Everything about our experience buying a new car was so positive, thanks to Ken. He is very personable without seeming fake or pushy, which made it feel like we were buying a car from a good friend - one whom we can trust and would want to visit again for any future purchases. We had gone into the Groove Ford on Arapahoe just to look at a used car in order to compare it with another one we planned to buy from another dealership. After showing us the used car, we asked Ken about his thoughts on some other models, and his expertise about a variety of vehicles was very evident. Ken then pointed out some amazing deals on brand new cars. Because of his sincere approach to helping us as well as his efficiency in getting things moving quickly, we walked out not much later having purchased a new Escape, which we love! We are very grateful for salespeople like Ken who ARE NOT preoccupied with making a sale, pushy, or pretentious. He restores our faith that there are very good salespeople out there who made buying experiences enjoyable and who don't act ridiculous in trying so hard to impress or act equally ridiculous acting like the customer doesn't really matter. I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. If I didn't already have a job I love in a different field, I could see myself working here having co-workers like Patty, John, Marcus, Tim and Ralph. It was clear that their management appreciates their staff and their customers because he puts on a free BBQ every single Saturday for everyone. THANK YOU Patty for selling me my new Jeep Compass, and Marcus for shuttleing me around and getting my other vehicle home, John for getting me approved so fast and easy when I thought I wouldn't, Ralph, it shows that your management style and appreciation for your staff and customers is number one, you are laid back and funny and I really felt welcome, and Tim for being so personable, accommodating and inviting on the phone when I called about an oil change that morning - instead of saying "We are full today" he said "We will get you in, and we have free food today too we are BBQ'ing." I thought wow, how personable, that was great! So was the oil change! And I love my new Jeep! You guys were so great!

I just bought a truck from Robert Duvall at Medved Ford. He was pleasant, really listened to my wants and needs in a vehicle, and went well beyond what I expected in order to find me the perfect truck. There was NO pressure to buy and no haggling over prices. I told Robert that I wanted a fair deal, and no "back and forth" BS figuring out the price of the vehicle. Robert was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the vehicles I looked at! After the sale, Robert spent over an hour with me, in the truck, showing me all the bells and whistles, and making sure my phone was set up correctly to communicate to the truck (i.e. Bluetooth for hands free phone, and Apps). I HIGHLY recommend Robert and the rest of the Medved Staff (Brad - the sales manager who helped find me possible vehicles to look at, and who did a lot of the paperwork. A.J. - the no pressure finance guy who closed my deal). This wad the best buying exprience I've EVER had!!!

Up for a day skiing and my Transit three a code and went into limp mode. I made it to Summit and Jay saw to it that a little hole in the days pressing repairs was realized. While the mechanic may have missed a break or something (sorry), they was no delay in the other work. My electrical hiccups were cleared and corrected and I was on the mountain by noon.

Still haven’t repaired my F150 Platium - Mugzee53
I bought my truck in 2016 from this dealership. I paid 67000,00 for my truck. The first time I took it to Larry Miller I drove into the service department & no one even acknowledged my presence! There were at least 6 guys standing on the service drive looking at their computers. I went up to one & asked if he could help me, his reply was do you have an appointment? I told him that my new truck had a broken seat lever & would like him to order parts! He told me we don’t do that you’ll have to drop it off for service! I then made an appointment for “ service”. When I pick up my truck from “ service” my sheet said I had to bring it back because they had to order parts. I also had a deatail done in my truck, it has a shell on the back. Detail did not vacuum the back of the carpeted truck! When I returned home I discovered that they had taken my sun shade, snow brush & who know what else out of my truck & lost it! I now have 28000 miles on my truck & the radio head or controller has a mind of it own. I’m driving down the street & the back up camera will come on or my phone won’t connect to the dash system or hangs up when it wants to. I have taken it to your service department two different times of this problem & told that there is nothing wrong with it. I made contact with Justin the Service manager, he told me to run it back up here when it quits working so we can get a code! Number 1 I don’t have the time nor does it stay in the mode its in long enough to get to the dealer to get a code. I can go out in the middle of the night & my ford emblem is lite in the radio. No key, just a mind of it own.It goes black, won’t change stations, no navigation! I have taken several videos of this happening in my truck but Justin told me this does no good, Ford won’t just pay for a new one!Joleen my service advisor was also not very helpful when explaining my problem of my truck, that it won’t connect, she took my phone & said “funny it connects for me.” I am a native of Denver Colorado & have worked for three major car dealerships for about 30 years, so I am not new to this type of business or how to treat a customer! There is NO customer service here anymore! I not nuts & I do know what I’m talking about! I have left messages with the GM,& have not heard back on this matter. At this point I would tell you STAY AWAY!

Sexist Service Managers - Females Beware! - Mandygrady1
As a female in 2018, it saddens me that the service personnel still try and take advantage of women. I waited 5 weeks to get an appointment at O’Meara Ford for a faulty seatbelt casing that was broken in the rear seat. The seatbelt still latches (although Tom will insist it doesn’t over the phone) and it simply looks terrible. When I brought it in for an estimate, Mark told me that it would be $979 to replace both the inflatable seatbelt and the housing. Knowing bat was not true, I told him my husband and I had researched the part. Upon telling him this information, the service person standing next to him just glanced over in embarrassment and Mark would no longer look me in the eyes. After leaving the service department, my husband spoke with Tom and he was clearly defending Mark for the cost estimate stating there was a plastic piece stuck in the housing and the seatbelt didn’t work. He managed to bring down the estimate to $331 (Ha!) and hung up twice on my husband after threateneing him twice. Is. Is the kind of management O’Meara Ford wants employed at their dealership? I forgot to mention the vehicle was actuallly purchase at this dealership and they didn’t seem to care. After we Spears to our attorney, I’m sure Tom will change how he treats customers and tries to rip off the female population. If you expect great service, don’t bring your vehicle to Ford as they clearly employ the older generation that still believes taking advantage of women is acceptiable.

I saw a used car I was interested in on Carfax.com and when i got to the dealership they had sent it to aution. I work with Eli and she was able to talk to the service center to bring the car back. They did and I was able to test drive it and decided this was the right car, I was able get a good fair price, and was in and out I'll say within three hours. Eli was great helping me on the sale and keep me in the loop of every thing all the way up to the finance department.
Eli was awesome and she keep checking in on me until i left.
I would like to add too that Eli has checked on me with the car often now, that is a grest sales person

Wrecked my car twice!! - rhart303
This is ABSOLUTLEY the WORST dealership ever!! They have WRECKED MY SUV TWICE!!! Now they are dragging their feet actually fixing their damages. They have had my car almost 2 months now since they wrecked my car. They have put their screw ups to the lowest priority possible. In return they give me a crappy minivan as a rental. However it doesn’t stop there. They always have an excuse for something. Need an oil change and you schedule it at 11am? Sure you’ll get your car back at 5pm every single time! So don’t bother waiting or scheduling an appointment because it is worthless. Need to talk to their director or manager? They’ll tell you that they will give you a call and never do. Want to get transferred to their desk phone? Yeah you’ll just get their voicemail. They pretend to care about you but they don’t. They just go through the motions because they are corporate owned and have to. I have yet to see an ounce of care in that place. I mean the sales rep lied to me about the features of the car when I bought it. Only to get home and find out it didn’t have some of the stuff they said it had. I didn’t know I had to do a full inspection myself to get honest answers. Instead they just want your money. If you’re not making them money, they don’t care about you. You’re just an annoying gnat to them. This is why they wreck your car and then keep it for 2 months and counting. Want to talk to General Manager? They don’t have one. They have a stand in that honestly isn’t doing his job keeping the dealership in working order. It’s getting the point that I have been considering just getting an attorney at this point. I mean what else do you do? Just keep waiting and making car payments on something they just drag their feet on? Just ridiculous! DON’T GO HERE!!!! You have been warned. Also read the other reviews here and then read other reviews of other Ford dealership. Not even close. Ford should pull out of AutoNation to save their own name. Oh and I’m sure they will sabotage my vehicle or not fully fix their damages for this review. I wouldn’t be surprised. Just a dishonest messed up dealership.
