Great service and friendly staff - Bpnovelli
I had an appointment for an oil and filter change, Wes greeted by Rosanna and it was nothing but smooth sailing after that. She got me logged in and directed to the cookies and coffee. My total time at service center was 45-60 minutes. I'll be back in 5000 miles. Thanks again.

Excellent working for your best interest - RPG
Have bought 10 vehicles over my lifetime, but Sean Dunlap is the only sales person who worked extremely hard and went the extra mile in finding a car to match my requirements. Guess what, there was no inventory of the car I wanted, but his efforts sold me. So, I was happy to buy the car he recommended. He took the time and sat in the vehicle to go over all features, programmed some settings and opened a user account with the dealership. Never experienced this excellent service from a sales persons with the other vehicles I bought.
THANK YOU SEAN YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!
Top Notch Customer Service - pfulcherjr
Mr. Lundy has been selling my family vehicles over the years and he has yet to disappoint. He is exceptional at meeting the criteria that you are looking for in a vehicle. He has great knowledge of all inventory currently on the lot and will work diligently to make sure you are completely satisfied with your selection.
Even after sale, he goes out of his way to make sure that you get the service you need whether it be parts or service. We are grateful for his service to us and his commitment to make sure we are always satisfied.

Jarvis at Weisner GMC made the purchase of my new 2017 Sierra a breeze. I have never experienced such a smooth transaction with a dealer before. He was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining things I did not understand. He got us exactly what we wanted with a great price. He was very easy to reach and always made himself available for me. I told him we will be back! I don’t plan on doing business with anyone else but Jarvis and Wiesner.

DeMontrond GMC Gets It Done! - Allen
The experience was an absolutely amazing. When we walked in, Sam greeted us with a smile and a handshake. Instead of being completely bombarded like at other dealerships, Sam was completely professional and respectful. My husband came in thinking about settling for one truck but with Sam and Fred's help, we got the truck of our dreams. Fred worked diligently to get us the GMC Sierra that we loved. Sam made the experience seamless. We appreciate both Sam and Fred. The experience with Frank was super fast and easy too!! Thank you for everything!! I think we found the perfect dealership! We loved getting to meet and work with everyone there!
Dishonest on trade values! - JCS1
I have no complaint with the salesman Michael Ballard. He only did what he was told by the sales manager. I traded in 2 vehicles, a 2005 Chevrolet ¾ ton crew cab w/ 4 WD, diesel that had less than 25k miles and in excellent condition. I also traded a 2014 Mercedes C250 sedan with 5k miles. After almost 2 hrs. of going back and forth the sales manager told my salesman they couldn’t give me more than 41k for the 2 vehicles. This process included at first not honoring the internet price. According to all trade in values I researched the value of both vehicles and found the value at the least 46k. A friend was interested in the truck and called in the AM on the 11th. After calling 3 times he was told the truck had already sold that morning. He asked the price and was told for 25k. I DO NOT like being lied to. I blame your sales manager. I know you are in business to make money, but I think 6500. on one trade is too much. I went in with trade in values I had researched and had online offers above what you allowed. I have purchased 8 new vehicles in the last 6 yrs. and this was the first time I traded. You got to me this time, but you will never get another chance. I told the salesman that that was the first time I had ever purchased a vehicle without pricing other dealers. Shame on me! Thanks for the worst auto deal of my life and I will let all know about this. Your reputation of being dishonest with customers will hurt you and your dealership.
POSITIVE EXPERIENCES FOR SEVERAL YEARS - Jeep
We have bought our last several cars from Bounds. Knowing the family gave us confidence we were in good hands. Anytime there seemed to be a glitch, it was quickly tended to and corrected. All seven cars were well priced and we got good trades for our old cars. My husband died and I am about to embark on a new car search. Even though I now live in the Hill Country, I'm probably going back to Bounds. I know I can trust them and they will do me right.
Worse than Third Rate Used car dealership - CherylD
They did not honor their advertised price, did not perform their 172-Point vehicle inspection and recondition check, then wrecked my SRX the day they were to deliver it and do not want to completely repair the body work. "Attitude reflects Leadership!" resonates Extremely poor customer service and poor service repair all the way to the top, General Manager K. Cooper.
8 Days before they looked at my vehicle - James Farrell
8 days and a $450 Hertz Rental Car bill later I get a call to let me know that the issue with the vehicle is not covered under warranty. The service department was so busy it took going down to the dealership a second time to even get them to look at it. In 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and charged me $90 for the work. That is reasonable and understand, but the fact it took 8 Days to even look at it is unacceptable and the fact they knew this and put us in a rental car is even worse (Just because its not covered under warranty. I have called multiple times to explain my case and the service guy is nice enough but says there’s nothing he can do. I would not recommend using this dealership for any service work as they think 8 Days is a reasonable amount of time for your vehicle to be parked before being looked at. Never in my 30 years of dealing with Car dealerships have I ever heard of or experienced this type of service. Even if this was covered under warranty GM is going to pick up the cost? I doubt they would have covered all those days.
used truck - William
I bought a used 2014 dodge 2500 from Gulf Coast Chevy. On the test drive the check engine light came on and they promised they would fix it so i went on and singed the paper work. 2 weeks later they told me it was ready. I picked it up and the check engine light came back on. I called several times and let them know even texted the sales person and got no response. Mean while i was left with a $1500.00 repair bill on something they assured me would be fixed.
Headache to say the least. - Brandy Riley
I am not one to leave a review, ever. After the entire process of trading a vehicle at this place, I had come to the conclusion, that car buying, and selling can leave the consumer very vulnerable. Long story short, I signed a contract on 10-10-16, and the finance guy didnt get the deal done untill days before Thanksgiving. I was told they were waiting on tax return documents to come back. After doing some research myself, that was in fact untrue. My trade-in had a loan at a local credit union, and the loan was showing to be late due to the pay off not being received for almost 2 months. I took a big hit on my credit score with the payment not being made. Then, the icing on the cake was getting a call from the finance manager (Mr Herrera) that I needed to come in and sign a new contract, because the original numbers wouldnt work with the bank, and this time around I needed 1000.00 down to complete the deal. I said no, I just want my trade back and want to be done with this place. He screamed at me over the phone that they didnt need my money, and went on and on about how they lost so much money on my deal. Which he then later called and apologized for his behavior on the phone, Im guessing someone heard him yelling at me. Once again, not my problem, I just wanted my truck back. I went back up there the following day after work, (mind you, its quite a drive) with my small children to resign the paperwork. Not one apology, not one sorry for the inconvenience, but rather a confused almost rude finance guy. He was in a hurry to get me out of there. Finally after almost 2 months of driving a vehicle I wasnt even sure that I owned, I was done with this place. I wasnt someone going in with a bad credit score, or needed a last resort, I was shopping here because I had heard great things, so I went. It was a nightmare, and did I mention I went through this process 9 months pregnant? Needless to say I wont recommend any of my clients/friends, I cant imagine anyone having to go through that nonsense. On the flip-side, Khan was super nice, and not his fault the finance department was horrible.
We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas.... - Rarshaiz
We were looking for a truck and looked all across Texas. I found the truck we bought on ebay from this seller but i think they go by Gulf Coast Chevy now but the address is for this dealer off google maps. May be a name change.
Anyways after working through ebay with Todd Baker We did a surprise drop in since it was close to where we live. After taking a test drive we came back and made a deal that we just could not let go.
While we waited for finance to go through we decided to leave the dealer to go to Lake Jackson. I think they were worried we would not come back but they did not chase us down or try to keep us there (unlike some dealers i know). They called us while the wife and I were eating lunch and gave us the scoop and we told them done deal we will be back shortly.
Long story short this was the best and least hassle free buying experience we have had yet buying a vehicle. Everyone was was great to work with. If you check them out ask for Todd and tell him the Pennington's sent you.
Fraud in lieu of customer draw - wmiller1733
This dealership is sending out mailers with scratch and win instructions. The instructions are very vague (understandably so) in describing what is "won" if you scratch off 4 identical numbers (the numbers were $5,000 on our card). The flier also says that no purchase is necessary to enter or win...of course, you're told you're a winner when you scratch 4 identical numbers but what you win is a chance to enter the drawing for $50,000 provided you go to the dealership, be bombarded by their sales people who are like vultures and hang out until the drawing determines that you are, in fact, not a winner. I call this fraudulent practices and should not be allowed to continue.
I had a very easy time buying a car. There was no back... - uhsigep96
I had a very easy time buying a car. There was no back and forth. I called Robert, he gave me a pretty good price that was within a few 100 dollars of a couple of other dealerships but he answered all my questions in a non carsaleman kind of way. Just a friendly guy. I showed up and he sold me the car for the price he quoted. I had no haggle. I paid cahs and they showed me warranty info and other finance things and when I declined them they were okay. They didn't threaten me or take my car away. Just a stand up guy.
