Bought a used vehicle here. Has been in the shop 3 times in the 3 weeks that we have had it. The guy above all the salesman is so rude and made every experience feel like it was our fault and talked down to us. He got called out on his crooked lies at the end of it. We will NEVER do business with them again. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with the guy. One guy ruined it all. Oh and the rental they set us up for? Closes before we can even get there.

We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.

To say I am frustrated is an understatement... I live 5 1/2 hours away and found a listing for a vehicle at this dealership I was interested it. I had been in contact with the salesman via email and text messages and worked numbers on the vehicle I was interested in for two days. I had finally gotten numbers I was happy with and told them I wanted to purchase the vehicle but since I live out of town it would be a few days before I can come in. After settling on a number that was in the ballpark, even though they needed to see my trade in person for concrete numbers, we had both some idea of where my payments were going to be. After agreeing I was then told that what they quoted for my trade-in was now going to be lower because they thought my vehicle was a V-8 and after completing the paperwork they realize it’s a V-6. So at this point I was already a little frustrated but am an understanding person and know mistakes happen and was still interested in purchasing the vehicle. Knowing I have great credit I NEVER give consent for credit checks until I am 100% sure I’m going to purchase something. At this point I was still OK with Numbers and had planned on making a trip to get the vehicle and turn in my trade. Being confident in my purchase I went ahead and gave consent and completed a credit application. My fiancé also talked to the manager and gave him his card information and told him to charge $200 to his card as a deposit to hold the vehicle over the weekend on Thursday. Today is Monday, and this morning without a doubt my mind I was going to Houston to pick up my new car! I was then texted that the vehicle I wanted was sent to auction over the weekend.... umm what?! I am so frustrated that my credit was ran and also the manager never charged my fiancé’s card to hold the vehicle. If this would’ve been done it would’ve communicated to other salesman and managers that the vehicle was no longer available and that someone was coming to get it. At least one would assume this especially after running my credit application on top of it. So not only was the quote for my trade-in originally wrong which changes the price, my fiancé‘s request to deposit was never completed, my credit was ran and docked, and now the vehicle I was going to purchase is gone. I am extremely upset, frustrated, and disappointed. I know that my credit check cannot be reversed, and the car cannot come back, so the only one losing here is me. At the very least I believe I am owed an apology and explanation as to why this happened. I’m already upset because I take pride in my credit history but to not contact me for several hours after telling me the vehicle is gone after running my credit is wrong and unprofessional and I believe at the very least I am owed an apology and explanation. 😡

Ron Carter League City is by far the best Jeep dealership I have been to so far. Wes, in Service, went out of his way for me every step of the way. I was concerned about an ETC light on the dashboard of my Jeep that just popped up on my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I am a single Mom so I have to be extra cautious that my Jeep is always running smoothly. I cannot risk getting stranded. Wes got me in the very next day and resolved my issue. I even met the mechanic who was amazing too. They explained everything to me. I feel safe and at peace on the road now. I will definitely go back to see Wes for all of my Jeep needs.

I was a first time buyer planning on purchasing a used, “certified” Jeep. I was planning on trading in my vehicle worth $3000 via Kelley Blue Book. Firstly, they told me that they lost the key to the Jeep, so I was unable to even test drive the vehicle when I needed to. Secondly, when we began discussing finances, they offered me $500 for my vehicle trade in. They said their reasoning was that my vehicle was “unsellable”. After I said that wasn’t true and showed them the Kelley Blue Book price, they quickly came back and offered me $3000. Next, I expected a certified pre-owned vehicle to be in adequate condition, at least. But after taking the Jeep to a third party, non-biased mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, the mechanic said he wouldn’t even charge me for the inspection because the car was in such bad shape. He said, “If you were my son, I’d tell him not to buy this vehicle, and stay away from this dealership.” Very true! The only warranty on this “certified” vehicle was a short 90 day dealer-issued warranty. No thank you!
They probably thought I was a clueless, young, first time buyer who’d be easily swayed into giving them more profit. I felt taken advantage of, and I will not be visiting any more Mac Haik dealerships.

I have purchased 3 cars from this place, and the owner Mr. Allen is a very nice guy was there for all 3 sales! Recently, after purchasing my 3rd car in March, I had some issues with my brand new car that hadn’t even been test driven. Ok, I get it, it’s a new car they have issues as well! However, BETTY FOOTS, the service manager promised to pay my first car payment due to these issues. It is June and I have yet to receive a check from them, and every time I call BETTY FOOTS, she tells her employees to say she is not in the office and after calling again, her phone goes straight to voicemail. Who has time to play games with you BETTY FOOTS!!! If you are not going to pay the note, just say that, but the games that you are playing to say that you are a MANAGER, is ridiculous! Again, I have purchased 3 cars from Mr. Allen, and never have I ever experienced such poor customer service from this place until I met BETTY FOOTS!

Be prepared to wait. Please call Chrysler Care at 800 247-9753 to let them know of your concerns. This has to get better and this is a start. I have a 2017 Chrysler and I have brought my vehicle in three times for the same problem. I have waited over 3 hours one time and today was 5 hours. Unless we start complaining to Corporate we will continue to wait for long periods of time for each visit. Again please call the above number to let Corporate know.

came in at 8:00 am for and oil change. I was told one hour. after 2 hrs. I went to the service writer. she was on her phone texting. I waited for 15 min standing in front of her. after she finished her texting. she just went on with her work. then a personal phone call. I had to interrupt her to ask when my truck would be ready. she said I forgot to put customer waiting it will be going in soon. not and apology or anything. they made me feel like they were the customer. while waiting an extra hour I decided to look at a new truck. the salesman was just as rude. I went to another dealer and bought a new truck from them.

Autonation has completely ruined any chance of me getting a vehicle anytime soon.i went in with a credit score in the high 600 now I'm in the low 500 they literally pulled my credit 27 times on one vehicle even though I came in with a pre approved loan . There saying is " everything is good we got you" should be " if you don't leave here with a vehicle you won't get one anywhere else " cause we are gonna trash your credit trying to get you in one
No upfront notice of diagnostic charges/overpriced estimate - Undisclosed Upfront Diagnostic Hostage Fees
Had our car towed to dealership for estimated repairs on a throttle body replacement. Service person did not identify any upfront diagnostic charges at estimate request. Upon receiving estimate for parts and service, respectfully informed service person I would like to check with secondary repair shop. Found expert shop to do same repair for 2 hours less quoted labor time, a free loaner car, and an overall savings of over $200 on a $600 repair. Upon contacting the delaership and politely requesting when the vehicle would be available for pick up by a towing company, the service person stated she would release the car when a $110 diagnostic fee was paid. Paid the hostage fee and moved the repair to the better source. Shady and shallow business practice. Don't blame the service person, appearantly - it's the dealership policy and business model.

Purchased new ram 3500 2 days before Harvey hit in August 2017. I brought truck in April 2018 due to it having smoke coming out from under the hood resulting from an issue with the water pump at 30,000 miles. Service advisor Tim was very unhelpful and had not commmunicated any information pertaining to the issue, again I researched the problem that I was having and found that there were issues with water pump on these rams. So I ended up trading my vehicle in for a 2018 1500 and added leather upholstery, bedliner, and fender flares. Two weeks later I am still without my truck after being told that my vehicle would only be in shop for about 5 days being picked up last Wednesday and still a week later I am without a truck and no communication from my sales person Shane nor a friendly follow up call from Sales manager Mr. Moore whom promised me he would reach back out to me after I addressed my concerns and promised me that he would have me in something for the meanwhile if my vehicle was not ready on yesterday. I finally decided to stop by and see what is really going on and speak to another Sales manager after I requested the General Manager’s contact info. I again addressed my issue and for whatever reason they did not hand over the General Manager’s contact information but told me they would relay the message to him. I find it disturbing that autonation allows this type of customer service with so much competition out in the auto industry. Never again will I bring my business nor will I steer anyone to this dealership.
