I took my 2010 Maserati in for service and it needed a wheel, tire, and alignment, they told me it would only take a few hours. (it took 5 while I was waiting) They were very rude and unpleasant, it seemed like if you didn't drive a Ferrari they treated you like garbage. (I have since bought an FF and am looking at another one NOT FROM CAULEY) A Ferrari customer came in and they were very nice, pleasant, and treated him like a king. SO I can see now why Cauley has lost most his dealerships. I would never recommend or purchase anything from Cauley.
