Hines Park Ford surpassed and exceeded all of my expectations around the car buying process. I have been in sales for 15 years, so I naturally have a grade other salespeople on a tough criteria.
With that being said, I was working on a shortened time frame and was growing increasingly frustrated in working with other salespersons from other dealerships. I felt that I was more of an interruption to other dealerships day than a potential customer. I decided to find another dealership which is when I found Hines Park Ford. The dealership is about a 45 minute drive without traffic from my house. However, in working with Derrick Kyser, I would highly recommend not only Derrick but the overall business itself. The receptionist was friendly and upbeat. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable, timely, helpful and communicated with me in a way that fit my day (text, and email, with a few phone calls in between). But even better was the fact that I genuinely felt like he wanted my business AND also wanted to make sure that I left the dealership with what I wanted at a price that I thought was fair which he accomplished to an exceptional degree. The same day I contacted Derrick, I was in hours later to actually purchase the car (which I didn't plan to do ideally untill Wednesday, but Derrick was so incredibly helpful that I decided I had to buy the same day). There were several obstacles on my end that Derrick handled perfectly, and overall made it easy to do business with him (they say in Sales the salesperson is often the biggest obstacle to a customer wanting to purchase something; Derrick was not an obstacle, but an accelerator!) In my work I very rarely have time to take calls and/or visit a dealership. So we conversed through emails and text messages which was awesome as he was extremely responsive, transparent with great communications.
At the dealership there were several staff members including management who went out of their way to introduce themselves to my family and I, thanking us for coming in and giving them the opportunity to help us - which just further reinforced that I wasn't a dollar sign, or a sale, but someone who they wanted to see happy - they succeeded.
Derrick was well organized, had everything ready when we arrived, and the staff was great. Dealership was clean, well lit, and thoughtfully laid out. Highly recommend Derrick Kyser and Hines Park Ford to anyone looking for or considering a new car.

So, for the sake of full disclosure, I did not purchase a vehicle from Bill Brown Ford. However, I did seek this dealer's assistance in resolving a major issue which was caused by the careless pre-sale representations of another dealer. Enter Chris Green, Service Advisor for Bill Brown Ford's Fleet Center. Chris' knowledge was impressive as he quickly grasped the nature of my rather complicated problem and vowed to research and respond with answers and direction at his first opportunity. Though he set expectations that this process might take some time, Chris decided to "front burner" my concerns, persevered and subsequently contacted me with the answers he found later that same day. While these answers were gravely disappointing (i.e., the vehicle's computer programming could not be modified as he initially felt confident that it could), and while I am still left with a monumental shortfall in represented expectation as to this vehicle's fundamental usage and maintenance requirements are concerned, Chris endeavored further to provide at least some alternative "workaround" advice and recommendations which I fully appreciated and certainly intend to use. While I am ultimately saddened to learn that my brand new vehicle has such a substantive deficiency which will result in more maintenance expense and headaches down the line, I cannot say enough about how Chris accepted the challenge to drive this issue to ground for me when no one else would. And so it is with great respect and admiration that I not only recommend Chris but the very dealership who was astute enough to hire and retain such a talented, courteous and customer-focused Service Advisor! Meanwhile, I fully intend to visit Bill Brown Ford for potential future Ford vehicle purchases.

Bought my first Ford product a 2017 F-250 SuperDuty and it has been the worst experience of my life owning this vehicle. Had the vehicle for 9 months and it has been in and out of service for 91 days total, called ford customer care no help, been in contact with Bill Brown Ford and they are horribly incompetent plus they do not return phone calls, I just want the vehicle fix right and no one seems to be able to do that or help.

Once deal was done I was treated as nothing more then a former sale. Less then 3 day after signing mind you. These people only car about how much they are making for themselves and not what kinds service they are providing for you. I've mistaking have bought 2 vehicles since March from them totaling over $20000 dollars and not even a courtesy call or such of how are you doing. When I found an issue 3 days after driving off the lot I was treated like a enemy. On top of that my salesman whined and said hey I didn't even make that much commission from the sale what do you expect. Yup that's exactly the used car sales mentality. Sadly you can get that from any corner mom and pops used car sales lot. I expected better from.a dealer. One I've been loyal to. Oh well they lost out on a sale of a third vehicle. My wife is looking for a Fusion. Before this last brutal treatment it would have been no brainer where we were going to do business. Now I wouldn't even give them my service visit business. So everyone beware of what your getting into before signing those papers. These guys will not stand behind the product they sale. Oh they will give you plenty of lip service but it's all a lie!

I brought my 2005 Ford Focus to check faulted automatic transmission (car jerked when the gears were changing, didn't engage in reverse) but been told that they didn't find anything bad with the transmission but that my problems were caused by the broken motor mound, which the service adviser suggested to replace. Unfortunately I agreed and paid $600 for the repair that didn't fix any of the problems that I had. In less than a week brought the car back with check engine light on and blinking O/D off light. This time been told that my transmission had to be replaced for $4000. Decided not to go with it and ended up paying $600 for nothing.

If I could give this dealership a negative * I would!!! Extremely unethical!!! We have been searching for s small vehicle to tow behind a motorhome. Lasso Ford had 2 online ads for a Ford Fiesta SE, both 2017s, one for $12,500 & 1 for $13.00. We drove 40 miles there today. We test drove one & liked it so asked their out the door price. Of course he had to go to Manager & comes back with a price of $14,780!!!!!😡😡😡 Are you kidding me....that’s more than the advertised price!! So back to the Manager he goes. Comes back 10 mins later & says this is the best we can do !!! They had all kinds of “explanations” but bottom line is .... it was the ole unethical “Bait & Switch”!!! Stay away from there...they LIE!!!
