Upon driving into he Service Area I was promptly greeted by Anne, who personally directed me to Chris Pigo an available Service Advisor. She relayed the reason for my visit to Chris, who then began to process my requests for The Works, new windshield wipers, and the 100 month Motorcraft battery. The old battery of eight years was performing well, but the recent cold snaps of winter reluctantly made a purchase necessary to prevent getting stranded in the future. With my requests processed, Anne proceeded to show me the way to the customer waiting area. As I enjoyed a nice hot complimentary cup of coffee, I couldn't believe how clean the area was. In past years I have sat in areas where I often felt leery of getting bitten by a rat, and gotten oil and dirt on my clothing from past occupants. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I quickly relaxed watching the Automotive technicians performing their assigned tasks. Chris often went in and spoke to the technicians, as they performed like a well trained team seemingly effortlessly gliding from task to task. Anne was busy herself, as she prepared coffee and meticulously groomed the area. Chris returned from the Service area with what looked something like an air filter, but the dirt obscured its outlines. I quickly said yes to a new one, as I thought of all my precious gas mileage I had been losing. That annoying engine light was now gone. I bid my farewells to Anne and Chris upon leaving, climbed aboard my 2010 F 150. With a gentle sigh I put my truck in drive and proceeded to leave, having felt like I was now leaving two good friends. The warmth of the experience still warm in my heart.

He worked with me, and with the Finance Manager, Todd, to get me the best possible trade in to help reduce the rollover from the old car. I custom ordered an F150, and the whole buying process was smooth: no hassles.
They evaluated my Trade-In then, and made me an offer, with the note that it could go down a little due to miles by time the truck was build and delivered. It went down some, but was still better than anywhere else I took it to be appraised.
The post-ordering communications was outstanding; if I called or emailed, it was usually a near immediate response, but worst case within the next business day morning.
When it finally arrived. We were able to identify all incentives available to me, the approx trade in and the financing approval before I walked in, and the paperwork was quick and I was out the door sooner than I ever expected. It pays to be prepared.
When I was there to pick up the truck, it was pretty late, after 7pm, and the owner was there asking how my experience went.
My salesman told the owner I was a Navy vet (the owner was an USAF vet) and we dropped into a casual trash talking that veterans always do... so, suffice to say, the owner was instantly approachable, concerned about how my experience went, and had a great sense of humor too.
Would (will) recommend, all in all a great experience.

Place is a complete joke. They will not only sell you cars they have NOT gone over at all to find issues, but their customer service is bad as well. Their Used Car manager has not idea how to interact with customers. I have bought TWO cars from these cars, so the joke is kind of on me to go back and buy the the second one. NEVER AGAIN!
