I recently took my car to Tom Peacock for repairs. I was hearing a noise but I was thinking it was part of the problem at hand because when they diagnosed it they heard it too. After the repairs, I still continued to hear the noise. Being discusted with the dealer I went to another mechanic shop and they heard the noise immediately and discovered it was a leak in the steering system. I want to remind you, Cadillac test drove my car after the repairs, heard the noise and ignored the noise. This is unacceptable to me and clearly shows that the repairmen are not interested in any other noises they hear. It seems the repair department is over booked and don’t t give the necessary attention to card being serviced.

We were in Riverside Texas, June 2018, from Omaha, NE visiting family. My check engine light came on in my 2011 Chevy Cruze. We called Wiesner Chevrolet in Huntsville and Chris Lovelady went above and beyond to make sure we could get the car into their service department, get the warranty work approved (replacing entire turbo system), and have our car ready in a very timely matter so we could get home. The service mechanics and Mr. Lovelady are top notch and we are so appreciative of the extra effort they put in to getting my car fixed. I would definitely recommend Wiesner Chevrolet. Thanks again!!

I purchase a car 3 weeks ago they make every posible promise (Sales person: Akash) to close the sale. 2 days after OnStar was not honored, for 3 weeks I’ve been trying to get a manager to solve the problem with no resolution. Last news they fired the sales manager. Advice, stay away from this place.

I drove out of state to purchase a vehicle with this dealership. I worked with a sales agent named Sharon. She was pleasant at first until the I discover they were over charging on title fees over 700 dollars and would not adjust after confirming they were off a lot. Also as a previous review stated they do not include the extended warranty on their CPO. They will charge a extra fee up to $3,000 as a was told. Never heard back from Sharon or David (sales manager) when I confront with the over priced title fees as they listed. I’m sure they riped somebody else off because I never heard from them again. I would advise you look over your purchase agreement carefully!!!
Total Disatisfaction GM and dealer - edannhaus
Purchased A 2500 hd truck in April. First trip transmission cooler was plugged by Mayflies (love bugs) Complained to the Owner in Law (Darrel) and he promised the problem would be brought to a quick resolution with GM . Never heard from him again. November the steering became very loose . Took it to Laroche and they fixed the problem . Turns out GM had issued a bulletin to correct the problem. The dealer Laroche and General motors did not notify me or anyone of the safety issue.
Today my battery went dead and I charged the battery to take the truck into Laroche to save them from having to two me in. They tested the battery and said it was rechargeable so no replacement.
No more GM Chevrolet and laroche for me. I am so upset with them I am moving my church Membership to another congregation. (The Pews are full of Laroch people)
