Lied about available allocation - Dan
Basically had a dealer lie about having an available allocation for new model M. Waited a couple months and never got an update or production number. Decided to find another dealer with an actual allocation production number. Very disappointed with the customer service.
Best car buying experiencd - Ram 2500
I found my wife's car on line and called up BMW of the woodlands James norrell called me the next morning and gave me details about the car. I told him that we would drive up and get a look at it. When we arrived he had the car clean and inside of dealership so that we could check it out. What I really liked better about this is that he did not push a BMW or anything else on us. He was very encouraging and easy to deal with. No pressure at all. I would definitely buy another car from James
Awful purchase experience - Awful sale experience
Brought a 5 series have been asking for a copy of warranty signed paper work forpast 3 weeks haven’t been given an excuses after excuses.
Will not recommend nor trusting this place Not sure how what quality does it take to be an honest “ semi decent” human being for this line of work.

When you walk through the doors, you already feel a sense of calm come over you. You feel at home. Everyone acknowledges you with a smile or a hello. Khalid ( our Salesman ) was extremely professional and did everything in his power to find the best possible deal for me. Lack of Integrity - Testlol1
I have been a faithful customer for years, they even know me by name.
It was great until, I took my car in for repairs, picked it up and the windshield was cracked!!! They admitted they it happened in their care, although they claimed that it was "an act of God" and not covered. I contacted, the service manager Winston Long, general manager John Sharp and even the Dealer Principle, Thomas Kuranoff (over both Mini and BMW) and the best they would offer is to split the charges to replace the windshield. I could not believe their LACK OF INTEGRITY!!!! If you break something that belongs to someone else, the less you can do is fix it!!!!
Do not trust Momentum Mini or BMW, they cannot be trusted!! Very disappointed!!!!!
