Of course this was many yrs ago, but it was Dec 18th( I believe) 1998. I was a single mom driving an old boat of a car. The other dealers in Conroe wouldn't give me the time of day, by the way. Found the perfect car (unbeknownst to me @ the time) from a wonderful salesman (who cared). I drove that '96 Grand Am til 2007 when it finally died w/ 433,000 miles on it. And I have told everyone! Unfortunately, I moved away from the Conroe area. When I've been close, couldn't afford to "shop" for a car. I may be in the market still yet, & may still pay them a visit.

Recently purchased a new Honda Civic from John Eagle Honda and couldn't be happier with the customer service we revived. Our salesman Joe Coleman was very knowledgeable of the cars and helped us find the perfect one. He listened to what we needed and respected our budget which made the buying process a breeze. The Finance Manager we worked with was Darryl Burns (didnt see his name on here to select) everyone knows the finance side of buying a car can be confusing and frustrating but he did a fantastic job explaining the warranties, coverage, and pricing in a way that made it easy to understand. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I will definitely be sending my friends and family to this dealership or any John Eagle dealership for that matter when they are in need of a vehicle! After telling Erik Munoz what I was looking for, and how far I was driving, he had the car ready and all paperwork so when I got there I didn't have to wait. He let me drop my 4 yr old off with his grandmother during the test drive (about 20 minutes away) and after sitting down with Erik, it took less than 5 minutes to reach a deal. We were happy on our trade offer as well as our CPO car price. Finance was very friendly and not pushy and then they walked us through all the car features. It's been 2 weeks and I'm very happy with our purchase. Thanks again Erik and Honda of Classic Galveston.

We've been a customer of Spring Branch Honda for about 20 years. 99.99% of the time, everything is smooth. Recently we had an on-going problem with a tire. Neither Discount or NTB could find the problem, and Spring Branch just kept filling up the tire with air every month or so. Spoke with Mr. Ali Bharwani about the issue and he was very understanding and told me to bring the vehicle in the next morning. They found a pinhole size leak in the tread. Fixed the issue, refilled all the tires with nitrogen and provided courtesy transportation to and from work. Did I mention they didn't charge us for the non-warranty work? Now that's customer service. So in the long run they will benefit from our loyalty, but I wanted to share that this dealership and service manager really do care about their customers. Many thanks.

Horrible service and crappy quality of vehicles - Cassie
I was very clear with my salesperson that I was coming from over an hour away to buy a car that I viewed online. I asked him to check the car and make sure everything was good because it was such a long drive out. I drive all the way to this dealership and this is the condition of the Odessey that they were trying to sell me. It is in HORRIBLE condition. I ask to speak to the manager and got David McDuffy. He was very rude to myself and when my husband called in to talk to him on my behalf he ended up hanging up on him. I would never recommend this dealership!
