My first Land Rover! - Will9
My first experience was to call the dealership and talk with a salesperson to set an appointment. They were very flexible and accommodated the time I wanted. When I arrived, the receptionist introduced me to our salesperson and the vehicle I was interested in was already pulled up and ready to go! I took it for a moderate test drive (about 10-15 miles) and even though I fell in love with it, my wife and daughter had a few concerns - we discussed these with our sales person and another model was quietly and respectfully suggested. Once we drove the 2nd vehicle, our entire family agreed that we had found the one! I sat down for literally 20 minutes to answer a few questions about financing and within approx. 60 minutes or less of time standing in the dealership, we had finalized our trade-in, lease agreement, everything! We were given the option of coming back later that evening to take delivery, and when we did the vehicle was fully prepped. We were encouraged to take as much time as needed with our delivery tech to feel comfortable with every single feature of our vehicle and our salesperson even came out to our home a few days later to make sure we still loved our new Rover. The Service was in one word "Exceptional". I am just now 5 months later going back in to get the oil changed and a minor recall handled - the dealership is providing us with a Jaguar sedan to enjoy while the Rover is in their hands. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Land Rover.

Kin in Service has always been courteous, honest & gotten back to us in a timely manner re: our LR4.
He is friendly & very personable!
My only complaint (which is not a reflection of him) is that the dealership should have more loaner vehicles available versus using Enterprise Car Rental.

I've purchased 3 Land Rover's from this dealership and have consistently been treated with respect each time I bring my vehicle in for care. They have always taken care of my Land Rover's in a very quick and thorough manner.
I drive and travel a bit for work so I have had to take my Land Rover's to various dealerships for care and this location by far is my top choice to take my vehicle in for care.
Adam Bouchard/service Consultant & Keith Haverty/Service Manager are exceptional employees. I have not met the technicians but my hat is off to them as well.
