Bryd is the New Word - Tonda
Lewis Byrd is the new word in the auto industry. I have been looking to purchase a vehicle for about a year. Mr. Byrd is a professional who listen to the needs of his customers. The service with Mr. Byrd was exceptional as a professional. Here is why:
1) Time Management- Not all dealerships are considerate of peoples time. Mr. Byrd, time is of the essence. When I first arrived he was ready and available to talk to me about my concerns and needs.
2) Customer Service - He listen to my needs and also gave me suggestions of vehicles that would accommodate my needs. He allowed me to express my needs first . HE LISTEN, LISTEN.....not all sales personal have that aquirt skill.
3) Resourceful - The information and the knowledge regarding vehicles on property and the inventory was phenomenal.
I would rate Mr. Byrd "5 STAR" and day and anytime. I would recommend any one who want to have the best experience GO SEE THE BYRD! LOL

I went in to buy a honda ridgeline. But I was way upside down on used car I was in already. Was told other dealer I need $5,000.00 down with trade. Did not get ridgeline. But salesman got me out of bad car and into a 2014 nissan frontier with $0.00 down out of my pocket. Best sales man Brett Bailey and manager team I ever worked with. Would recommend anyone to buy from streater smith honda!
Who's on First? - Potential Customer (NOT)
Called their service department 11/16/17 to inquire if they applied paint protection film to vehicles. The service person advised I would need to talk to their sales department. I was then transferred to their sales department; the person I spoke with in sales advised I should speak to their service department. I told him I already did that and service mentioned it was a sales issue. He said no; and then said he would transfer back over to the service department. Okay, I was transferred back to service, and I let the phone ring about twenty times with no answer and then hung up.
This is a xxxx of a way to run a business.

Complete waste of time!!!!!! On the morning of 10/19/17, I scheduled an appointment on line for a state inspection for the following morning. Within 30 minutes, I received a confirmation email (Confirmation Code X04K0EB438) for my scheduled state inspection. On the following morning, I take a day off from work and show up for my scheduled appointment. After being greeted by the service advisor, she proceeds to tell me the state inspection machine has been broken for over a week. When I voice my displeasure at not having been contacted, she states that it is the call centers fault. After getting nothing but excuses from the service advisor, I ask to speak with the service manager. He finally comes out and apologizes but again claims it is not their fault because they are unable to block options that are not available when scheduling appointments on line. I asked why they can’t simply contact customers since they have all of the contact information. He says that is a good idea and that he will bring that up in their next meeting. Here is another suggestion for Rick Bear, the service manager, maybe Spring Branch Honda needs a new service manager who understand what customer service is!

Left hand does not talk to right hand at this dealership. Unprofessional staff. I was trying to see if there is any MINUS rating option, but there is nothing less than ONE star available to rate so rating one star.
I drove to dealership with prior appointment, when I reached, they say we sold at 11 p.m. last night. Dealership business hours are 9 to 9. Can one believe it?
I will never go again.
Sold me a xxx and knew it! - Honest wheels
2015 Honda Civic less than 30,000 miles. It had more wrong then right with it. Took to my mechanic and took car back! They knew this and sold me the car anyway. I was out my mechanic fee and gas that I filled the tank with. Tire pressure gauge light went on all tires were low. Filled tires and gas tank and then airbag light goes on. All they wanted was another sale and didn't offer to refund my gas! I went to Russell and Smith Honda in Houston and am happy. I left with a full tank of gas and got cold water. Better business, honest car.
