Although I stopped in Auto Advantage (AA) for just a quick look as I was on my way to make a purchase at another dealer, the folks at AA were so pleasant that I stayed far longer and eventually bought from them. They patiently showed me that the deal I was considering at another location had many flaws and that the AA deal would bring long-term benefits far into the future. They sold me a 5-year-old truck with only 24,900 miles. It looks and drives like it is brand new. My wife and I are very pleased.

Our first visit to AutoStar was a surprise - warm, knowledgeable people, patient, calm and ready to answer all of our questions.
It seemed too good to be true, so we made the mistake of going around to a half dozen or so other used car dealers - an unpleasant experience all-around.
So finally, we came to our senses and went back to AutoStar. After those experiences, our thoroughly positive second experience at AutoStar was even more of a surprise: "Is it possible that a used car dealership could be so honest and knowledgeable?"
Well, we've been driving our 2015 Kia for nearly a week, and we're as happy as ever.
You know how at most used car dealers, you can't wait to leave? As we were on our way back to AutoStar that second time, we were actually **looking forward** to returning. And they were every bit as wonderful as we remembered.
We can't recommend enough - don't make our mistake - if you need a used car, go right to AutoStar and stick with them. They're wonderful.

Could not be happier with the whole experience. The car is absolutely like new. Price was thousands less than I would have had to pay in Charlotte. Drove down to look at one car and didn't like the color. Mike told me to give him a couple of weeks and he would find me one and he did. He also connected us with a local credit union who gave us a great interest rate.

I viewed a vehicle online and submitted a inquiry. Within minutes the dealer called me to give information . We then drove to the dealer's lot . Although the weather was lousy the salesperson (Bella) greeted us and knew us by name when we told her what car we were interested in. She then let us test drive the car . When we got back to the lot , took us inside to discuss business. There was never any pressure at all . Joey the finance guy was also pleasant to deal with. After the deal was made Bella took all steps to set up our new car with the change in tag . We are happy with our purchase

This dealership is slightly over 175 miles from my house, however they had the make, model and options on a car we were looking for. Called spoke to Jay told him we would be traveling from Greensboro to look at a Jeep Commander. When I arrived I was treated very nicely, gave the keys and told to drive it . Jay gave me directions to get back on the highway and a suggested route around town. No pressure at all!! came back discussed price, told him we were on way to look at one a local new car dealer. He said the owner realized I had rode from Greensboro and I was serious about it and had taken a "little more" off because of that. Told him I would thank about and we were on way to look at another Commander . Not more than 15 minutes later the owner Jason called to discuss the price. I told him, I realized these cars had no warranty of any kind so I was interested in a warranty and realized he would make a little something off that also. He immediately said he would sell that at his cost. Told him I was at the other dealership and I would call him back. Called him back made a counter offer, was accepted, went back to sign paperwork. Due to lateness of hour had to make arrangements to come back on Labor Day to pick up car. They were closed that day, but made arrangements for another salesman Jessie to meet and assist us that day. Again very nice and answered all my questions promptly and had no hesitation with anything. Bottom line, no idea how the vehicle will be long term, that is why you buy a extended warranty on a high end used vehicle, but I do know I was treated as nice or better as any new/used car dealer ever has!!!!

I bought a Nissan from this dealership, no more the 2 weeks later I began to have issues! At first they offered to fix the isssues but my car was returned to me still not working properly. After issues with sensors, transmission and even a blown head gasket, I told them to take the car back. I was offered nothing to compensate me for the money spent or the frustration they caused. It's a shame people like this are taking money from hard working people just to rip them off with faulty vehicles. Please don't buy a car here

One of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with a dealership. Very unprofessional. Drew told me he would call me back in 5 mins. 4 hours later he has one of his internet sales people text me and tell me the truck is out with a customer. I called him 4 times the next day and he can't even return a phone call. Would never recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Can't look at cars for sale online, drove all the way to hendersonville from asheville and they have the lot blocked off so you can't look at the cars they have for sale ,must not want business to bad ! Some people work during the week and have to car shop on the weekend ! Not a smart move !

We arrived at CarMax of Greenville, SC about 2:00 pm on a Thursday afternoon. We browsed five cars in their show room, viewed available accessories, searched their computers, read their literature, and no one had yet spoken to us. We walked outside among their cars for a while and no one approached us. We went back inside and stood in the center of the show room floor, right in front of their desk, for several minutes and no one spoke. For 50 minutes there were many people with CarMax shirts on standing around in groups talking and not one was interested enough to speak to us. We were interested in looking for a used car, but to them we were invisible. We asked at the desk for the sales manager, who happened to be sitting right there the entire time, explained the circumstances to him and walked out. Do not waste your time.
