I'll be back, did exactly what we asked. Service bulletins were a concern but seemed to be no problem. Dan was a good listener. Turned the car around in short order. Nice clean roomy service area. I even got my water bottle back that I left at the desk.

The guys at Peak Kia are great! Joe Lipman made my trade and upgrade to a newer model Soul an easy and stressless experience. I’ve used the service department in the past as well and everyone is courteous and professional. Definitely recommend this dealership.
Used car purchase - Dlc
Came in to research buying a Kia Soul new vs used. Met with Josh..he was very attentive and listened to my wants etc. After test driving a used Soul I decided it was the car for me. Josh made the purchase pretty smooth with finance and all the paperwork.
The only complaint I have is with the detail department...they did not do a very good job, and Josh got some cleaner and a rag and went over the interior.
Service center fixed wrong thing and will not refund - ajelson
Absolutely will never take my car back to this place which is unfortunate as I bought my car here in 2011 and have taken it to them for every oil change and repair since purchasing. The issue now is this is the second time I have taken my car here to have them fix (and charge me) for something that was not the problem and when I return my car to be fixed they refuse to give me a refund for the work that was done incorrectly. They simply do not care about their customers and only care about their profits as this is evident that they are willing to lose a customer of over 7 years so easily.

They won't take me off their mailing list, no matter how many times I call, so I opened a BBB case and they won't respond to it!
Clearly, they have so many complaints they can't keep up with them all and they don't care about the customer!
