My 2013 F-150 transfer case has a catastrophic failure. The folks at Interstate Ford took care of me and the truck. They managed the whole warranty process, provided me with a loaner vehicle and stayed in close communication. Though Interstate Ford isn't the closest to me, it was well worth the 45-minute drive just for the quality of the experience.
Service work on my 28 year old Bronco2 - oldbroncoguy
I purchased a 1990 Bronco 2 in nearby Arvada last month. The car was in need of servicing before I could drive it home to Phoenix, Arizona. I came to Groove Ford for that work. The drive is around 1000 miles with many miles between towns.
My service coordinatorr was Thomas David in the quick lane facility. I want to compliment his focus and help along with the mechanic who serviced my 28 year old purchase. Mr David really helped getting me on my way by discussing and managing the scope of work needed to make my trip home uneventful.
Service work included an alignment, tune up, shock absorbers, change fluids, and screen this old girl for potential problems under the hood. The vehicle had not been maintained recently, although the used car dealership had replaced the front disc brake pads and recharged the freon before I bought it. Some of the Ford parts for my Bronco 2 had to be ordered due to the age of the truck.
I really appreciate Mr David's mechanical knowledge, as well as that of the mechanic's work. With virtually no appointment I was able to drive in late on a Thursday and leave for home on Saturday afternoon.
I had no problems at all on my drive and the truck ran much better after your service work.

I came in to trade in an old truck and upgrade to a new F150. Juan Montoya had the truck in mind waiting out front for me. He was able to answer all my questions and help me figure out all the fancy new technology I would be using in my new truck. While inside doing paperwork it started to hail and Juan was the first person out the door to go move the truck I was buying inside to avoid any possible damage. Initially worked with Steve on line. I had seen the vehicle on the website and it fit our needs. I had never purchased a Ford before or worked with this dealership. Informed Steve I was looking at competing brands with dealers I was familiar with. He was very factual with his quotes, provided them without trying to lure me to the dealership. He knew the vehicles specs and capabilities. When I did go to meet Steve in person, look at the vehicle, and determine what the "real number" was going to be, I found him to be personable plus his original quote was accurate, remained unchanged thru out the process.
Working with Steve far less time consuming and demanded less documentation than the dealers and manufacturer with whom I have 40 yr history.

I really wanted a new vehicle, but didn't know if my less than perfect credit would qualify me or not. John had me qualified in minutes! I have never been somewhere before where I bought a vehicle and it was this smooth or laid back like it was at Steamboat Motors. From my understanding, they are under new management now, and wow, they are great!! There was zero pressure, they were flexible, quick, and very accommodating. All I had to supply was a one page application, my insurance card and drivers license, and in 5 minutes they already had me approved! Also, I am a Veteran, (so were many of them that worked there), and they had Veteran incentives I have never seen at any other dealerships before. They even offered to drive my other vehicle home which was 45 minutes away! Everyone there was so much fun, and easy to work with, I felt like I've known all of them forever after only spending an hour with them. We made a very specific request of they type of vehicle we wanted and within a week, Phil Riggleman found us a car to try. He bought this car and brought it in for us to try from another dealership a few hours away. He worked with us through sick kids for over 2 weeks before we were able to make it over for a test drive. He also found this car needed new breaks and tires which he didn’t hesitate to replace to make sure we had a great experience. Through all of this he insisted “no strings attached” on this car. If we weren’t completely happy with this one he would look until he found what we wanted. He worked to find us a deal on this car to fit our price range and which also met all of our other criteria. He was never once pushy to make a sell. He even offered his personal number for calls anytime. To put an exclamation on our excitement of getting a new car, he delivered this to our house (30 minuets away) and we signed papers here. This was an amazing buying experience and I would recommend Bonanza Ford of Wray and especially Phil Riggleman to anyone!

My wife and I went shopping on the Ford website and built our dream truck. Then we searched dealer inventories for our selection and failed to find an exact match. We pared down our choices to the most essential and searched again and again found nothing local. Neither of us wanted to order a custom truck from Ford for various reasons so we used the online search engine to hunt for the nearest truck that matched our criteria.
It happened that we found our truck in Delta, Colorado at Hellman Motor Co. Unfortunately it was too far away for a dealer transfer so we got in touch with Hellman. From the start the salesman we worked with was professional and honest. He guided us through the things we would need to have in place in order to fly out and pick up the vehicle.
To be honest, the whole thing was a little scary at first. The staff at Hellman put us at ease and worked with our concerns about the financial end of the transaction. The day we arrived in Grand Junction by air, a Hellman representative was waiting to drive us and our luggage to Delta. The truck was in perfect condition and exactly what we wanted and the terms were exactly as we had arranged.

Leo lied to my face about registration and taxes to try and make the sale. I'm not from Colorado originally and I was asking about how the county would handle registration, taxes, plates, etc. He told me that the first time I go to get plates, I would not have to pay anything. I now know that the county will charge registration after you pay taxes to the dealership, which makes sense. That isn't the problem. The problem is that LEO looked me in the eye and lied to me about this, probably assuming I would forget later on. I didn't forget. My family has been buying Fords since the 1940's. I am extremely brand loyal, but I'll continue that tradition somewhere other than Brighton Ford.

Stranded on the side of the road 2x with less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle. Laramie Peak said would
help me in 4-5 days but, they were too busy to help me so me, my horse trailer, and my horses could sit on the side of the road until they could get to me. I fully explained I was in an emergency situation and they could have cared less. They didn't get me a replacement or help in any way. They said they had lots of emergencies ahead of me and I would have to wait. So, I had to go to a competitor dealership next door, get a loaner vehicle from them (at my cost) in order to help myself! No Thanks to Laramie Peak - poor, poor customer service. I should have sat in their parking lot all week and let my horse xxxx on their parking lot. But, with no food or water I wasn't willing to sacrifice my animals because they obviously didn't care. $70,000 piece of xxxx truck.

Horrible Customer and Vehicle Service - Zack Adam
Brought my 2015 Focus in early for the 20,000 mile maintenance. During this maintenance a minor oil leak was discovered. Once discovered the service "advisor" scheduled my appointment out one month later to have it repaired. Within 24 hours of picking up my vehicle after the minor oil leak was allegedly repaired, the entire contents of my oil reservoir leaked all at once on my company's parking lot. The justification was that the service technician didn't install one of the gaskets properly and it "rolled off" therefore causing a massive oil spill (about 4 quarts of oil). I have been trying to get Big Mike Naughton Ford to clean up their mess with no luck. The service managers (Jamie and Blaine) have failed to not only repair what was a minor oil leak but have also failed to clean up their mess. Now I am being told that there can be nothing done to clean up the mess. They have not even attempted to bring in a professional service. I also now have more issues with my vehicle than what I started with . It seems that when these so call techs work on my vehicle, disaster strikes. I am now scared to bring my vehicle back in for the other problems that are now occurring on this vehicle. What do I do? Both of my Grandfathers retired from Ford (I am originally from Detroit) I buy Ford vehicles purely out of loyalty and now am worried that if I bring my vehicle in for service again, I will continue to have issues. Also escalated these incidents to the owner's son (Mickey) who implicitly said that Big Mike Naughton Ford does not care about customer loyalty, does not want me to buy my next car there, and does not want me to bring my vehicle in for warranty-based service.

Very dishonest group. They quoted my vehicle to buy it and so I drive 45 mins and sit there for an hour only to have them tell me a price $825 less. I ask why and the answer I’m given is I don’t know. Well I know, it’s dishonest dealership games! Wasted 2.5 hours of my time on my day off.

Took my truck there for some warranty work. They wanted to charge me diagnostic fees out of pocket. Clearly my warranty was a no out of pocket cost. I argued but they insisted that it was my out of pocket cost. So I decided not to have them do the work. I went to pick it up and they still made me pay 3 hours of labor for diagnostics. I took to another dealership who diagnosed the problem, different parts than thunder basin said it needed. It was no out of pocket cost to me like my warranty is set up. And the new diagnostic parts fixed the problem. So if thunder basin would have changed the parts they said were wrong it wouldn’t have fixed the problem anyway. What a dishonest cheating company. Teddy in service was rude and insisted that they knew what they were doing. And she said it was obvious because they had been in business longer than 30 years. I can’t believe they are still in business operating this way.
