I recently purchased a car from Tom Peacock. Beautiful dealership with great employees. Tommy Simon is without a doubt the BEST salesman I have ever dealt with. He really listened and took care of everything including programming my car perfectly before I took delivery. In addition, I was shown the service department so i will know where to go when I need an oil change. I live 25 miles away from the dealership but I will make the drive because these folks are awesome. These folks do not play games with their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I bought a certified 2015 Cadillac XTS in Jan, 2017, with 6 years, 70000 miles bumper to bumper warranty.
After several of driving, I found that the defroster of rear win-shield does not work at all. so I went to Sewell Cadillac Dallas first for a check, but they told me they could not where the problem is. Good thing is I'm in Dallas, TX and there are not so many times that I would need to use this defroster, so I just left with it without trying another Sewell dealership in Grapevine, which turns out to be the biggest mistake I made.
Recently as the weather in Dallas is getting cold, and it takes me more than 15-20 minutes to wait for the rear win-shield get clear, because the xxxx defroster doesn't work at all. I had to go to Sewell Cadillac Grapevine for another check. I was told by the technician that something was disconnected/broken inside the circuit, which most likely happened when the glassed was tinted. They will need to take off the whole glass and get it fixed. Unfortunately, this is not covered by the warranty. they need me to talk with whoever sold me this car for a solution. So I called Sewell Cadillac. My salesperson was out, and his manager( Scott) answered the phone.
The conversation with this guy was really frustrating. He didn't want to assume any responsibility for the problem they made--they sold me a car with a problem with the defroster and they just hide that to me. He refused to cover any cost to get this issue fixed, and asked me "how could we know that the problem was not caused by you? you have bought this car for one year and anything could happen during this time..." Come on, you think that I am such a bored person that I have to find some time to get my car out of work? I swear to God that I never even touched the rear win-shield since I bought this car!
This is really horrible experience. The sales with this dealership are liars and irresponsible. I love Cadillac, but shame on you--Sewell Cadillac of Houston!

Purchased a used luxury car from this dealership with a paid off trade and between agreement on price all was changed during finance to hijack my trade in as to steal it. No paperwork given the day of sale,no plates for two months,no recourse offered in regards to numerous problems with the car,the useless 5300$ warranty and the extreme price changes between sales and finance. Liars,frauds,thieves, and extremely rude and arrogant. Worst transaction I have ever had!

Salesperson was very unprofessional and the dealership charges extra for warranties on Certified Pre-Owned Cadillacs. This is in stark contrast to many, if not most, of the other Cadillac dealerships that include the warranty with their certified cadillacs. This equates to thousands of dollars difference. Also, the Cadillac I drove was dirty, shook at 60 mph, and was definitely not up to certified standards. I did not buy from this dealership, and I never would. Steer clear of this dealership.
Total Disatisfaction GM and dealer - edannhaus
Purchased A 2500 hd truck in April. First trip transmission cooler was plugged by Mayflies (love bugs) Complained to the Owner in Law (Darrel) and he promised the problem would be brought to a quick resolution with GM . Never heard from him again. November the steering became very loose . Took it to Laroche and they fixed the problem . Turns out GM had issued a bulletin to correct the problem. The dealer Laroche and General motors did not notify me or anyone of the safety issue.
Today my battery went dead and I charged the battery to take the truck into Laroche to save them from having to two me in. They tested the battery and said it was rechargeable so no replacement.
No more GM Chevrolet and laroche for me. I am so upset with them I am moving my church Membership to another congregation. (The Pews are full of Laroch people)
Detailing that missed the details - Won't B. Back
On the recommendation of a friend, I took my car to be cleaned and detailed. Opted for the $40 package. I was told it would be an hour-and-a-half; no problem. Two-and-a-half hours later, I inquired about their progress. It took 15 minutes to find out they had half-an-hour to go. An hour-and-a-half later, they finally told me my car was ready and someone would bring my car around... Difficult to do since the service desk handed me my keys after I paid. So that was another wait. As I was getting into the car, I noticed there were still crumbs in the console, dust on the dash board, and when I opened the back, sand all over the back seat and in the trunk that appeared no attempt had been made to vacuum it. I went back inside, couldn't find the attendant who had been helping me all day, but someone saw the look on my face and asked if they could help. When I showed them the uncleaned interior, they said they would take it back and clean it themselves. 30 minutes later, I drove away thoroughly unimpressed with even that job. I think they gave me the $20 job, gave it $10 worth of attention, and charged me $40 without blinking an eye. There is still sand in the back seat, and after closer inspection discovered they hadn't even lifted the floor mats when they vacuumed. I will NEVER go back there for anything, and will certainly never recommend them.
