Smooth process - Dino05
I just traded in my car for a new one. Riley was our salesmen. He did a wonderful job helping me to find the car for me. He worked with me most of the day to make sure I found the one that met my needs and even most of my wants. There was no pushy business and everyone there was very kind. I would say that if you want an easy car buying experience go see Riley at Tynan Nissan in Fort Collins.
Fabulous Dealership - Cat
I had recently purchased a 2014 Nissan Murano in August 2017 which came with a recall. I wanted to have the recall ASAP. I live in Colorado Springs. I tried the dealership here and did not receive any help. Did not find them to be concerned for my safety. I finally decided after trying several times to have my recall taken care of here in the Springs with no avail, to call Larry Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch. The manager answered the phone and checked for the part, he said could you come in today? I sadly could not. He then offered me the next day at a time that was convenient for me. I had not told him of my troubles I inquired with Nissan in the Springs. I was received with open arms and nade to feel special. Michelle who helped me was so friendly and professional as was the whole staff. They did an all points exam complimentary. I was relieved to have the recall taken care of. I will always drive the extra HOUR ride to Highlands Ranch to visit this Dealership. Larry Miller Nissan ROCKS!!
Respectfully, Cat Horton

Excelent experience! - Carguy, john777
They worked with me on all phases. It was easy. It was fast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly! They took their time to explain anything I needed to know.
Fantastic Customer Service!! - Estrella
Best customer service all around, they were all friendly, and welcoming. They took their time finding me exactly what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing a Rogue AND a Sentra!! This was quite a change because I had been looking for a used vehicle for the last 2 months. I went to auto aves for a used vehicle, and they tried to sell me a car that wasn't clean or even detailed. To make things worse it was covered in dog hair (i'm allergic to dogs). Although I gave exactly what I was looking for, there was never a follow-up call. I received update phone calls, and emails.

No nonsense, honest service - morvaine
Professional and quality service at Nissan Boulder. No pressure to buy any extras, very relaxed process. As someone who knew what they wanted, can't ask for a more straightforward and fast process.
Mike Sitzman is a Horrible Manager - Nick Nordberg
We bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder through the company. We have owned it for three months and have had it in the shop 7+ times since purchasing it. I have been in contact with MIKE SITZMAN about making this purchase of this car. He told me that it was not his problem and that I needed to work with Nissan factory to try and make it right. He takes no ownership for the inventory that he sells and told me that it was not his problem. This is a car with 30,000 miles and only three months old to us, and he told me there was nothing that he could do about it. His customer service was atrocious at best and ended the call by hanging up on me. If you want a car that the dealer and manager will not stand behind and want to be hung up on when a problem or 7+ of them have happened on a new car purchase then buy your next car through Spradley Barr Motors and support MIKE SITZMAN! If you want a good reliable hustle free care buying experience then I would suggest that you steer clear of MIKE SITZMAN and Spradley Bar Motors. What a jerk and an awful car buying experience!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never give them my business in the future!!! This has been an enormous hassle with no customer support throughout the entire process!!!!
Oil change - Drt2
Very quick and accommodating. Always nice, knowledgeable and patient. Service area is clean and they offer fresh coffee and cold water. Even while sitting there, there is always some lone checking in you to make sure you don’t need anything.
Worst place ever never buy from them - Moseslee M Romero
They are scam artists they will take your advantage of you and lie to you to get you to purchase a vehicle you don't want and then when I go back tell him I really don't like it they told me I could get into another vehicle that I really did like and then communication all stopped at Abby and financed ignored me the sales people didn't help Management in The Help I have reached out to Nissan Nissan put in a shoe with complain I am next going to the Better Business Bureau and I have them going to make sure I put a bad review on every single place I can do a review for this place so buyers beware do not buy from this place if you want to buy a Nissan go to another dealer
Homophobic and Terrible Customer Service - Creed105
My wife and I arrived at the service department for our appointment that was scheduled a week prior in person, with an assistant manager named Mark only to be told they couldn’t find an appointment that was set up for us. Not one person offered a single apology for the mixup or inconvenience. They agreed to still get us in and we were merely told they will need “a couple hours.”
After three hours of being there and not receiving a single update from anyone I go to look for our vehicle through the window into the service bay and it’s MIA; our vehicle isn’t in there being worked on. I mention this to my wife and she goes and looks and it’s sitting in the checkout area for lord knows how long. No one told us anything or came into the customer lounge to let us know that they were even done working on it. We go to the vehicle and are looking at everything thats supposed to be fixed that’s NOT done and now I’m angry so I ask to speak to the assistant managers manager. Instead of calling the head manager the lady calls over the other assistant manager, Derek Duerr, who is immediately snarky and dismissive.
I wanted to know why none of the work was done that we were there for especially after waiting three hours and why no one came to let us know what was going on. Derek wouldn’t let me get a word in to actually explain my concerns and kept talking over me in a very condescending tone. He said it takes an hour and a half to do the recall work and I said “ok, what was the other hour and a half we were here for?” To which he rudely responded that we “aren’t the only customers vehicle they are working on.” I acknowledged that I understood that and attempted to continue speaking but Derek continued rudely speaking over me and not acknowledging or addressing anything I was attempting to say. I finally looked at him and I said “are you gonna let me talk or just keep talking over me?” I said “she (and I pointed to my wife) took the day off to get this taken care of, we had an appointment you guys screwed up and you have not offered a single apology...” and he looks at me, interrupts and says “SHE took the day off?” then says in a snotty tone, “is your name Nicole?” I said no and he replied “yeah, I’m not talking to you, I’m talking to her, she’s Nicole and her name is on the paperwork.”
At that point I was absolutely livid and said “I don’t care who’s name is on the paperwork, it’s my vehicle too, she’s my wife!” Derek then responded with “I don’t care, I’m talking to her.” At this point I was like ok I’m done with you & I asked to speak to his manager. Derek became even more abrasive and said, “his office is through the door, first office on the left and you can go inside to him, he doesn’t come out to you.” He then followed me inside as I went to his managers office and he says to me “you better not talk to him the way you spoke to me, he won’t put up with it and you’ll be out of here.” He didn’t even let me speak so I’m not sure how he felt I was treating him in any type of way or how he felt justified in saying that after how awful and rudely he had just treated me.
I am sorry but if a husband and wife were at the dealership and the husband was speaking and expressing his unhappiness in regard to his wife’s vehicle there is no way Derek would have had the gall to tell him that his wife’s name is on the paperwork and he will only speak to the man’s wife.
This was very clear discrimination in regard to our same sex relationship and I am appalled at such behavior from not only a customer service representative but from someone who is an assistant manager representing your brand and company.
I do not believe Derek’s behavior was professional or accepting in regard to the LGBTQ community and he should complete inclusion and diversity training if he intends to continue working in customer service. If he treated us in such a manner I can only imagine that this is a behavior he will continue with other same sex couples.
