I walked into Suburban Acura and met Mike Onwuegbuna a car dealer. Mike was efficient, and very professional. I came into that dealership on a Friday at 515, took the MDX for a ride and was signing papers by 6pm. The negotiation process was very fair. This dealership wants to sell cars with NO PRESSURE. I will go back to Mike to meet my Acura needs.

Mr. Bautista, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully adjust the seats for my wife who has back problems and explain all the technology on the RDX (which is extensive!) and walk us through all the paperwork. One of our best purchase experiences in many new car searches. BTW, the waiting room has the best auto coffee machine - actually starts with whole beans! And also has cookies, bars, drinks of various sorts and even recycles the trash. Great dealership. Ask for Lindo Bautista.
dealer did not fix my water reservoir - jdd
We were puzzled at our last service with G Platz as to why the washer solvent tank leaks
low washer fluid telltale was illuminated when we brought vehicle in
apparently, no one looked at the telltale or added any fluid
if you would have, it would have leaked out tipping you off that there was an issue bigger than just low fluid
we would have thought that you would have called us to apologize and to bring vehicle back so you could rectify the situation
instead, Greg complained that we rated our visit so low
and, no one has ever contacted us about our washer fluid reservoir
very bad customer service
