Awesome experience, - Swanscar
From our first contact with Kriss Asbury the process of buying our beautiful Mercedes was enjoyable. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and made us feel appreciated. We drove over 200 miles (From Dallas to Houston) to buy the car we were looking for. The service we received made the drive worth the distance. Kriss answered all of our questions and acted very professional. Once we completed the purchase, Paula Alpha prepared all of the documents. Paula was courteous and made this part of the transaction very helpful. Before we left the dealership we were given the opportunity to ask question. We were very impressed with the Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands dealership.
Beware! of the Service Department - Blkchee1234
When my car was under warranty, I had to use the dealership to get serviced. After a couple of times, I noticed that when I took my car in for a routine service or recall, something else always went wrong, i.e., the brakes, air conditioning, sensors, oil leaks, even the bottom fell off after an oil change which costs me $500! After my car was no longer under warranty, I found my own mechanic who is honest, fair and has kept my car running perfectly for over a year. In September, 2018, after being pressured from phone calls, emails and letters, I hesitantly took my car into the dealership for recalls because they said the parts may not be available if I waited. I told my service advisor about my previous experiences and begged her to only do the recalls and do not touch ANYTHING else as my car was running perfectly. After getting the recalls done, I noticed my car was very sluggish and in exactly one week, it would not start! I called the service advisors several times asking for information on exactly what was done to make my car not start after the recalls, and no one returned my call. I decided to take it to my mechanic who extensively checked all the wires and battery cables and all were good and determined it had to be the starter. After replacing the starter, my car started right up! After a week, it died. After replacing the starter two more times and $1,000 in parts and labor trying to figure out what was wrong, I called Advantage BMW demanding that the mechanic who did the recalls needed to fix the problem because he knew the reason why my car would not start. After five days of "investigating the problem" BMW charged me $350 to tighten a loose wire -- a loose wire with no description of where it was or anything other than from "previous repairs". I believe the service technician intentionally loosened a wire during the recalls so that I could bring it back for service. It has happened to me too many times, and I am sick and tired of these scams. I have asked for a full investigation of my case in writing and no one has contacted me from Advantage BMW regarding it. I am writing this review so customer are informed about them and hopefully I can make a difference.
Great buying experience - sgonzalez
After scouring online for weeks trying to find my son a nicely equipped, reliable, stylish car with manufacturer backed certification/warranty, we finally found one here. Our online experience was great..Quick responses and plenty of information readily available. We reserved the vehicle for a couple of days to allow us to make arrangements to travel to Houston from Corpus Christi. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready and waiting for us upfront. Our salesperson, Joseph Swinney, gave us an informed and detailed presentation of the car. We'd made the right choice. Sales manager, Ben Chiu and business manager, Eric Bowen, helped wrap up our purchase seamlessly. Thank you all for making this buying experience simple and easy. Congratulations general manager, Neil Maddox, on having a great staff who provide excellent customer service from start to finish...OUTSTANDING!

Dishonest and sloppy ==> Very Bad Experience! - Vikes1
I've had it with Momentum BMW's service department! I originally bought my 2014 BMW from them a year ago. My current issue started back in April of this year when I found out that I had transmission oil leak! I took the to their service department to get that fixed. A couple days after I got my car back, the under-engine cover came off and was dragging, so I took the car to a mechanic shop near my house. According to the shop, it appeared the cover was not put back properly and things were just shoved back up in a very sloppy way!!! Of course I was charged for the work! I took my receipt and the car and went back to Momentum BMW the next day and demanded an explanation and more importantly, a refund for what I had to pay to fix their sloppy mistake! The service rep didn't even apologize and was even defensive! To this day, I've yet to collect a penny from them!!! it has been over six month now! they've kept on giving me the run-around all this time and I've had it! I've even left multiple messages with their service department managers! The service department representative (R****) that I worked with keeps ignoring my phone calls and text messages. I expect to receive PROPER, honest and professional service for the premium price I pay to get my car fixed at BMW dealership!
I will NEVER do business with Momentum BMW again, never!
