Great group of people and friendly! - Samantha
I went to Steve Fox at Ryan Ford not sure of what I was wanting. Ended up finding a Jeep Renegade that we loved! Steve was great! He helped us get it to the dealership and kept us updated along the way. I would really recommend Steve as your guy! Westley made filling out paperwork a breeze and was very helpful with the entire process! Every step along the way was painless and easy with these two in control. Thanks guys!
Great experience!! - Jermaineevans20

Amazing Experience, Can't Say Enough - feld3943
After spending the last two weeks searching for the car I wanted to buy I decided on the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I spoke to several different dealers that wouldn't give me a price over the phone and insisted that I come down to play the dog and pony show.
I ended up finding a low mileage unlimited I called down and I spoke to Obie. Obie actually wheeled and dealed with me over the phone. He ended up getting his manager Cesar, on the phone. Cesar ended up giving me a pretty good deal and I decided to go come down to the dealership and see if we could close the deal.
To be fair, I didn't have the best credit score and they offered me a decent rate in the single digits. I had to go home to get them a paycheck stub and by the time I returned, Cesar informed me that he found a new bank that offered me 2% less on the interest rate.... Who does that?
I can't say enough about Obie and Cesar's professionalism. They treated me like a person and it was a win win for both the dealer and myself.
I LOVE my Unlimited!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Service department! - Alison Fought
I did not purchase my car here but Chrysler roadside assistance towed it to dealership closest to home. I have been lucky and have not had to take a car in for service under warranty. I have always heard nightmares about dealerships service. This was a wonderful experience from them. First Alex helped me on the phone and talked me down after a really bad day with a less than two-year-old car that broke down. The next day when they were due to look at it I found out Alex was on holiday vacation and was worried no one would care as much as he seemed to. Wes took over and was incredibly helpful and pleasant. I probably drove him crazy because I was in a big hurry to get it back and he was very patient with me. I have been in hotel management for years and I know what good customer service is. This was 5 star service all the way around!!!
POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.
The best in the business - samemiranda
Aside from being a great place to buy a vehicle they do so much in the community. Mr. Helfman is truly a blessing to Houston and it's people. First responders and educators should definitely at least pass by to meet the staff.

Disgusted with this dealership! - Brooke
9 days after purchasing a brand new truck I started having transmission issues. I reported it to the dealership but with no lights and codes they said, “let it break in it will likely go away.” I continued to have problems and 20 days after my purchase having not even making my first payment, still with paper plates, and with 1,183 miles on the engine my transmission was completely shot and I had to get it towed to the dealership. I was given a loaner which also had engine ticks and clinking under the carriage. I reported it to the dealership as soon as I got home and they said, “it will work its way out once I drive it.” Several days after my truck was in the shop and my original truck now needing a new transmission and my loaner making engine noises I was done with Dodge and my peace of mind in buying a new truck from them was gone! I wanted nothing to do with Dodge! I went back to the dealership to express this and return the loaner because I didn’t want to drive another truck that was already having issues. When speaking to the General Manager he asked, “what do you need to be put in for your second loaner?” I said, “a truck.” He said, “why is that?” I said, “because that’s what I bought.” He asked again, “but is there a particular reason you need a truck?” I said, “because I live in the country and if I need to haul something (in the bed of my truck) I can.” He had the extreme poor taste on judgement to say crack a joke at my expense and say, “well that’s why you’re having transmission problems right there!” And laughed. At that point I have never been so insulted and I let him know that joking about my situation was in no way funny. I was given a second loaner and I was on my way. I opened up a case with Dodge to request a buy back. Today as I arrived at work the second loaner started acting crazy the computer screen got stuck and started making noises and was bouncing back and forth with thick lines down the screen, wouldn’t react to any bottoms and did it for 2 minutes before I finally took the keys out of the ignition and opened the door and several seconds later it finally stopped. Bayshore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ramm this was supposed to be an exciting time but 100% of my peace of mind is now gone. I’m not sure that anyone is my shoes would be happy with their brand new truck purchase needing a new transmission 20 days after the purchase and two loaner trucks with issues. If I have ANYTHING to do with it...I will NEVER be driving a Dodge again when this nightmare is over!
No service after sell. - Tom
Service after sell is horrible. Both services I've had there took forever and both times the service was done improperly. Fixed myself the first time but decided to take it back the second time. Had issues with a piece of trim since I bought the truck. Purchased the truck new with platinum extended warranty but they won't warranty it. Spoke with service manager both times and the service is definitely a reflection of him. I've been contacted after voicing my displeasure in a survey about my first visit. Was assured I would be contacted by management but I wasn't.
Sales mgr./ finance did it to me again - Shonuffbigdaddy
This is not a dealership I would recommend black folks to visit. So I wouldn't get a refund/overpayment the dealership sat on my approved deal for 32days.if I was blond haired and blue eyes I would have receive 1st class treatment. The dealership could use a make over (diversity in all areas of the dealership).I am waiting to see if I will receive my $378.20 refund i will give another review when i receive my refund.
Service Department is Disappointing!! - Vickey Johnson
Be prepared to wait. Please call Chrysler Care at 800 247-9753 to let them know of your concerns. This has to get better and this is a start. I have a 2017 Chrysler and I have brought my vehicle in three times for the same problem. I have waited over 3 hours one time and today was 5 hours. Unless we start complaining to Corporate we will continue to wait for long periods of time for each visit. Again please call the above number to let Corporate know.
No upfront notice of diagnostic charges/overpriced estimate - Undisclosed Upfront Diagnostic Hostage Fees
Had our car towed to dealership for estimated repairs on a throttle body replacement. Service person did not identify any upfront diagnostic charges at estimate request. Upon receiving estimate for parts and service, respectfully informed service person I would like to check with secondary repair shop. Found expert shop to do same repair for 2 hours less quoted labor time, a free loaner car, and an overall savings of over $200 on a $600 repair. Upon contacting the delaership and politely requesting when the vehicle would be available for pick up by a towing company, the service person stated she would release the car when a $110 diagnostic fee was paid. Paid the hostage fee and moved the repair to the better source. Shady and shallow business practice. Don't blame the service person, appearantly - it's the dealership policy and business model.
They don't care - Vipersaint
I’m sorry to say that I bought my vehicle at this dealership.
I scheduled my most recent appointment with service on Saturday. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the dealership. Normal service time for my issue would be 1-4 hours total worst-case, so I intended to wait for my vehicle. When I arrived the service man told me that it would be until at least Tuesday before he could get to my vehicle. When I inquired as to why he didn’t call me in advance to notify me so that I wouldn’t waste my time traveling to the dealership he blew me off and seem totally unconcerned. He backpedaled and said he could try to “work me in” but no promises. I reminded him that I thought the intent of the appointment was to avoid the very thing that was happening.
This is not the first incident I have had with this dealership. I will totally avoid this dealership in the future.
Buyer beware especially if your a victim to the flood - Kspeakes
This has been the worst car buying experience of my adult life. I would be sure and check your contract and have your own financing when dealing with this dealership. The young man was nice but I would not recommend him in the future. I was asked to sign the estimate showing sales tax etc. On th estimate I was being charged for wheel locks which were not on car and window tint which is not on the car.
The vehicle is 2015 and marked up by at least 5-6k dollars. This is not how you do business especially after a natural disaster. Because I need a vehicle I went ahead and bought it. I will not recommend this dealership in the future not even to my worst enemy.
THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!! - lefty1962
My daughter traded in her Buick Verano for a Dodge Charger in November. The car WAS suppose to be financed by Chrysler Corp was what she was told. Traded the Buick in, gave a down payment, had a co-signer which was her dad. They had someone drive down to where we live so that my husband could sign the paperwork, got all his info, bank statements, DL, SS. She starts getting calls from the company that financed the Verano that she was behind 3 months on her car payment. My daughter explains that she traded the car in and got a new car. The finance company tells her they never paid it off. My daughter starts calling Port Lavaca Dodge and gets the run around nobody knew what was going on! She speaks to the GM still nothing. Then 2 weeks later they call and tell her she needs to take the car back because it wasn't financed. Other people in our community had already said not to buy a car there, we should have listened!
