I am trying to get out of the 2016 KIA now, after only a year....I just found out that I was scammed.
I had my 2 small kids and really needed to get into SOMETHING. Did not realize that they would scam a disabled vet and mother of 2 small kids. I now have a KIA that has $8K in negative equity. I knew about the 17% interest rate, but really. I even put a $1000 down and my car that I traded in was worth more than I owed. FEELING PRETTY DISGUSTED WITH LHM!!! Will never go back here again. They give sales people a bad name!

They are very shady with their numbers, and will not directly anwser how they get to where they are on the numbers.

Stay away from this place, or you will regret it. I should have walked away from this place as soon as I heard a customer complain about the bad treatment he was getting. The sales person lied to me in person, on email, and over the phone. I submitted a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and they (the dealer) agreed to compensate me accordingly, but to this date, I have not been properly reimbursed. I paid about $500.00 out of my pocket to cover expenses that they promised to cover. The General Manager lied to me over and over. He told me that the check was in the mail three or four times, but I never got it. He even said that he would mail it himself overnight, but nothing happened. It is clear that they don't care about anyone once they sign the contract and leave. I don't know if they will ever take care of me, but I intend to use the internet to voice my opinion on how bad they took care of me. I went to Denver to avoid the Colorado Springs Dealer shenanigans, but in the end, I got screwed. Just think about it, if the GM lies to you, his minions will lie and screw you as well. I am a veteran and work hard for my money, but they don't seem to care. I am not one for giving bad reviews, but I feel strong about these folks and their terrible customer service. You will regret dealing with them. Please stay away from this place!!!

We bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder through the company. We have owned it for three months and have had it in the shop 7+ times since purchasing it. I have been in contact with MIKE SITZMAN about making this purchase of this car. He told me that it was not his problem and that I needed to work with Nissan factory to try and make it right. He takes no ownership for the inventory that he sells and told me that it was not his problem. This is a car with 30,000 miles and only three months old to us, and he told me there was nothing that he could do about it. His customer service was atrocious at best and ended the call by hanging up on me. If you want a car that the dealer and manager will not stand behind and want to be hung up on when a problem or 7+ of them have happened on a new car purchase then buy your next car through Spradley Barr Motors and support MIKE SITZMAN! If you want a good reliable hustle free care buying experience then I would suggest that you steer clear of MIKE SITZMAN and Spradley Bar Motors. What a jerk and an awful car buying experience!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never give them my business in the future!!! This has been an enormous hassle with no customer support throughout the entire process!!!!
