New 2018 Leaf - D
Traded in a 2015 Leaf for a 2018 model. Tynan's had a good deal that effectively let me trade in the old for the new with a straight extension of my previous loan.
Kashmir Lever was very helpful, professional, and knowledgable. Highly recommend.

Excellent - PRogue
Amaar was a great salesman that worked with us until we found out perfect car. He was patient and comprehensive about our situation and with the finance team found the best deal for us. I definitely recommend working with him and the Tynans family dealership.

Above and beyond ! - Shane44
We have so many good things to say about Larry H Miller Nissan! ! Everyone there is awesome! Our salesman Julio was absolutely amazing. We had some issues with negative equity. Julio went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle we wanted. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the staff at Larry H Miller .

Interested in New Car - L. Zamora
Was looking for a new car and been shopping around. Had some bad experiences, stopped by at Valley Nissan in Longmont. What a difference this place was! Ladies if you are looking for a new car and what special attention, ask for Ana...This lady is caring, understanding and listens to what you are looking for...Stop by and give her a chance, out of a 10 is a 10.
Excellent!! - Newtocolorado
Roman was absolutely great with us!! He was very accommodating. I trusted all of them and would recommend them!! We helped our grandson get a vehicle, and Roman said he would trust this vehicle with his own daughter. That meant a lot.

I need to trade in my car and get a different vehicle. I thought they were helping me.
I am trying to get out of the 2016 KIA now, after only a year....I just found out that I was scammed.
I had my 2 small kids and really needed to get into SOMETHING. Did not realize that they would scam a disabled vet and mother of 2 small kids. I now have a KIA that has $8K in negative equity. I knew about the 17% interest rate, but really. I even put a $1000 down and my car that I traded in was worth more than I owed. FEELING PRETTY DISGUSTED WITH LHM!!! Will never go back here again. They give sales people a bad name!

Great experience! Kyle was very easy to deal with and he did a great job in explaining all the options to us. Love the car so far!
Awesome experience... Alex was awesome! - LeeLou3
I came into the dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted. The staff, particularly Alex Bond, was awesome, knowledgeable and very helpful. Not a high stress environment. Ended up with a brand new Rougue and didn’t spend a lifetime getting it done. These guys are great if you are looking for a professional and honest car buying experience!
The most shady deal EVER! - Doug Edwards
I have bought alot of Nissans in my time and this has been the worst EVER!
They are very shady with their numbers, and will not directly anwser how they get to where they are on the numbers.
I have never in my life time recieved a new car not detailed ( of which they said it was)
a quick wash and a quick wipe down was it. It even comes with a scratch on the door
bait a switch Masters!!
they said neg equ. would not be rolled into the new deal yeah right
I will NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!
Terrible Time Management - Quivver
My 2018 Altima is the 5th car I've purchased from this dealership (the first with it being LHM, it was AutoNation previously). The purchase experience for the car was great, everybody was friendly, response was timely, the Total Care Package is a nice addition/feature. However my issue with dealerships has always been with the service center.
I brought my car in to get my windows tinted. I understand that you outsource your window tinting to a third party, and thereby you maybe cannot control their performance the same as you would in house service professionals. My issue is with the time estimates for the work being completed. The initial estimate was for 90-120 minutes. I waited for 3.5 hours, then asked the service center for an estimate on completion. They told me 1 hour. I wait 90 more minutes, then asked for another update. They told me 5-10 minutes. My car finally arrived 60 minutes after that.
So the initial estimate of work was 1.5-2 hours. It took 6 hours. I don't even care about the amount of time it took, but you need to set that expectation up front. Tell me that I need to leave my car with you for the entire day so I can arrange a ride. I live 25 miles from the dealership. Your courtesy car won't take me home, nor will they pick me up due to that distance.
I brought my laptop so I could work while I was there, but I didn't bring my charger because I didn't know I would be there for 6 hours. My laptop died, my phone died, I had to call somebody else in a scramble to pick up my kids from school since the car that was supposed to be done at noon wasn't actually done until 4pm.
You have to understand that everybody's time is precious, because every hour of our time is an hour of our lives. If you don't respect our time, you're essentially saying you don't respect our lives. My time and my life is too important for me to waste it sitting all day in a service center lounge. I don't care if my first few oil changes are free with my new car, you would have to literally PAY ME to come and sit in that service center for as slow as you work. I happened to run into a friend there at 10am when I first arrived to drop off my car, it took them 4.5 hours to complete her oil change. Tell me in what universe would I opt to drive 25 miles, then wait 4-5 hours for an oil change when I can drive 6 miles and get one done close to me in 15 minutes?
I will definitely return to this dealership because I love Nissan's, and I love the sales staff, but the only way I will ever come back to this service center is if there is a factory recall for my car. Sorry guys, you have quite a bit of work to do to make your service center appealing.
Mike Sitzman is a Horrible Manager - Nick Nordberg
We bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder through the company. We have owned it for three months and have had it in the shop 7+ times since purchasing it. I have been in contact with MIKE SITZMAN about making this purchase of this car. He told me that it was not his problem and that I needed to work with Nissan factory to try and make it right. He takes no ownership for the inventory that he sells and told me that it was not his problem. This is a car with 30,000 miles and only three months old to us, and he told me there was nothing that he could do about it. His customer service was atrocious at best and ended the call by hanging up on me. If you want a car that the dealer and manager will not stand behind and want to be hung up on when a problem or 7+ of them have happened on a new car purchase then buy your next car through Spradley Barr Motors and support MIKE SITZMAN! If you want a good reliable hustle free care buying experience then I would suggest that you steer clear of MIKE SITZMAN and Spradley Bar Motors. What a jerk and an awful car buying experience!!! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and would never give them my business in the future!!! This has been an enormous hassle with no customer support throughout the entire process!!!!
