I've gone to this dealership since I bought my car in 2011. I've always had good service...the intake staff is very friendly and professional. They've gotten to know me by name and will pick me up at my apartment and drop me off as needed, which adds to the sense of personal service. My last repair was replacing a clutch and my vehicle was at the dealership and out of commision for about 7 or 8 business days and they didn't have a rental to use. It was very inconvenient. This is a minor complaint for this many years of service. I will continue to use them.
This is my second vehicle leased from Crest. - Little Susie
In the early summer of 2017 I contacted Costco Auto program and was connected to Crest from Costco. I was very pleased with the sales staff upon my initial visit and worked with Chris Tessmer. He was a delight to work with, not pushy,, very accommodating, accepted my request for specific items that I needed in a vehicle and was not the least bit concerned that what I wanted meant having to place a special order. Within 6 weeks that vehicle arrived, was prepped for me and ready for delivery when I arrived.
I loved that vehicle and so, when the lease expiration date was getting near, I checked out some other vehicles before deciding that they didn't meet my needs and wishes, so I went back to Crest to see Chris and happily he presented me with another MKC, almost exactly like what I was going to be turning in. He did some numbers figuring and we came to comfortable terms. There was someone else also interested in that vehicle that they currently had on their lot, but I was not worried. Chris had checked online first and told me that there was another one exactly like the one he brought out for me to see and drive. The other custormer's sales person had tagged it as soon as I arrived back from my test drive; Chris was upset about that, but reassured me that there is one on a truck and would be arriving by July 15. I was not worried because I didn't need to turn in my car until August 15. I just wanted to know that I would have a car to come home with after I released my 2017 to Crest.
To my surprise the following morning Chris called me to tell me that my new car had arrived already. When would I like to pick it up? He suggested the next morning so that it could be prepped for me. I said I would be able to come any time after 1:00. so we agreed on 3:00.
I arrived at 3:00, met with Chris, gave him everything that he needed, including my vehicle, and then I met with Angie, the person who handles all the paperwork for the lease. After that Chris took me out to my new MKC, programmed my phone into this vehicle, programmed the digital security panel for locking and unlocking the doors and also programmed Lincoln Way into my cellphone. guided me out of the garage, and handed me a beautiful, colorful bouquet of flowers, and told me to call him if I have any questions or problems. I knew that I wouldn't have any problems, but maybe some questions after getting more acquainted with the new features or features that were different than I had in the 2017 MKC. And off I went, in my very comfortable new 2019 MKC. I felt at home driving this new vehicle and just had to get used to it being a different color exterior. I really wanted the same color as my first MKC but that color wasn't available this year. Once I got home and away from everything, I could see that this was also a very pretty color and I know that I will be happy with this color choice too.
I never had any problems with the 2017 MKC and do not expect to have any problems with this one either. Other than taking the 2017 MKC into the Crest service department for its oil changes and tire rotations, I had only one problem; it was a leak of some kind. I called them immediately and someone came to pick up the car and bring me a loaner. The loaner was clean and fueled and ready for me that very same day. It turned out that they needed to order a replacement part so they had my car for a week. When it was repaired, I was contacted and I opted to drive the loaner back to the dealership and pick up my own vehicle.
I would not hesitate to work with Chris, and Crest in the future, nor would I hesitate to recommend Crest and Chris to other people in the market for a new vehicle. He and the dealership are very pleasant to do business with and do not take advantage of their customers, at least I should say that they didn't take advantage of me.

Rated customer service average, reason is because of the courtesy car wash. I rather not have the car washed if you are unable to dry.
worst service ever, morally bankrupt idiots - dj7777777
after horrible electrical issues on my new car,which i had within the first week, these morons had 5 plus years to fix it under warranty. this car is paid for mind you. i honored my end of the contacts. the electrical issues continue and are pretty broad. from stalling out to randomly turning on and off radio a/c monitor freaking out , windows shorting out, etc. etc. its a clear lemon and all they could say for five years was sorry our computers say there's nothing wrong.... flash forward to warranty expiring, its definitely an electrical issue and its gonna be time consuming and expensive. so these morons called me a liar for years as if i had nothing better to do with my priceless time than spend it at a xxxxxxxx service center then all of a sudden conveniently when the warranty expires.... its a problem. this place and its people are a bad joke not worthy of anyone's time energy or especially hard earned money... if you hear different run for your life they are liars...

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.
