My Sales Man was Kayvon Karimbakhshasli.What a great young man. He was so helpful.We talked online he noticed I was looking for a car.Told him my situation, he said Ill find you a car he did just that he made me very happy.I highly recommend him on his job. We closed the deal June 16 -18. He found me the car a red Chrylser Convertible.I'm so happy,Beautifull Car. Kayvon is great he promised me he would make me happy and he did. So I certainly hope you know what a great person he is.He takes pride in what he does and I would highly recommend him to be Employee of the month. Scheduled oil change with service manager Roy and once I got on location I was greeted at the door by a new guy nme Matt very personable & polite. Shortly after I left I was impressed in had gotten an update by text on my phone . Then when I picked it up my father and I were surprised to see not only was the oil changed it was all nice & shiney and cleaned up..

I was quoted a price through text message and over the phone. When I got there I was told I misunderstood and they presented me with a higher price. Not once did the salesman, sales manager, or the GM attempt to honor what they said. I wouldn’t go to this dealership.

1.My son and I do not have a FB so to say you Tagged us is not true and if we had FB and you did who cares ..I placed this review because Ryan was rude,the assistant finance guy was rude and today you were rude.
2.How did a folder get lost among adults why was this never told to me ?Instead of avoiding my calls and emails from yesterday morning to last night-honesty; the day before - open communication ,integrity, politeness goes a long way.
3.I made no threats. It is my plan to email the owner if I don't have a resolution today.
5 minutes is what is takes to put VOID on a letter to my credit union and state the car was returned. I have a response from your wife the online Director stating someone told her it was done.That was a lie because my bank continues to call me.
4.To tell me ' if we wanted help we should not have posted' WELL. I tried to follow the process IT DID NOT WORK! So I am posting until my bank gets the proper paperwork to unfreeze my funds.
5. To call my son yesterday and not me to ask for my banks email address is sad
6.To say 'now yall need help yall should not have posted - the owners now know and its above the owenrs 'well we tried the proper process but what I experienced was avoidance and rude ppl.For what ? it is not my fault the car was crap had it was not inspected thoroughly before being put up for sale!
5.To tell me You guys did not have to take the car back ..well Don when a car is falling a apart before the 5th day IT IS THE NOBLE thing to do !

well he has paid for an uber to come and get a written copy of the letter to say VOID and a Letter to say the car was returned upon Ryan's request as he spoke and got clearance from Todd the other owner a few days ago.
I did nothing wrong but return a car that was litterally falling apart.
As this is the only platform I appear to get movement on I will continue.There are no threats lol you guys just don't like to admit Fault and simply say sorry you screwed up.
What you like to do is blame the customer for posting.Just like you are pissed because of these post.
I have the right to be pissed.
People skills and human kindness can go a long way..

Do not buy from Demontrond - dealerrater
Do not buy a vehicle from Demontrond. You should not be disrespected and lied to when giving a business tens of thousands of dollars for a brand new vehicle. You are much better off going to a dealership that specializes in their one brand of vehicle, not a megahub like Demontrond where they sell Volkswagen, Kia, motor homes, etc., and run you through their impersonal facility like cattle.
Do not be fooled by their "Warranty Forever" program, as the requirements are strict and easily broken.
Do not buy a vehicle from George "Country" Hobbs. He will call to arrange for other dealerships in the area not to have your desired vehicle available to you just so that he can be the person to make the commission. He will become visibly angry when the negotiation process is not to his liking. He will talk down to you and blame you for long wait times in front of other employees and customers. He will have you wait two additional hours just to pay for the vehicle because he failed to tell the finance office that you are paying cash instead of financing. Mr. Hobbs will take the keys to your vehicle to his home and have you waiting again at the dealership for him to arrive and fill the gas and attach the temporary plates before you can finally drive away with the vehicle that you signed paperwork for and that he has had in his possession since two days prior.
I have never been in the position to spend this much money and be treated so poorly and I will not ever recommend anyone attempt to have their needs met by Demontrond.
