge ram truck and was treated so rudely by parts person we deside not to do business with them infear that there service would be the same......There $65.000 loss.

Had an appointment for service 4 days out and they promised one day service, This is my work truck and I made it clear that it had to be finished. They don't care, Went in to pick it up at 5:30 same day, and it was not finished, Mark service adviser said he would keep the ticket open and to bring it back in the next few days, I called on Friday, set an appointment with Mark, for Monday and again he promised me it would be done the same day, called him Monday afternoon and he said the truck was in the shop and he would call me back, he never called so I went back in on 10/17 around 10:00 am and he informed me that they didn't even get my truck in. This is the 4th time I have needed warranty work on my Dodge Ram, and every time they lie about what they are going to do and when it will be completed.
Never buy any car or truck from this dealership, they are the worst service department in Denver, If you have warrenty issues run to the next closest dealer

Quoted me approximately $2,500.00 to repair my sons 95 Blazer with 56,000 original miles. They said we needed a new spider injector and a rear break job. We took the truck to another mechanic and had the problem fixed with a $35 set of plug wires and a basic break job.
Watch out for this service department. We've had several other "suspect" dealings with this dealership but we finally had enough and got a second opinion. Feel free to contact me at 720-281-9572. I'm willing to attach my # to this review
